Zach is my groomer..excellent work on my Lilly..she loves you...very friendly atmosphere and very educated groomers. Lilly is 65 pound golden retriever and she's outside dog she's very excited has lots of energy and 3 years old. They do excellent work. And are very patient with animals. Thank you again Zach 💓

We took our chocolate lab, Bella in to get her nails trimmed. She has some separation anxiety, but Zach was great with her! We're new to the area, and have been looking for a new grooming spot for our baby and I think we found it! Everyone was so friendly! Great experience from start to finish!

The outside looks pretty rough but the inside and the groomers make up for that. Have a high stressed dog that has never been to a groomer. When I picked her up she was excited to see me and did not seem to be traumatized by the experience.

My dad gets his 16 year old puppy groomed here and they trimmed my crazy pups nails. Easy, fast, and wonderful groomer, definitely going to use them in the future!

Everyone here is amazing. I was very nervous taking my 5lb Maltese to any groomer - but after getting recommendations from Dickinson Community News group - I decided to try them. Best decision ever. They are wonderful with my sweet puppy!! My dog actually loves coming here - it’s like a field trip for her. Ashley and Rachel have done an amazing job on her bath/cut. Donna always keeps me updated on appointments and lets me know when my sweet dog is done with her grooming. wish I could give more stars. 👍

Had our German Shepherd groomed here after a horrible experience at pet smart, and it was a great experience. They were extremely friendly, and did a fantastic job with our dog. We were nervous to leave her there after our last grooming trip, but she was so happy and playing when we picked her up.We like this place because it’s a calm atmosphere, and the staff clearly enjoy their jobs. They seriously care about animals here. We will be back.

1st time I have ever used a groomer. I have 2 puppies about 5month old. 1 long hair, and 1 short hair. This was the puppies 1st time as well. The lady's were sure sweet when I dropped my fur babies off. They did an amazing job with them. I'm so glad I went to them, and very grateful that they are willing to help me get my baby girls use to going to the groomers. Thank you

After failed grooming attempts with other's I decided to give them a try based on reviews. My dog having been injured by a previous groomer is somewhat difficult to say the least.They did a wonderful job and my lttle guy came home happy as ever.

My dog has been groomed for 3 years at Dickinson animal hospital with no issues at all. I bring my 8 pound small dog here to get her hair cut. But after 3 minutes of haircut and leaving the poor dog all half cut, groomer gave up on the hair cut claiming my dog tried to bite her. My dog has never bit anyone before... too bad... in reply to owners comment... we took our dog elsewhere and had no issues. The dog was not nervous at all. The groomer knew how to calm her down and never tried to bite her. 3 years with 6 different groomers and never a problem. Guess you staff needs more training to know how to communicate and not make the animals nervous. How strange only here there was an issue. I think the groomer did not have the patience needed to do the job correctly. What a shame

Being new in town, I was terrified to bring my girl to a new groomer. After all the research and reviews, I decided to take her to Pet Spot. I couldn’t go inside when I dropped her off (due to virus), and I was so scared leaving her with them because I didn’t know them! I called my husband in tears because I was so dang nervous. Well, they finished quickly and called me to come get her. When I picked her up, she was super calm and looked wonderful! I can’t recommend this place enough! They were all really friendly and understanding, I’m so glad we have found our new groomer. Thank you Pet Spot!! 💕

My Babies mean the world to me and after I had a bad experience somewhere else I finally called Pet Spot. They assured me they would care for them like I would and promised me the best of care. I took them over today for grooming and they are the best!!! I’m so glad I found them, my babies looked so cute and I could tell they had the best of care. Neither one was stressed when I picked them up and everyone there is very kind. Thank you Pet Spot, my experience today was excellent, I’ll see you soon.

Staff is very rude very single time I call !. I called and informed them I was running late, she told me I couldn't be no longer than 15 minutes late. I pulled up right at 12:15, she looks at the clock and says nope I can't do it the only thing I can do is clean her face and potty area . I told her "okay I will do that and just find a groomer closer to my house because I'm driving 35-40 minutes away for you guys to be rude." She walked off and I was just standing there, I asked her if she was going to clean up her face and she said she didn't have time. I'll never bring my dog back again.

I haven't brought my dogs here yet for grooming but I get my dog food and treats here. The lady at the counter is very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. She always has great suggestions and is a delight to talk to. If I do need grooming services, I will for sure bring my pups here.

Sent in my golden doodle to get her face trimmed. Cut was uneven and the hair is still covering her eyes (my daughter had pick her up). I called in to see if they could trim the eyes better and even the cut around the nose. Donna basically told me how great the cut was and “they” were happy with the cut (seriously?). Travel for my job all over the country, never know when or where we're going to be, so when I got a days delay I called to see if I could get my Maltese in and groomed. They told me bring him on, and gave him the full treatment, was finished in about an hour. He was sooo handsome. They did a great job. Everywhere else keeps him at least 3 hours. Of all the places he's been this is definitely in the top. Thanks ladies!

Would not return phone call. This is an accurate revie w. On multiple occasions, owner asked me to follow up.. owner did not speak to me to state their position and would not return calls after multiple messages were left. These are the facts. I can substantiate with notes, dates and times. The truth sometimes hurts. Be very wary of this owner. Perhaps this review will encourage them to treat treat people differently in the future.

Made an appt for this morning and was told to be there by 11am. Upon arrival the lady tells me she has no kennels so to come back at eleven, she pays her help by the hour. The place has a horrible odor, the staff was very rude, they are NOT a good place for a fur baby to be safely taken to.
