This has my neighbor Kroger for over 20 years. It used to be so clean and well managed. However, the quality and customer service has gone down tremendously, mostly over the past year. I walked in yesterday and the floors were hideous. There were little to no groceries, and the front person in charge is usually rude.They have sale stickers on items that they aren't aware of, and then debate with the customers about prices. I've gone in more than once to have them debate with me about prices that are either listed in the sale ads, or on stickers throughout the store.They all need customer service training, and really need to work on keeping the store clean.I've watched my "go to" grocery store take a nose dive. I really hate to take my business away from my neighborhood, but it's looking like I have to.

I wish I read the reviews before getting my mom's order from here. The instacart girl just informed me that the deli guy said they don't cut lunch meat to order...TF. She was told they put the meat out in the morning. What's the point of having deli employees!? I will never again order anything from this trifling store.

The experience was not bad. But when they come on the intercom and say customers should wear masks and store associates also. But you look around and the employees aren't wearing masks.It also sad to see the store is in need of stocking and employees scrolling on their phones or laughing loud and joking instead of working.Two young women were supposed to stock produce, but they were either scrolling on their phones or eating. I observed that one young lady took the product off the shelf, fruit to be exact, and then went to get the seasoning you put on the fruit, opened it, and began to use it. Does Kroger employees get free food?My problem is that when the stores show losses, it's billed back to the consumer. I am ashamed that some people don't understand the morals and ethics you need in a job no matter what you do.If you look closely, you can see the product in one of the young ladies' hands and the open fruit and seasoning sitting on top of the box. You would have to Zoom to see it.9/10/22I was in the store to purchase groceries. The produce section had no bags for your produce. We asked, but the person never came back. Also, they were low on several items in the store. I'm very disappointed. Kinda in a disarray. I posted 4 pictures of the empty plastic bag holders.

I am completely floored by the condition of this store and the non responsive employees here. The place is just running wild. No shopping carts inside, security on the phone or hanging with random individuals illegally parked in front of the store. I literally saw elderly customers walking around with groceries in their hands until I gave away my cart. The food here is old, all my coffee creamer is expired, the meat looks like it all returns and all marked up higher for some reason and the only way to save is to use their membership card. I tried to give them another chance after my last experience here and would like to be escorted out of the store and off the property if I ever attempt to spend my money here again. Check out is a pure fire hazard and OSHA violation. I have seen some decent Kroger's but his one needs to shutter.

First, I want to give a big thanks to Mr. Jalen, the Self Checkout attendant. It seems he runs the whole front department when management seems to not care. Every time I come he has a level of generosity that is very hard to come by, especially in retail workers. Whether it be a return, items missing from online pickups, Items that are not on shelves and Sale price problems (the tags on shelves are 90% of the time WRONG), he is always extremely helpful. Also, Customer service was closed for 4 days straight and I had items that I needed returned before 30 days. The big dude whose the head of store couldn't help me nor any of his other cohorts in management, which is obscene, since customers are the reason you all are in business, but Mr. Jalen helped me. Also, there will be only 1 cashier on the lanes while management just looks around and points. I understand we are moving towards technology, but at least let us older people die out first before we are forced to scan out Sunday dinner ingredients. 1-10 items I don't mind, but I have 40+ items and Im forced the self check because there is only 1 cashier, with a line going down aisle 7 to the back. Please give people like Jalen a good pat on the back and incentive for carrying a front end team when management could be less concerned.

While the location sevres this area, the store needs serious updating. It’s well overdue! Today when reaching for a dairy item - I got some unknown substance on my hand. The equipment and refrigeration area could definitely use a deep cleaning!And this store is always out of anything listed as a sales item. There is never-ever a decent cart available..over the last month —I have gone here on separate occasions and there was not even a cart in the rack. I had to go outside and find a cart on each visit. Be careful.. always a hit or miss here! And I just don’t think upper management is taking heed to anything being said.

I took my grandson into the restroom. Smelled like urine as soon as I opened the door. The store itself is out dated and filthy. Karts are in the parking lot not in the store.

Not about the store but the building. This is TEXAS and we do NOT use salt on the roads. Use sand or brine. Salt destroys everything. It's cold 2 days at a time. The salt is not necessary. Ever.

Set your expectations, it's not the greatest area. Smells a little odd restrooms smell a lot worse. Little sketchy if it's dark. I was driving trough and realized I was in the hood.

Kroger is a supermarket where you can find really good products. I love the clean and the order in the store. The vegetables and fruits are very fresh and invite you to create delicious dishes. The cashiers are nice and very helpful. Also Kroger offers some regards, just go to the Kroger website and read it.

Store needs to be updated badly. It’s old and dirty and barely gets restocked like other Kroger stores. Time for an upgrade on this store Kroger. Also never have good and fresh fruits in store.

I use to love this location until Mr. Cash the manager has hired some very underated people no customer service skills, not even decency to help customers like they should like they get paid for. They won't even ask you if you need a Kroger's card, and what for it doesn't work anyway. Lol. This place does need a serious revamping and Linda has an additude that works in check cashing. They think they own the place. And Mr. Cash. Neva helps.

I've had good and mediocre experiences at this location. I've noticed steady improvement with the new manager. He's very proactive and he can often be seen stocking shelves, assisting customers and even dealing with aggressive panhandlers. That was the kicker. He observed the conduct and then with tact and compassion addressed the guy who quietly left. Mrs Karen loves the company and it shows. I wish they would hire more cashiers. There's always more ppl self checking than those being checked out. I will continue to shop there as long as the improvements continue.

I visit this location each day, multiple times because it has many of the things I need at any time I need them. The fresh rotisserie and hot food porosity are great and will price- at 5 or 6 they mark down the day's rotisserie and chicken products!!! Fresh! Beautiful store arrangement and well informed employees! Thank all of you for putting the addition on every day and bringing us a sweet stop during our days!!

The worst Kroger in America, the majority of the carts wheels were locked. Floors were filthy, smelled horrible and it was only one check out register available. I should’ve known that the store was below average when I saw the sneakers abandoned in the parking lot.

Normally I just complain about the service. Now its the meat.Always used Kroger because its was choice or better. Now that everything is Nolan Ryan, I didnt think much of it. Ive used their roasts and they were fine. I always grind my own meat. Making 1/3 patties (I use a scale to weigh them) the first patty shrank to smaller than a 1/4 patty. Never seen this before in premium meat. Had to break up other patties to add to the ones I cooked to make patties that would fill the bun. Never seen so much grease and shrinkage in my life. Enough tallow to make the fries. It had to be 65/35. No way was this the fat% on the package.

We had the pleasure of visiting Kroger with friends and family. Upon walking into the establishment there were a lot of carts and hand baskets to meet the needs of the shopping a customer would want to partake in. The establishment was clean and free of clutter and there were no slip or trip hazards while walking around. There seems to be a lot of employees walking around and at the checkout registers helping customers find items they wanted to purchase as well as get through the checkout lines quickly. After we gathered our few items we went to the checkout line and there was no wait as there were several open registers. The items we purchased were very inexpensive compared to other places selling similar items. If you need to do grocery shopping Kroger is not a bad place to shop."Our Purpose Is Your Blessing"

Purchased meat from here and didn’t realize until I made it home that it was spoiled. Although the location is good, the store needs updating. Never a decent cart available…. Please don’t buy your meat from here.. or just be careful.. always a hit or miss. I’m scarred about it and won’t be back.
