I worked there and loved everyone I worked with. The vet and his wife were amazing and I even adopted a dog they had rescued. They had her for the first four years of her life and I have had her since. Gabby is the best little couch potato.

Boarded my dogs here after having not boarded them in years and it was a great experience. My dogs came home happy and tired. We opted to have them groomed and they are so handsome and their coats are shiny and clean. We will definitely use them again in the future. It was so nice to have peace of mind that my babies were taken care of while we were away!

Our Muffin has been boarding here for over 2 years and we’ve been pretty pleased with the service here this far. Two months ago I called in and informed them that I’d be running a few minutes behind, one of the receptionist stated to me that that was okay. She stated that I wouldn’t be charged the late; however, once I arrived I was charged. The young ladies are very rude at times and there’s not an ounce of professionalism when addressing a customer concerns. I was frustrated due to their nonchalant attitude regarding the charge and their unwillingness to show any compassion for a customer that had already paid four days for boarding and was only about 15 or 20 minutes late. Fast forward, that issue was remedied and our fur baby continued to board with them over the next two months, at the beginning of the month our pooch had injured her toenail. We stated that we’d like to pick her up so that she could rest better at home after the injury, they refused to let us pick her up. This is yet another example of young kids being unprofessional and not trained in the area of being professional and sympathetic towards clients needs. She was picked up that Tuesday, she was in good shape, and all was well. I called in this morning to board our pooch for next week and was rudely told that we could no longer board with them due to an incident that took place two months ago in which she claimed I hung up on one the young ladies. This was untrue and when I stated that I had since then boarded there twice and there hadn’t been any issues, she rudely stated that we were not welcome to board there. Due to the fact I was a concerned pet owner with questions about my pet’s injury, that they did not have the answers to, resulted in them making a bias decision and shows that they are not culturally aware. We have boarded at high-end kennels for years with no issues; therefore, you guys are the issue, not a concerned client.

I wasn't informed when i made the appointment 2 weeks inadvance of the all day process to have my dog groomed. I was given a drop of time of 7:30 am. But when i went to drop her off. I asked what time may i pick her up. I was advised her grooming pickup time is between 1-4pm. WOW! That's 8 hours , that's two long , then I was told it would be another $25.00 if i want her to be grommed by herself one on one. I wasn't able to leave her and i wasnt given my deposit back because I couldn't meet that time frame. I assure she would be ready without 2- 3 hours of drop off time. Not 8 hours.

My baby girl first time staying away from home since I got her. She was stressed because it was her first time in a cage. The staff was very nice and friendly. I will use Willow Run Kennels again and they was recommended to me by my sister who was very pleased when her baby boy stayed with them.

The staff were very nice. My two dogs stayed for 3 nights. Over the phone I was quoted 39/ night per dog. On the website the price is 35/dog per night. When I went to pick them up I was charged 41/dog per night so I’m not really sure how to feel about the price discrepancy.

The 40 minute drive each way is well worth the service provided. My chow has a bit of an attitude and the staff here has managed to not only build rapport with her so she is comfortable with them but also aid in assisting us with changing her behavior around strangers. She’s has come so far in the past year!

I have been taking my dogs here for years. We didn’t go anywhere during covid so they had not been back there in over a year. I called and they informed me that they had a new system. So I had to go through and upload all my dogs information. The app asks if the dog is aggressive. So I select yes. Remind you they have been going here for years with no incident whatsoever. So they née manager calls me and says we are not taking anymore aggressive dogs. So, I said but they have been coming there for years and haven’t had a problem. So I tried to schedule my dog today and got a call saying they could not come back. I ask why and she said be we’ve had problems before. The lil manager I’m training said the manager had interacted with them before and they was to aggressive. So I asked when did the new manager start. The lil manager in training said she’s been here for about a year. Mean while the lil manager I’m training is talking over me. So, I say then how did she come in contact with them before. They hadn’t been there in over a year. She continued to make up stuff. I would recommend this place to anyone. It use to be a great establishment but, it has been going down every year since the 5 years I’ve been taking my dogs there.

