After my experience at the Cedar Hill location I was concerned that getting a prescription filled here would be a similar experience. That was absolutely not the case. I was greeted at the door by the cashier, the facility was clean, well stocked, and the pharmacy team was fantastic! Highly recommend this location!!

Old white man with brown teeth working the photo counter refused to take my mother & I’s passport pictures because apparently they’re doing “Christmas photos/Christmas card pictures only” in the afternoons and evenings. There was nobody but one other lady in the chair. He just didn’t want to help us. This review is really 0 stars

I m so tired of this pharmacy, first there will be 3 people working on looking for meds , line inside and drive thru . I wish I had option with different pharmacy, but because companies have Walgreens pharmacy is only once we can use sucks . They need to do better job never meds are ready you go stand in line inside or outside . It’s just very Inconvenient . No matter what time or day u go same issues

Assistant manager Aliyah is very rude and seems like she never wants to do her job. I have been there several times and when I’ve asked for help she’s either had an attitude or not helped at all. Also masks are required but she was wearing hers on her chin not covering her nose OR mouth. Just careless. Also, went back recently to pick up a photo order and Richard was rude and because he couldn’t find part of our order he suddenly started to raise his voice at me! He asked to see my phone and then threw it back to me when he was done, he did not apologize or say anything even though my phone slid and fell.

Pharmacy is always slow/backed up. They never answer calls just send you straight to hold. The pharmacy staff are some of the rudest people that I have encountered and they get upset for problems/mishaps/errors that THEY themselves have caused. Customer service is key and they don't even have the lock to put the key inside of. I have overheard them talking about wanting to duck down so that customers don't see them, lol sure we have those moments but don't say those things in front of other customers. I have been having problems with them before but no more transferring to another pharmacy.

(WAITED TWO HOURS FOR A PRESCRIPTION) If I could have done 0 stars I would have , the customer service at this location is atrocious ; I was placed on hold 3 times on the phone too see if my prescription was available in ready the Technician Receptionist Naomi stated that she had a line that was too long . For her to take my information over the phone and completely placed me on hold once again with out my consent ; Quentin L the pharmacist had to step in on be half of the assistant manager Alliyah Richard , Ms. Richard was supposed resolve my issue & instead she ignored the issue , I then asked Manag Dawn Certified manager do they have a corporate number . She then stated that she is the manager and didn’t know anything about my 2 hour wait ; she then stated there very busy although there was no line when I arrived ; she then started making excuses for a two hour wait that could have been resolved within 5-10mins . Would not recommend this too anyone !

Please do not use the pharmacy here. The worst I have ever experienced. Ive used this pharmacy for the last 5 years, but this is the last year. Just look at all the most recent reviews. The staff is rude, uneducated, no manners, poor communication skills and down right disrespectful.SAVE TIME - DO NOT USE THE PHARMACY HERE.Sad I will now be driving to Costco or Cedar Hill.Desoto is not what it used to be.

Let me tell you why this store is getting 5stars in my book... Well first off- I got to this location after stopping at one that didn’t have a photo kiosk up and running. I get here and finish my order of printing 2 photo books at 9pm. Photo dept closed at 8:30. However my guy Jan said no worries, and printed my pics and put both of my books together because I needed them for same day service! That’s the customer service that deserves FIVE gold stars!!! I soo hope management gets this review and helps me in appreciating workers who go above and beyond the call of duty! Thanks again Jan!Many Blessings!💜

Customer service is very subpar. Mobile app and pharmacy do not communicate well. Each month I go through hell to just refill my medications and hope they have them in stock.

Pharmacy lines are very long and slow. More important 3 or 4 times in the past couple years they have taken days to fill one of my prescription. For example "it'll be ready by three" then you arive at three and its not ("the order came to late", or "they forgot to do it", or "we've realized it's out of stock"). This will happen over and over for a couple days and eventually they send you to another pharmacy for the prescription. It's very frustration since you usually wait in line 30+ mins each time to go get it. Really don't recommend. :/

This Walgreens is horrible. Always a wait, pharmacist not available, takes so long just to answer phone. It's always something. I would give them a 0 if I could.

This Walgreens is horrible. They never seem to have your prescription in stock. They double charge your FSA cards...please check your FSA frequently. They never seem to have the prescription your doctor phoned or electronically submitted. They have extremely long drive-thru lines. And absolutely don't think your going to speak with a pharmacist because they never answer their phone!!! Why do I use them because CVS is worse...so my doctor will only use this pharmacy to send prescriptions to.

The cashier Malisa was rude and no knowledge about finding Fed Ex packages that are not directly near her cash register. The manager wasn't customer friendly AT ALL. Between the 2 of them they could use some customer service classes.

Pharmacist was very rude on 9-10-19 @ 2:50 pm. She over talked me with a harsh rude tone and didn't listen to what I was saying, I was trying to confirm what she was saying and she was very insensitive and short about everything.
