Some things are a bit underhanded and ridiculous. I went to find a broom and dustpan and found that they sell the broom brush without the handle. You have to pay for each individual item. I don't want to assemble a broom. I want to buy one complete and ready to use.The positive of this Dollar Tree is the clerk there she was very nice and helpful. The store is clean and organized. The prices are good for name brand products.

They have a lot of familiar products that are just smaller in size and the staff is helpful mostly. Good prices and the products rotate regularly.

I really like shopping at that place especially when I'm on a budget. For the most part I can find pretty much everything I'm looking for. The kids really like shopping there for the snacks. They can walk out of there with a bag full and then some. 😀🍜🍔🍕🍬🍩🍪🍿

I would've liked it better if it had some name brands. I couldn't find coke or Benadryl. I don't want off brands of these items . The store was clean. The clerks were kind and helpful. The price I paid for the cards was great.

When I called because I had a question about a product. This so called manager Leticia is so unprofessional! She would not tell me her name she proceeds to tell me the whole story about another customers issue with her. Leticia, what you have going on is not my concern nor is professional to go into detail about another customers issues! Horrible Customer service and then I am reading about how she treated another customer!! Does the Dollar tree not offer any manager training?

If I could give a Zero I would.The "manager" Leticia ( i used air quotes because she didnt act like a manager)As we approached the checkout line to pay for our items we selected she stated "you are paying for this" holding up a pack that holds 2 slinky toys inside. I was puzzled by her statement. She then said that my nephew (who is 20) has stolen the other one and put it in his pocket. He then without hesitation emptied his pocket with nothing to be found. She then states everything is on surveillance. I am livid at this point but keeping my composure. The way she handled the situation was so unprofessional and uncessary. She wasted my time and the customers that stood in line behind us.She threatened to involve the "law" which i told her if she felt necessary she could. She would not give me her boss's name and or number. I am very disappointed on how she treated us on our visit. I had two children present with me who where scared and in tears asking in the car ride home why she was so mean to us.My point in all this is this the manager lacked mannerisms to confront a customer on issue that happens everywhere but in this case she was wrong and proven wrong when she started her accusations there is a far better way she couldve handled this. There was no apology for when she was proven wrong instead she continued with her proud venture.On our car ride home my niece (8yrs) and nephew( 5yrs) told me she was following us the entire time making them feel uncomfortable. I hate thinking that this is possibly could be racial profiling issue. Seeing as she felt the need to follow my nephew (20 yearold black male) in a DOLLAR TREE.I called the store in hopes that someone with professionalism would answer the phone but it was her who answered and wouldn't give me name who i was speaking with and again stated "i don't know why you are making such a big deal". I again asked for information to file a complaint and nothing.
