I had seen online about affordable meals being made from the Dollar Tree. I was excited about the Asian dumplings and I bought two packages and made this dish for my family. I also bought the Sweet Chili Sauce from the Dollar Tree in Cedar Hill on Beltline. Photo attachments.

I just left this store wanti g to exchange some items but I didn't have a receipt. I didn't ask for the money but merely an exchange. This company needs to change their policy company wide. Some stores will allow you to exchange w/o a receipt. I'm going to a neighboring city with my business!!!!💛👎👎👎

Why won’t y’all bring your workers in before y’all open to get rid of these boxes? The staff is angry all of the time. I am currently in a line that extends to the refrigerators because there is one cashier. Do better!!!

I am a frequent customer at the DeSoto, TX Dollar Tree. On Thursday December 14th, I attempted to enter the store and was told they were closed. However, the posted store hours said 9 pm. When I questioned the sales rep about the early closure and she asked the other lady if she could let me in but she replied "No". I asked to speak with the manager and the lady that had previously said "No", claimed to be the Manager. She said her name was Giselle. I took a picture of the store hours so that I could capture the time that this was taking place. Friday December 15, I went back to the store to discuss the matter. I spoke with RaShonda who claimed to be the Manager. I explained to her what had taken place the night before. With no remorse or apology for the inconvenience, she stated that she had given Giselle permission to close early. She reluctantly gave me the cooperate number. The number should be posted for easy customer access along with any store hour changes.

Rude service. Boxes everywhere. You can’t even walk in the aisles. Cashier Omarion didn’t even acknowledge me when I paid, didn’t even bother handing me a receipt. When I said thank you, was completely ignored. I get it, it’s dollar tree but the service was worst than the usual subpar service you get here.

Manager is very rude staff never answers the phone, and when they do answer the phone. They won't tell you if they have a item they tell you to come in. I'm not driving all the way from Cedar Hill. Just to find out you don't have the item that I asked you about over the phone. Thank you

Probably not cashier's fault but she was the ONLY EMPLOYEE there! The line was to the back of the store. While I was shopping people were having to wait 20+ minutes to get to the front. I couldn't wait that long had to leave. That was ridiculous amount of time to wait. Longer line that x-mas rush. Felt bad for cashier. Poor management!

I came during the time when they’re loading in the inventory. I.e. distain being in a store during that process especially any dollar store. But the GOOD NEWS! store is very clean, checkout is extremely polite and courteous and they made receiving seamless. I like that I can put my little crafts together and just try to visualize what I want to do right there in the store. By putting various things together. ! Found two DIY projects today!

I went today to get things for childrens gift boxes for our church. This store was in such disarray I couldn't even shop. The isles were covered in product on the floor, so much so, a buggy would have rolled over everything. I had to leave. They also have a non existent customer service. So sad. Someone obviously left that store the night before without doing any cleanup whatsoever. It used to be a nice store. Not any more.

Good neighbor store when you need to make a quick stop, not always stocked well due to the demand , and service is slow at night due to one cashier being opened while the manager walks around doing manager things? That's the only downside but the only cashier there was extremely nice and made it worthwhile

Pretty Cool Dollar Tree...Well last visit to this store the shelves was empty.No washing powder or bread at all. A little messey with long lines but overall still a good store conveniently located by QT,Walmart,Home Depot etc.

Crazy how things change in One year.. but my review has changed, especially with new management.. went in today and was met by rude cashier(sss).. mind u been coming here since 2017. And we'll i wasn't greeted at the door then when I got up to the register, I asked a simple question and the response was my exact question in a different manner and tone. Then the other cashier chimmed in talking about "it's always been like that".. and no ma'am, no it hasn't.. they argued n I just simply stated I've came to this exact store for years... They told me I was shown favoritism and that now it's not like that.. lil Ms Sheila said "clearly they haven't been like this the entire time".. and yes ma'am, yes they have.. smhPlus last few months isle are always full of products waiting be put out, cashier's aren't friendly and the place is dirty/stinkyPost a year ago.. Been coming to this dollar tree solid since 2017.. and we'll the store lately has be Phe-Nom-Enoal.. great staff, nicely stocked, great arrangements and a variety of good things we need/love to buy.. def support this store y'all.. management has changed a leaf for the better

Omg boxes everywhere!! The store was messy and disorganized !! I couldn't even push my basket through the aisles!! I went In for gardening items & had to go on a scavenger hunt to find what I needed because there was only ONE visible worker that was managing the cash register! I still didn’t find the item I was searching for so I went to the one in Red Oak & found Exactly What I needed easily! I will not be back to that location but you guys have to do better!

Super busy location, but I was really impressed with how kind and courteous the staff was. Even though it was holiday shopping time, the staff made a point of finding a box and carefully wrapping all of my purchases. I really appreciated their help and kindness.

I would like to give all 5 stars to Ms. Annette, she was so helpful and so patient with me. Freda kept giving such a horrible attitude and talking to Ms. Annette in such a demeaning way and also put her hand close to my face in a shut up motion. Definitely will be coming back when Ms. Annette is here, and not for Frito chip. :)

People on the floor was very helped but, when I got to the register no one was there, after I called for cashiers found our one was blowing up balloons and the other one just moving slow to get to the register hopping we'd leave REALLY!! that's what living in pandemic does for you. Rude disrespectful customerservice.

I went to two different Dollar Tree Stores yesterday and both of them looked dirty, and not well stocked. One store had stock on carts in the way while you shopped and the employees did not seem to care at at all. They wouldn't even move the carts if you needed to get to something behind the cart. The second store was just a little better than the first store at least the boxes were our of the way.

How can you give 5 starts for a filthy store and long lines? The manager was in the back calling the only cashier to come stock though she had a line of 6. He said come when you finish your line. We, the customers, told him it would a while she had a long line and ahe needed some help. No reply. He never came from the back and the line got longer. After the cashier called for someone else to void a transaction and that person couldn't the manager finally appeared, now it was only 11 customers.

I like this place. I'm always shipping here to get a great deal. However, today I was disgusted by an employee. While waiting on my card to be approved, the cashier started clipping her nails. It is very unprofessional and unsanitary. Also it is not very lady like.

Please make sure you check your receipt. Assure yourself that you’re not charged twice on an item. Check your receipt when a cashier named Alfreda checks you out, not every cashier knows how to count! At the end of the day it’s your job do it right.

I visit many dollar trees and this one is one of my favorites! The staff is always friendly lines don't stay long with one person checking!! Store is clean and well stocked!

I would like to compliment manager Evonn and employee Alfred's for they great on the job training skills and personalities. Manager Evonn store is very clean . I enjoyed my first time experience at this location.
