Well, I went in looking for B C Powders for my wife, there wasn't any on the shelves.So, I asked the first employee I saw, she was extremely helpful, stopping her stocking and went in search of the B C Powders I needed and didn't stop till she found some on the display rack at the front of the store.That's customer service at its best. My wife and I are grateful for the personal service of this employee.

I shopped for several items. The store is clean and well organized. They didn't have one item but I don't find fault in that. Wonderful customer service and a pleasure to shop there.

The store used to be nice but since the remodeling several months ago they suck...sorry but its the truth...isles are so crowded you cant get down them, the self check out that they brag about on big huge signs outside has never worked and it stays covered with merchandise....they wont allow anyone to use the public bathrooms, so sad this new store is in this shape

The store is in a good location within Diana, and has all of the necessary criteria to be a successful and productive facility. However, this Dollar General is beginning to follow suit with many other Dollar General stores I have visited within the past 3 years.These Dollar General stores are often completely mismanaged; they are filthy, disorganized, and products are rarely zoned. Products are often opened and/or damaged. Employees are often lackluster at least, but often they are also short tempered, lazy, and sometimes rude.This Dollar General is not an exception to this trend.These stores have a great Dela of potential, and could own the small market for towns such as Diana - but because the experience is so unwelcoming, many folks go elsewhere.If you need something quick, this is an okay place to shop, but otherwise make the trip into Longview and hit Wal-Mart, or the mall. Otherwise, try the Family Dollar in Diana, it is much cleaner, and the employees are more welcoming.

Love this Dollar Store! Always seems to have the items I want in stock. Employees are always friendly it's easy to get in and out quickly

Stopped shopping here for a long time due to bad management but now that the manager has left the customer service has improved
