It’s kinda sad you have to wait in line 6 min before someone realizes your at the register after saying hello!!Then when the cashier gets to the register she calls her self having a attitude smh. I understand completely you have to stock but do not be rude to the customer for getting your attention! That’s why I don’t shop there much anymore I’ll take my money else where. These places should train employees on customer service!!!

You couldn't make it through the door because of all of the merchandise that was blocking the door. The place was overly cluttered and looked messy and dirty. The employees had the radio turned up so loud that you couldn't concentrate on what you were shopping for. The cashier had a very bad attitude and was very rude. I tried to go there last week and they were closed for repairs. Hopefully they will get some new better employees and make the place look like a store not a pig sty.

I've been a regular customer of this Dollar General store since moving to Diboll three years ago. On average, I visit this store twice a week. Product selection is great, prices are great, employees have always been friendly and helpful

This is by far the best DG I've ever been too, the cleanliness, the warm and welcoming customer service. You truly feel like your business is appreciated here. Absolutely love this DG I strongly recommend everyone go out of their way to come to this DG even if you have a DG around the corner. Definitely check this DG out Ms. Ceda won't steer you wrong.

The Dollar Store in Diboll,Tx is the best Dollar Store period. Its always stocked, clean and great prices. Plus the main manager and his assistant manager are great people. Nothing but greatness is what the store is.

They are opened back up now. The only new things I really noticed were a few new cooling boxes for drinks and food. Wish it was more then 1 checker cause there's always a line.
