Horrible staff, I literally witnessed, I am assuming the “manager” for the evening shift get into with a customer. The customer mentioned she’ll call corporate which I hope she does. The “manager” then goes outside where arguments escalated, just to see now the “manager” friends are involved. Both staff showed poor customer service and professionalism. Not to mention every time I come in there they are ALWAYS on the phone talking while ringing up customers. If I could rate this store a ZERO I would.

The workers here are extremely rude and the store is completely unorganized. Several items I had were shelved with the wrong price posted and instead of them selling me the items for the price posted like they're supposed to do I got attitude and excuses. One of the items I had was a 10 pack of dial soap the shelf price was $2.00 it rang up for $10.00. I took the lady to the shelf where I got it from and she said "OH THAT'S IN THE WRONG PLACE"! So she moved it to the spot with $8.00 I said ok that's fine but it's ringing up for $10.00. So she took a closer look and there wasn't a price placed on the shelf for that item at all. After going around and around I just left the store and I will never patronize them again.

So I came in June 8th @ 4:46 pm and Christopher Phillips I think that's what he Said his name was he is amazing great customer service pls pls make him a manager reward him are do something he is ALWAYS a breath of fresh air coming in the store. I don't stop to do reviews but I took time to acknowledge he will be the reason I will stop here n shop again. CHRISTOPHER THANK U!

Absolutely horrible in sitting in my car right now its 8:12 and the doors have not been open despite me being able to see the employee in The window. 5 cars have come and gone and I sit and watch so does she. Didn't have this issue a dollar general less than 2 blocks away, they just didn't have what I needed. Please hire people at this location that actually care about how they make the company look.

The employees were using profanity loudly while, older customers were in the store and being very disrespectful. The store was a mess and they were sitting as you come in the front door in the way.

Friendly staff... I always shop at Family Dollar and since I have sensitive skin I needed to buy dove soap sensitive which they were out of. I drove to another Family dollar and they were out as well.
