Been in pharmacy drive thru for over 15 minutes, the cashier doesn't seem to be excited or passionate about their career choice and the consumers are punished. If the medication is electronically submitted by physicians, it should not take forever to fill. This is ridiculous

Horrible customer service...cashiers need to improve basic customer service skills...greeting customer, thanking customer, inviting the customer back. Haven't been to this location in years, stopped by around 2pm...will not return. A few people in line, cashier had one speed..slow..no thank you or anything..just rude..& unpleasant..

Have been waiting in line for close to one hour at pharmacy drive thru and only one car as been attended to. This is absurd. This review needs to be taken to corporate level management so that proper training can be implemented at this location as it’s clear that it is needed.

The manager Monika is very rude and talks harsh to customers, she doesn't know how to have a professional conversation with customers who are patronizing their establishment, she is very condescending, I'm sure she doesn't know what that means, but they need to not allow her to serve the customers until she has had a refresher course on customer service and what it means..... before someone reaches behind the counter for her and her slick mouth

I literally HATE that my insurance makes me get my prescriptions from here. These are the absolute rudest workers EVER! These people act as though they are not servicing patients. There's a certain level of empathy and understanding that should come with your tone. They speak to me as if I should be glad that they are servicing me. Or as though I am uneducated I am a woman with a degree who has been in the Healthcare system for over 10 years! I know how to speak to patients. Someone named Shay told me "this is how I talk." She was dry and very short with me. Today was another one! Walgreens please do better. There's a reason you have 2 stars as a rating. My friends go to TT and they rave about their experience. I cannot say the same

I hate leaving reviews but this Walgreens is by far the worst one ive been to, I came here to get a Canvas made which was suppose to be a same day service, rude shift lead explained that it wouldn't be same day due to short staff, (when the store is filled with employees) anyways, photo was suppose to been ready Dec 6th, after i came in and paid on the 3rd! Was told that someone would call me about picking up, of course no one did. I then went to the store on the 6th to pick up so i thought, but the canvas was not ready lol the lady ACT like she was going to get it ready for me but i couldn’t stand there and wait for her to do it, so i left told her i would come back the next day. I go in today on the 8th, canvas still not ready after giving them an extra day to get it done!!! Shontae who was in the photo department had to get it ready as i stood there to watch…im saying this to say, dont let them tell yall they are short staffed because they are not! They are LAZY!!! No one greeted me when i came in all 3 times, when you ask for something they act as if your inconveniencing them. I will never do business with this store again. They honestly need new management if you ask me!

I live in the area. I love Walgreens. I am a super nice patient person but the cashier is awful! She is soooo rude. She is elderly and I’d hate to say it but if you don’t like your job than find another!! I have seen her several times argue with customers. Guess what…. Your in customer service! I’m now going to another Walgreens for my family’s needs. I will not be talked to like I did something wrong because she doesn’t want to walk around the counter!

The worst pharmacy I have been to. Terrible service, gave two different times to pick up prescription today and times it wasn’t ready. The third time when I went to pick it up the pharmacist said they don’t have it in stock. The pharmacy techs have the worst attitude and pharmacist is over her head. If you need your prescription urgently go some where else. If you don’t then you wait in line for an hour and no one will even great you or try to assist you. They need to close this pharmacy down.

This places should be listed in the yellow pages under DEATH or Funeral Companies. If you're in need of a RX that was requested days ago via your on line Walgreens account, get ready to WAIT. I changed my pharmacy from Walmart to Walgreen and I should kick myself. You can actually set up an account online but the online account NEVER notifies the pharmacy about your request. Get this, you'll get a text message confirming the order is ready for pickup. It's not the STAFF at this location. They're really nice and polite. The amount of staff located at this Walgreens says a lot about the COMPANY. It's obvious that retention is an issue. While there I noticed only 3 people working behind the counter. (1) person answering all calls, the drive through and the walk up counter, the pharmacist and another person pulling & refilling RX. Shame on you for not being able to retain staff to assist in the amount of refills requested for this location. I did place a call to Walgreens corporate office asking to speak with a manager and I left my contact information on 5/1/2019, as of today CRICKETS...... The amount of time and gas required to get a RX filled at this location is not worth the BAD SERVICE! Pick another Pharmacy people!

