The prices clearly advertised are not the prices that ring up at the register so be careful. This happened to me today (1/1/24). The small moving boxes were advertised as $1 but $1.98 at the register (see the pictures). I even showed the supervisor the same pictures. What happened? I was told the price is the price. I do not have this issue at the Cedar Hill location. This is deceptive so be careful if you choose to shop here.

It took an hour for customer service to resolve a product. recall issue. No one was at customer service. I had to ask several associates for assistance including the manager, Barbara, who originally told me to wait until the associate returned to customer service. And I originally asked for a manager to assist me in the first place who was emailed by the home office who was instructed by the Consumer Product Safety Commission. Barbara was unprofessional and raised her voice at several associates, and she was less than helpful to the associate she handed over the issue to. I was late for a business meeting due to the fiasco. Further, I have witnessed thieves walk right out of the store with baskets of food and products. No one was notified the two times I witnessed it along with associates at the front door. They're consistently out of stock on products which show in stock online. Would be great if walmart paid higher wages to attract a more competent, friendly and professional workforce.

Best stock of Blinds that I have seen in any Walmart.Why isn't there a register open during business hours???That is ridiculous and it has been like that for a long time.Maybe a note on the door that 30 staff members and not 1 can run a cash register???It is hard for the older people and a huge inconvenience.Other stores add cashier's when the store announced they are closing and you must check out in 5 minutes and there is 18 shoppers in self checkout, and 5 team members in that one small area...The good old days.... If there were 3 or more in a check out line, they would radio for additional cashier's....That was great customer service!!! WASNo longer happens

Auto center is horrible! I ordered tires and went to have them installed. The employeesCouldn't find the tires. When they finally found them, they had not been entered into the system. I arrived at 3:55 pm on Friday. The tires arrived on Wednesday according to my email. The mgr. Jose is doing absolutely nothing to help the situation. I asked the employee to have him to come speak to me. He never showed. It is now 5:30 and no tires entered into the system.

I had a great experience today!!!!! I was doing self checkout and an employee named Jhyanah ( i think thats how you spell her name ) saw me struggling with my newborn baby and she stepped in without me asking and scanned all my items in my cart so that I can carry/ soothe my baby. Literally lifesaver, and as a mother this meant sooo much. We need more great and caring people like this ! Forever grateful!

The self check out are always cluttered and the cashiers treat it as if it’s the inconvenience to help people when it’s literally their job. They also have the products but, they always keep it at the top stock and there’s never workers around to help. Please do better!

At home/Walmart+ at this location is deplorable, orders or canceled out place for different days times or delayed you can never reach anyone inside the store in the delivery department I pay for the subscription this is not for free I don't understand why it doesn't flow more smoothly. They'll tell you well we can just cancel the order but if you cancel it it takes 3 to 5 business days for the lock to come off of your funds so that it can be placed back in your account... Horrible service and now I've just received a message like I said saying that my order is going to be delayed and wouldn't be so bad except for the fact that this happens all the time.

Ordered a birthday cake and cupcakes for my son. Their system was down for about a month states the employee so my order was never received.Another issue I have is them selling fraudulent gift cards they received from a 3rd party seller. Walmart refused to refund me for the gift cards nor did they try to make it right!

It's a super Walmart.What can you say about that?They have everything you're looking for probably everything you don't want but need. Almost knows that sting is customer service and if you like checking yourself out then that's what you get. Go to walmart and go to work all at the same time

CCHECK OUT LANES AND ONLY 2 REGISTERS ARE OPEN WITH A CASHIER AND THE SELF SERVICE LANE HAD ONLY E WORKING REGISTERS AND THERE ARE 28 PEOPLE WAITING TO CHECK OUT. THIS IS TOTALLY RIDICULOUS!!! THERE ARE EMPLOYEES STANDING AROUND DOING NOTHNG, BUT WATCHING!!!! REALLY???? THEN AFTER STANDING IN LINE FOR 1O MINUTES, THE CASHIER ANNOUNCED THAT SHE'S TAKING CARDS NIT CASH. ON THE WAY OUT OF THE STORE, I DECIDED TO TRY SOME OF THE WINGS AND I HAD TO GET BACK IN LINE AND START ALL OVER AGAIN!!! THE DELI SHOULD HAVE REGISTERS THERE SO THAT YOU CAN GET CHECKED OUT. AND YOU WONDER WHY YOU'RE LOSING BUSINESS!!!!! 🤬

