I know this is a new store, when we placed our order they said we would have to wait 5 minutes for the receipt for some reason and we never received the receipt. Then we waited for about 8 minutes to 10 minutes for a food. Then we left the store as we were driving we noticed our french fries were cold. I ordered a double cheeseburger, I only got a single. We paid over $22 for our meals and the only thing that was somewhat edible was my single cheeseburger. Like I said I understand it's a new store but that was very pricey to have cold food you can't eat. I will try another time and hope for better.

I have eaten there twice. The first time the burger had so much mayo on it, I could not eat it. The second time I got a taco salad and the tortilla was like rubber. I could not tear it apart or even attempt to chew it. I sent complaints in to corporate and evidently they could care less. I asked to be contacted twice with no response. Will not eat here again.

There was one car in the drive-through. Wine car in the parking lot. It took me 30 minutes to get my order of one chicken basket. Chicken was way overcooked and I only got about 10 french fries and the combo.I’ve been going to Dairy Queen in the last year’s because of this type of service and figured they were almost brand new should get a better outcome. The store looks nice though.

The Blizzards were AMAZING 🤩🤤😋 and the service was friendly and it has a comfortable atmosphere. BUT their chicken strip 🍗 country baskets were TOO SALTY ! $6.99 for them and the fries 🍟 and chicken 🍗 were so salty that I couldn't finish eating them. I even told them NO GRAVY and they still put it in with my order.They need to use a lot less salt on the food before I go back.Parking: Lots of spaces to park in the parking lot and in the lot next to the restaurant.Kid-friendliness: Super kid friendly and the kids were having fun with their desserts 🍨🍦🤤😋 !

I think this is a new location because most of the employees seem to be brand new. There were a bunch of employees just wandering around like they were lost, and it took way longer than it should have to get two simple burgers. The staff were nice and the restaurant was clean. My biggest issue was with all the employees cars lined up I had a very difficult time leaving the parking with a boat trailer.Parking: Definitely not trailer friendly if there are a few vehicles.

The hamburger had very skimpy veggies even after us asking for extra veggies. The manager says that’s the DQ recipe and if other DQ’s are giving more then they are wrong. This is a new DQ and it has been bad on everything everytime we have ordered. A hamburger with wilted lettuce and a tomato that you can read the newspaper through and one ring of onion ( not a slice) is not a very good hamburger to me.

Service was so bad . I call in my order and sended my daughter to get it. I order a Dude meal and ask for mustard and got one with mayonnaise no tomato little bit of lettuce.And than they even try to charge me for a extra drink I did not order .So I call to talk to manager and he was so rude and said there was nothing he could do about it and when I ask for corporate number he said he did not have it.He should not be a manager.

Placed order through drive thru with only 1 car ahead of us, asked for our name for what? We had to pull around front after paying because we were told they were waiting on steak for the steak finger basket that was ordered. We waited for 15 mins and the fries were stone cold and the steak we were waiting on was medium at best, heavy was hot, toast was smashed flat. We might consider another stop in the future, maybe after the new has worn off...

The store is nice but they need a manager onsite to help the workers know what to do. They take WAYYYYY too long to even get one ice cream cone made and to a customer. There were at least six workers there today (maybe more that I couldn’t see) and it took a very long time to even place an order. If this continues, I can see this place going out of business.

My girl friend and I had a long work week. We opted for eating out. Debated driving to Longview for food but went to Dairy Queen instead. Went through the drive thru. The cashier acted like she didn’t have any enthusiasm about working there. Minimum wage attitude will keep you in a minimum wage job. Until she asked us to park around the side with a big ol’ grin on her face. Waited 25 minutes. Got the food home. Had the wrong order on one meal and both meals were cold. Lesson learned. Diana’s Dairy Queen is just like every Dairy Queen. Driving to Longview next time.

I asked for a Bacon cheeseburger with mayo, no mustard, no onions, I got home 5 miles away & took 3 bites & it had mustard, onions thought I was calling the Dairy Queen I was at with the number on the receipt but it's the wrong number. I took the receipt back because I thought I had talked to the manager there that told me he would make it right just to find out it was the wrong manager The female manager was rude & said we should have come back that night. That they are not making it right. Just laughed at me. I left before I started screaming.

Love that it’s local, and clean! Down side is they haven’t worked the bugs out yet, dropped 45 on dinner and our “hunger busters” were smaller pattys than my kids burger in their kids meal. One small blizzard was just over half full (lots of cavities in the ice cream) and the other two were overflowing…try explaining that to a kid lol. Just will have to wait for the kinks to get worked out. Quick drive time though

I'm so glad Dairy Queen came to our area. It's our favorite fast food restaurant. This place is great. Helpful and courteous. It is very clean and a great location to eat for a quick snack or for a sit-down meal. Highly recommend.Parking: There is plenty of room to park.

I have to say it is a new store and hope they work the kinks out. Superbly and slow. The food was good but the price was too high and the order was not accurate. With so few items on the menu, accuracy should be there?!?!