They helped me on a very stressful day. Need to leave town. My wife was in the hospital and the other kennels wanted contracts signed, they didn't know how long they could stay. I didn't know when I was coming back. All I wanted to do with have my dogs taken care of so I can leave Texas to go New York to be with my wife. I paid a week in advance I did not know when I was coming back and it was okay with them and for that I shall always be a customer because they cared about me not their pockets. Not to mention the vet service that they receive while I was away. Absolutely wonderful place. I would highly recommend to anyone.

I used to board my dog at PetSmart but when I brought him home I had to house train him all over again. Since he's been going to Willow Run I haven't had that problem. He enjoys the long walks and the staff enjoy him too. I feel as though he gets personal attention as if he's they're dog; and they are literally right down the road from my house so it doesn't get any better than that!! Thanks ladies for doing a great job with Junior!

I am not very pleased with the communication. I have never boarded my dogs (shih Tzu/ Yorkie) before so I called 3 months or more out from the date of my cruise to get all the information I needed to know as far as prices and requirements, I wrote down every detail I was given. A month or so after that I went to tour the facility with my two pets and to have all my paperwork reviewed and entered into their system. I was told I was only missing one shot. They have kennels down stairs that is divided by a left and right side, the left side being for the aggressive dogs, this area is very noisy. Upstairs they have another area for the smaller dogs where it is quiet and they even have a T.V. to watch and this is where I was told my two dogs will be together. Fast forward I decided to give them a trial run for two nights before the extended stay I need in June and provided the verification of the missing shot I needed for them both. My payment was entered than I was told the price therefore when I ask for details she stated she could not provide it until after I paid because she had already entered it. Come to find out the price I was originally quoted was for the daycare service and not the boarding (price was not confirmed at drop off) resulting in $100 or so more than I anticipated, I was also charged for flee prevention that they did not need nor was it requested from me. I was not ask nor did I give authorization to administer the 24hr prevention, and to top it off my dogs where down stairs with the big dogs and all the Nosie. Than I was told that's where all the new dogs go to ensure there are not aggressive however upon check-in the ladies where able to put collier on and walk them out with no problems Needless to say I am not pleased at all.

I dropped my baby Zeus off on a Friday. They helped me find a veterinarian to get his flu shot so he can stay I also was a day late picking him up I gave them a call and they said no problem. I picked him up on Thursday he was clean his nails were clipped and he was properly taken care of. I will forever take my dog here.

Got are dogs back home and my chocolate lab got diarrhea really bad and they always come home with a bad odor.Look like you would bathe the dogs before we pick them up. They are good when you need to make an appointment in a hurry

We've used Willow Run kennels for our dogs a few times now. Previously, when we kenneled the dogs (at our Vet), the dogs seemed quite stressed when they came up. After spending a week at Willow Run they were fine.. no stress at all.We did the indoor/outdoor kennels with 2 "yard plays" a day.Will certainly use them again!

We board our kitties here whenever we have to evacuate since the family we stay with is highly allergic. We've always had a wonderful experience! Highly recommend!

Nice people we were looking for a new place for grooming and bording but didn't get any services performed yet. We will be trying out thier grooming quote was reasonable. There was other repeat bording customers there who said he's happy with their services.

I recommend this kennel as they took care of my cat. They were friendly and knowledgeable. My only comment was I found it difficult to reach them by phone when I tried to check on my cat while I was away.

I Was Told About Willow RUN By A Friend After Maxion Had A Bad Experience With Another Day Care.I Gave Them A Call, Walk The Facility and Maxion Started The Next Day One A Friday. We Both Enjoy Willow RUN Kennels. He Is Worn Out Once We Get Home. Boarding Is Also Available. September 26, 2019
