Not sure if the long standing recipe of you infamous soft serve ice cream has changed, but our Sunday visit was such a disappointment! We are regular DQ customers in love with the soft serve. Today, right away, both my husband and I looked at our cones with a frown. Even the color was different. It tasted more like frozen yogurt. Of course we ate it, but the thrill was gone:(

Stopped by to pick up dinner for my family. There was trash a over the floor, fries smashed on the floor and food crumbs on tables. The workers were standing around talking. I told a worker about the trash etc and she just looked at Mr and walkef back behind the counter.

Slow service. Took a long time to get food. The windows looked like they had not been cleaned in years. I hate to think what the kitchen looked like or when it had been cleaned last. Slowest DQ i've eaten at. Except Kerrville

Sat in curbside pickup 30 min. Before going inside to inquire. They have no way of knowing when you arrive…. Absolutely terrible. (Their own App!!!) My taco salad is soggy!!

Great Service ,Great ice cream Good service from young man with shoulder length black hair he said had we been helped and made the visit okay the 2 ladies in back could start with a hello and we will be with you in a minute but anyways There were 3 Hondo Sheriff vehicles outside and a long line in the drive thru so i told the family let's go inside and the 4 officers inside were the rudest country folks ive ever experienced A Hi how y'all doing would of been in order but dead stares like scary my family was all like what's wrong with them . I guess some officers don't have people skills . Nice place to get some road grub and dessert

Slow service, cold food👎👎👎 we called in a phone order and then went to go pick it up. When we showed up we paid and our ordered kept getting skipped. Even after the fact of us calling in the phone order it still took an additional 30 minutes for them to prepare our food. The order consists of five meals, Three chicken strip baskets and two Burger combos. Willl be bringing my business elsewhere next time around. Food was cold and service was terribly slow.

It's summer! The days are longer...but seems like the blending machine is always broken at night. This has happened more than once. Can't get blizzards or shakes. Really...Just let the customers know what time you're really closing the blending machine to clean so we don't have to go the extra miles to get these famous blizzards.

Let me start with them not putting jalitos on the jalitos ranch burger, seriously people it's in the name. The hamburger buns on both burgers I purchased were stale. When I walked inside to ask for the jalitos that were not put on my burger the female who I assume was shift leader of some sort approached the employee who had assisted me. She then begins to complain to the employee on how I was displeased with my order. Yes, right there at the front counter with just their backs turned and me standing not even 8 ft away on the other side of the register. Last problem other than how musty the inside of the place feels and smells, is that the main supervisor takes complaints/concerns about her employees and establishment pretty lightly, and hardly any action is ever taken to prevent these problems from reoccurring. Not to mention the supervisor herself can also be rude toned and unwilling to help resolve certain issues. For example her own daughter was the shift leader during my visit. She never wore gloves or washed her hands before preparing my food and was quite rude, yet she's supposed to be a leader to other employees? This damn good restaurant completely ruined by horrible and highly unprofessional management.Features: Absolutely no health or safety practices are done at this establishment. No gloves when preparing food, no masks, also the inside of the place smells of sweat and is just unsanitary all around.

Always great friendly service. The food is mostly good. The treats are delicious and the jalitos are amazing.I came back after a few months.... Service is still friendly and great.... Food...has gone to trash. There was a hair in my fries and gravy...if that's what you wanna call it...it was watery and flavorless. The burgers were cold, and the fries were limp and stale.

One would assume with a name like Dairy Queen that frozen treats would be readily available. Not always the case. 1 out of 4 attempts to maybe get a blizzard is what it takes to get one. What's the point in having a display for new blizzards if nearly every time you go, the machine is down. Which is also code for "Let's say the machine is down so we don't have to clean it after we close." DQ should have this store evaluated. Not impressed at all.

Was surprised when I ordered steak fingers and didnt have to wait long. However after getting home they were dried out, like they had been sitting for a while. Asked for extra gravy and only received 1 but was barely any gravy in the cup and it was very thick and had lots of pepper.

My wife and son stopped in and ordered two nachos and an ice cream. Came out to over $20. To make matters worse they got down the road and opened the package and found 2 orders of cheese with vegetables. No chips. Who the hell fills a nacho order without chips!! This place sucks. Not the first time I’ve had issues with this place.

Very poor experience. Order took 14 minutes to receive even after calling in ahead. The staff will not make the order until paid for, then it still takes 14 minutes for completion. This has been the case every time I give to Dairy Queen. McCain Donald's, Churches Chicken, Sonic ALL have better service and much fasterBob, Devine resident

My first visit to the dairy queen in Devine and definitely no disappointment! We ate right after 2 junior high basketball teams and still received warm, friendly, and fast service! Might have been the best Reese's Blizzard I've ever ordered! Great job!!

Brings back a lot of memories. I ate here as a teenager frequently , a long time ago. They still have the same menu plus some new items. I still love the Dilly and Buster bars. One of the few places you can still get an Orange Julius. The upgrade to the business such as the dinning room and bigger restrooms makes the place a lot nicer for families to eat and relax as well as seniors who want to get a cup of coffee or an ice cream dessert and talk to their friends.
