I am disabled. So it’s really hard for me to move around. And it’s hard for me to see.When I went to Tom thumb today. All the green grapes that were bagged Already Looked a little bit old. And they were 4.50(+~)So I decided to get the grapes that were in the plastic container. And I got the box that in my opinion look the best from the outside. When I got home. To my surprise all The grapes In the plastic clear box look bad, A relative of mine have to tell me. The box of grapes by the way cost $5.99 a poundThumb thumb prices are higher than other grocery stores. ALDI Across the street a relative of mine had told me that they were at $2.99 a poundIt is true that it’s my fault that I cannot see. Butter supposedly thumb thumb sales there products at a higher price The customers expect the products to be a better quality.Like I said it was really hard for me to go all the way to Tom thumb in my condition. And it’s much harder for me to go back and return the product.Are usually don’t make any complaints. But I feel obligated to make this complaint so yaw could offer a better service.Given this really bad review was really hard for me. Since it’s really hard for me to be able to move my hand typing this message. Since I had a stroke.

I come here to renew my tags and the customer service is always friendly and fast. (*UPDATE* July 25th) Today unfortunately there was a sewer odor next to the fruit section and there were quite a few fruit and vegetables that didn't look as fresh. Otherwise my experience was pleasant and hopefully they will get these few problems taken care of.

I was there to place an order for a Thanksgiving Meal. The deli lady, who was sweet, didn’t know about the Thanksgiving meals. She called her manager. The manager came from the back and did not greet me as I was standing there with the deli lady. The deli lady asked for confirmation and the manager responded with “we always do these…you didn’t know because you’re new”. I thought that it was rude to say that in front of a customer. The reason for the deli lady not knowing has more to do with the lack of communication from management than her newness. The manager should have responded by taking accountability for not communicating. I probably won’t get my thanksgiving meal now.

Drive through pharmacy service is just horrid. No thoughtfulness given towards sick people trying to stay out of public spaces.Waited in the drive through line 20 min to dropoff my prescription. I was told they have it in stock and I should return in 30min. I returned an hour later, and waited another 20mins.New person says, "Oh, we only just got your prescription. Give us time to fill it.) I gestured towards the first person and she said, oh the Pharmacist has a question for you. Answered the question and was told to go park where they could see me and then they'd wave me back over.30 minutes later they waved me back. Asked for my insurance card and told me to get at the back of the line of cars.Get up to the window in 20 mins to be told "It didn't work" and to go to CVS. I requested a return of my prescription and was then given a sticky note of additional information the woman never asked for.No apologies given for their lack of knowledge and customer service.

Always find something I like & want at PUMA. Picked up a pair of $120.00 "Clyde" footwear for $33.98 before tax. Yes amazing! Plenty of cool gear for men, women & kids. Open air mall shopping center right off the 75 North. Parking fills up fast on Saturday shopping day. Great staff!

I bought berries yesterday for my breakfast. You can see the date on the receipt and the item is showing. I couldn’t eat over half of them and this one appeared to be the newest thing n the cooler. Why would they allow this to be made when these were clearly past their prime. Then charge a premium? This is gross and I wouldn’t trust any of their produce. But also, if this is what they find ok, then what are they doing with the meat? Be careful y’all. It’s too bad. People in this area deserve better.

This store has earned the respect and business 100%. Diane’s customer service was immaculate. If you’re looking to feel like everything’s going to go right today, it’s her line you want to be in. She called for assistance to get me to my car, and who she sent was delightful. Desmond helped me out, broke my ice down for me, and loaded it up perfectly while holding the best conversation.I was having a day today.. you know the kind, and the customer service at this location was enough to match the energy. I’ll be back!

Called about information on my insulin for diabetes. Was put on hold longer than they said, so long on hold (probably customer service was doing great service to the guests in store!) I ended up passing out cause I’m diabetic.. I’m probably writing this from heaven so save your time & go to CVS, maybe even Walgreens.

