Had to run inside this store so I could get a price on a echo bar & chain for my new saw. Prices were the cheapest I have found even cheaper than online or thru Amazon. Will definitely be back to make a purchase of said bar & chain. I also need to find out if they can get other echo parts such as a sprocket and things like that, that are not that common. They had a good selection of bars and chains as well as lawn mower blades.

Local owned and operated. this is small town hardware done right. Yes, you might save a tiny amount driving to a large box store. But I don't mind when I can to patronize a local small business. Great inventory and super staff!

If you need anything for your fix up project this is the place to go. Over the years I have purchased everything from paint and supplies to tools and hardware. Oh and don't forget plumbing, from PVC to PEX with metal in the middle. Did I mention electric supplies? Just go browse, I may have missed something you need.

They are my local hardware shop and it’s impressive that they are able to sell just about anything you need in a pinch out of that small building. It’s a good crew over there!

Very nice, local experience.I have come here on several occasions as an alternative to the Big Box stores in Longview.Every time I come in, I am asked what I'm looking for and what kind of project that I might be working on (assuming they aren't busy with a store full). You hardly get this kind of customer service at those big retail chains. It's worth it to skip the drive and just come here for the majority of plumbing, electrical or general hardware needs.

Glad these guys are close by. Have what I need at fair prices. Always have preferred small HW stores where you get to know the (in this case good) people. No need to make the hour long trip into town to a big box store for most stuff.

I try to support local businesses even returning after bad experiences writing off the previous bad experience as maybe being an off day. Today marks my fourth and final time I’ll step inside Diana Hardware. I’ll just drive the 15 miles or so to Longview when I need something.

Been here several times now. Small town hardware store. You cant and shouldn't expect them to compete with the big chain stores price wise. Owner is knowledgeable and helpful ( most recently with a waterline issue) . Great for when you need a couple of thing and dont have half a day to waste in Longview. Also, its worth it to pay a little more sometimes just knowing Diana Hardware is gonna be there when I need them again

Diana Hardware is the place! Very over the top helpful staff. The people in this store know there stuff. Prices are higher than the big box stores in Longview or Gilmer, is not worth the savings.