Horrrrrribbblllleeeee service EVERYTIME. SERVICE IS THE WORST. PHARMACY MOVES SO SLOW AND HAVE NO CONCERN. THEY SHOW THEY DO NOT CARE. I GAVE ONE STAR BUT THIS LOCATION DONT EVEN DESERVE THAT. THEY DEFINITELY NEED TO GET NEW WORKERS THAT CARE ABOUT SICK PATIENTS. I WILL NO LONGER USE THIS PHARMACY WHICH IS MY CLOSEST LOCATION.

Tonight at 2300 on 2/25/18, my husband and I went into our neighborhood Walgreens store #4293 to purchase my allergy medication and his deodorant. Once we got into the store, we started looking around, we then both voiced that we needed to use the bathroom. I went to the front of the store to ask Sarah, team shift lead, if we could use their bathroom because I knew we needed permission first. Sarah the team lead, was giving a customer a very hard time about his rewards (I believe) and making a huge scene about his purchase, condoms. I was very embarrassed for the customer because Sarah was very inappropriate with the customer and the purchase. Whatever the issue was about the purchase of the condoms, it should have never been handled in such a ill mannered and embarrassing way. Sarah was quick and snapped at me for asking to use the bathroom, “yes the bathrooms are already open”. As I made my way to the back of the store to tell my husband that the bathrooms were open, I stopped and saw some cute candles and smelled one of them in the Hallmark card isle. I noticed Sarah walking towards me, and snapped again, “how are you doing”. I thought it was weird because she had just seen me not even 20 seconds earlier. I made my way to the bathroom and my husband was holding the door for me. We get out of the bathroom and resume our shopping. Sarah at this point is following us around the store, and I hear her say that she is calling security, and I thought “what’s going on”, I thought maybe there was some activity going on that my husband and I were not aware of. We grab our desired products and my husband remembers that he needs deodorant, so we make our way to that isle. As soon as we get to the isle, Sarah again snaps at both my husband and I, “what do you need help with”?. I told Sarah that my husband was simply looking for deodorant. At this point I know we are being discriminated against and profiled, for who knows what senseless reason. Sarah continues to stay on the same isle that we are on and continues to inappropriately stare at us. As my husband continues to look, I look back down the isle and Sarah is standing at the front sliding door starring again and my husband and I. We get to the checkout counter and begin to purchase our items. We have a coupon for $4 off Zyrtec bottle, and we met all the coupon requirements and the coupon would not work. Not even my husband’s rewards would work. So the cashier calls for the manager, and Sarah comes to the register, obviously angry. Sarah snaps, “why do I have to restart this transaction”? I tell Sarah that our coupon that was obviously printed out from Walgreens is not working and our rewards are not applying to the transaction. We had $50 in rewards to use during this transaction. Sarah stares at the coupon and our Zyrtec bottle and stated that there is nothing that she can do about the coupon. I told Sarah what’s the point of Walgreens printing out coupons if they can’t honor it? Sarah snapped back and said she couldn’t do anything about it, and we would have to wait to talk to the store manager in the morning. The cashier even tried to scan the newest coupon that had printed during our first transaction, and it still wouldn’t work. At this time, I have emailed corporate with our rewards/card # so that an account of our HUGE transaction history can be noted and our allegiance to Walgreens, with the details of our trip to Walgreens tonight. We were definitely failed as valued and committed customers tonight. I keep thinking in my head what in the world did we do to set Sarah off that we were any kind of suspicious, and to be so unprofessional and grossly negligent with us and our purchase order. This is definitely our first discrimination encounter, at Walgreens of all places!