This is the worst Tom Thumb I’ve ever been to. Rude customer service, I went to the prepared food area the other day and saw an employee cleaning the case with a dirty towel and touched the chicken with the towel, and when I asked for fresh chicken he told me that I should’ve stayed home and cooked then. I spoke with the manager on duty and he seemed very unconcerned. I went in on today with a Cowboys shirt and hat and shoes but when I asked about discount I was told that I had to have a jersey on. I had never been told that before. I asked was a manager there and she said that she was the manager. Also the lines are always long. Won’t be going back here. These folks in here get ruder by the day. The food is always expired at this location

Service bar none I love shopping at Tom Thumb. My favorite department is the fresh meat counter. I love the opportunity to select your personal cut of meat, and you determine how much you want. As for the rest of the store, they have everything you could ever want and more. Thier prices go hand and hand with the quality of food they carry.

Had a nice visit to Tom Thumb. Went to get some Almond milk and it was very comparable to other stores. Tom Thumb appeared clean however they have a ton of times that need to be stocked and it was a bit cluttered. It was very crowded in Tom Thumb and they had about 9 registers open to check out. The customer service was pretty good and it is a location I will definitely visit again. Still pretty good service."Our Purpose Is Your Blessing"

This is the Valentine's Edition!! I must say the florist had so much to choose from this year. I was getting a little flustered that they had no separate greenery for sale! But in the clutch, my mother loved the spray I purchased there. Big ups for the florist!! The roses have been amazing!!

Mr Johnson is a cool mgr had a few bumps in the road but he addressed it and I assure you he will make sure that his customers are happy so I continue to go there because of him sharon and it's a lady that work in a bakery department and the guy that works deli he's really sweet as well but Tom Thumb is a good store to shop at it's a cashier that be up front I think she told me she's from New Orleans I don't quite remember her name but I like her she's really sweet and always greeting me when she sees me really nice young lady💐💐

I traveled 7 miles to this store, it was worth it! The food desert I live in has a low grade of nutritious foods. This store is stocked well, clean, has a friendly environment and is to be commended for being one of the best.

I dont know what it is, I'm constantly treated poorly here. I get very poor service, mostly at the meat counters and sometimes at the register, then my wife walks up and they treat her a lot better. She also has minor issues but not nearly as bad as they treat me. Im not famous, not rude and I dont have a list. Just ask for my order and leave. The store is ran well, just have issues with people that want to be rude to me.

Great store. I have not ever liked shopping at this store because of the name and the history at another location that has nothing to do with this one(crazy i know) so we finally went and I've been shorting myself. Fresh selection, holidays they grill the ribs out front with sauce or without and I think it's like $10 a slab. The also sometimes have turkey legs out there, but MY FAVORITE part of this store is the hot food section. The fried fish, chicken and smoked sausage.... Sooooo good! U can feed you family for cheap if you put your own meal together.

This store is on a constant decline. The produce is rotting on the shelves and gnats are everywhere. It's really sad considering Tom Thumb as a chain typically has great produce.

This location didn't have as many ready to go meal options for dinner. So I got a couple of great lunches but nothing for dinner. Guess I am ordering out this week. Overall I am very pleased with these grocery stores.

Best cakes in the entire area. And my entire area I mean Southwest Dallas county. I don't know what Tom Thumb does to their cakes but they make them so good it'll make you kick your grandma. Their soups are off the chain good. Stores always clean staff is always friendly staff is always fast which is important. However the person they have working at the Starbucks is always rude don't understand that but the rest of the stories absolutely wonderful

On yesterday I went to go get my license plate sticker the machine was down. They told me to come back in about hour waited hour in a half came back still was down so today 9/10/22 I called this morning talk with manager he said the machine was working so I drove up there for him to tell me the guy that is working customer service is going to take his senior picture and it's going to be close until he get back . He call six people to come in it's nothing he could do about it. Okay but you should have told me that before I waisted my gas to drive up there for the third time he should have gotten back there and printed it off when you are a manager sometimes you have to have many of hats to please your loyal customers Un acceptable

I went into this location and a lady by the name of Ms Patricia in the bakery department was absolutely amazing. She seemed as if she was working by herself and she had so many orders but she was still so very kind and patient with me as I wanted a cake in the case. She also was very careful in handling the cake. I received the most humble service ever to be honest. I can definitely tell that Ms. Patricia loves what she do. I heard someone once say. That you will never work again if it is something you love to do. I can say that this sweet and kind lady loves what she do. Thank you so much for helping me make my day with your excellent customer service. The cake was delicious as well. God bless you the more.