I had a great experience at this Walmart. Very pleased with the organization here.I Did some shopping while I was waiting on my battery change with my vehicle.I also got a Headlight restoration cleaning.The workers in the auto department were very helpful , positive and had great communication.I have no problem making the 23 minute commute to come back and get my car serviced in the future.Thank YOU, DoSoto auto center, y’all are awesome!

If you're going to have all of the baby formula locked away, atleast have someone readily available with the key to unlock it. I waited 30 minutes for someone to come and unlock the case and no one ever showed up!

So I came into the store to get some beats. I had just finished running and my old Bose set was hanging on by a thread. Since I had to pass Walmart to get home, I stopped. I went to the electronics section. Nobody was there. I was early. It was 7:02 am the section opens at 7:00 am. So was I really too early or was the associate late? I walked in the back where it says associates only and I could have cleaned them out. Who’s minding this store? Anyway, I was told the associate was getting his money, drawer, whatever. So I decided to write this while I waited. It’s 7:25 am. Still waiting for the associate to get the key.If electronics opens at 7:00, you your money and keys should be ready for a sale at 7:00 am. Just change the time to 8:00 am…

If I could do a negative stars I would. We have been here an hour and a half for two tires. The guy doing the work does not seem to know what he's doing. Ge has walked around my car at least 5 times. Waiting on paperwork for prepaid tires. I will never do business here again

I will never shop at this Walmart again.Today was my last time shopping at this Walmart in store or pick up.I tried to contact a manager but from the lack of customer service for pick up or inside dealing with associates.I can understand why there is no customer service.A manager is no where to be found.

I went to have a battery changed on my car and the guys(Omar, Damion, Kevin and Brian) in the Auto Care Department went above and beyond to services my needs. I just wanted Walmart to know that good service NEVER goes unnoticed Thanks!

The customer service for the delivery department has completely gone downhill. They are incompetent and argue with the customer instead of listening. My order was delayed 3 days in a row and they still messed up my order. I'm gladly going back to Tom Thumb.

Customer Service manager went out of her way to help me. Person Manning the money center took exception w me calling the store and telling then I'd been waiting gotever and there was no one there to wait on me. They finally located the person sent her back and she complained that she had been gone that long and I shouldn’t have called well. I’ve been there 10 minutes. She should’ve been gone that long not without a back up now without someone watching on the money wrong wrong wrong.

Stopped in the DeSoto location on Beltline...recently remodeled & it looks great! Just needed a few things, 2 liter soft drinks on the list. With the remodel, the 2 liters are now stocked way too high...impossible to reach unless you're tall😳I looked around for an employee, even a customer to give me assistance. I found an employee in the dairy dept...a special shout out to Kenniyah (hope I spelled correctly)...She was shopping the online orders but was nice enough to stop & help me..I needed 4 2 liters...I truly appreciate her taking the time away from her task to assist me. *It'd be nice if the 2 liters could be stocked lower*

This is such an inconvenience to customers when your stockers are management team drops a pallet of merchandise in the middle of an aisle, especially if it's making it to wear a customer can't pass through and shop... Especially when it's a customer that's in a wheelchair... This is not in compliance at all... Walmart please do better... (DeSoto Tx)

After many years of shopping Walmart, I am switching to the RED CIRCLE and HEB. On today, (6:30am), none of the self checkouts were setup to give cash back. The employees STANDING AROUND mumbled something about the manager was not there. When I asked if someone could assist me with scanning, I was told they could TELL ME what to do, but they couldn’t scan my items.Yes, Sam Walton is turning flips in his grave!! So long, Sam and family. I AM DONE.

Love this Walmart 100% out of my way but will come here for the quality and quantity! Plus I found this beauty actually well taken care of plants in the garden section.Oh and if your looking for seed packets this is your place.