As of today I am absolutely DONE with this Walgreens. Not only did they charge me the wrong amount for my prescription but they also gave me someone else's prescription. There is no way I am going to continue to trust these people to provide me and my family with medication if they can't even get that right. Unless you want to deal with long wait times and putting you and your family at risk of receiving the wrong medication I would suggest going to another Pharmacy.

HORRIBLE!!!! YOU WILL DIE WAITING FOR YOUR MEDICATION FROM THESE PEOPLE. Im from out of town. Had put in the order for my medication thru the app. App said it was ready for pick up. Walked two miles to this walgreens only to tell me it wasnt available and had to be ordered. Said it would be there the next day. They said they could deliver it. Been 3 days and nothing. Called and they said they didnt know about delivery. Mind you ,gave them the address to my hotel 2 different times. Have to now go get my medication somewhere else. If its up to these people you will die waiting for your medication. Theres a reason they have 2 stars. Take your business to cvs.

The drive thru for pharmacy is horrible in Desoto Texas on Pleasant Run. You have to wait in line over an hour to get your prescriptions. If they do not have enough help they need to hire more people. This is ridiculous they need to change managers.

The front cashier, Sandra (an older, gray-haired, black woman) checked me out today and had the WORST customer service! No eye contact, no greeting, barely a response when I asked how she was doing? Just a poor representative, especially for working in the FRONT of the store.

I worked as a pharmacy tech here before and while it was not much better while I was there, it was not as ridiculous as it is now. I now take my prescriptions to another, farther Walgreens.The drive thru is insane. Unless you enjoy the comfort of your vehicle's seat, radio, etc. you will be waiting for at least 10 minutes AFTER you pull up to the window.Phones? What phones? The trick is to call another department asking for the pharmacy, because they'll then page the pharmacy to pick up X line that you're holding on. Even then be ready to be told to hold for an additional amount of time.

Worst pharmacy ever...next to cvs in target on wheatland that is. On top of lying about calling me about my prescriptions, 3 days later they still weren't ready...go figure still no phone call, and they didn't have it in stock. Not to mention, don't bother wasting your time calling they don't answer the phone anyway. The system places you on hold, and they never come to the line. It happened to me, and I watched them listen to it ring while I waited another 30 min.

Nice spot to go in and outs for your pharmacy needs. I haven't had any experiences here since I started coming here in 2009. The store is kept up with , the stock could be better but most times I find what I need here.

The worst Walgreens in the area. Employees are rude and incredibly unprofessional. One of the girls working at this location actually yelled at my mom, because she questioned if one of the items she was trying to purchase was on sale. The other employees sat there watching, as if this kind of thing happens all the time. I will go out of my way to another store before we go back here.

This place is 3 minutes from my house and I keep driving by regretting having to pick up my prescription. This place is sooooo slow, I hardly ever pick up and prescription. I don’t understand how they are so slow and their primary business is medication. This place is terrible.

Every time I go to this Walgreens for the sales, they never give them to me. They always say that people always put stuff in wrong place. The shelf is literally full of the same product. They never even go check. They just prefer for you to leave and not buy anything.

I JUST DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY THE CORPORATE IS NOT PAYING ATTENTION TO THIS PHARMACY, WAIT TIME ON THE PHONE IS MINIMUM 30 MINUTES, YOU WILL BE PUT ON HOLD, THEN MUSIC, THEN CONTINOUS RINGING, THEN HOLD AGAIN, FOLLOWED BY MUSIC, FINALLY IT GETS DISCONNECTED. I CALLED TODAY IN THE MIDDLE OF MY WORK FOR A PATIENT OF MINE WHO HAS DIFFICULTY SPEAKING, AND NEEDS HELP WITH MEDICATION REFILLS. ITS OUTRAGEOUS AND BEYOND ACCEPTABLE.
