Thank God for the Beltline CVS employees at the front of the store. Their customer service skills and willingness to assist as needed was appreciated! I would love to be able to say the same for the pharmacy team today. They are all as dry as toast. I waited next to the pharmacist to ask a question, he passed me twice before asking if I needed help. It felt as though I was imposing when I asked my question. He pointed in the air stating the meds I needed was over there no specific area.This may not seem like much to most people, but going to the pharmacy for necessary meds is a big deal. We can’t do self help or self check out in the pharmacy. Is it too much to ask to be treated with a little respect and compassion? Those dry inconsiderate personalities in the pharmacy makes a necessary visit difficult. We deserve better.Oh, the stars were for the brief encounter with the young lady greeting customers and the guy stocking the meds in the isles. He made sure I found what I needed.Stars for the pharmacy is a -0

Such Horrible service. The cashier Annis is so so so Rude!! She feels customer service is not prt of her obligation (she said this to me) this location is always the worst. The wait time is ridiculous ( I know this day and time you have to wait at places) it’s just way too long!

Terrible service, 55 minutes in drive thru. Got to window and looked at Pharmacist and Techs back as they filled orders with one person at counter. Took 10 minutes to acknowledge/help as I sat at drive thru window.

This has been my pharmacy for the past year. I have never had any issues. I went to get my medicine yesterday and the drive thru windows was not working. I went in side and there was a long line. I just figured they were short staffed. I didn't need my medicine for a few days so I came back today. I went around 1. There was no wait. I was in and out. Marissa helped me. She is always so nice and helpful. Great customer service..

Where do I begin? I hope you don't need your medication in a hurry. Add 4 hours to whatever time they say your meds will be ready which means not until the next day. They constantly lose prescription papers and actual filled prescriptions because they have a terrible lack of organization. I wish they would send someone from corporate and replace the entire team in the pharmacy. They talk about people behind the counter when customers leave loud enough 4 everyone waiting 2 hear. I was lucky enuf 2 be given the wrong medication twice. The crazy thing is I was given seizure medication mixed with my sleep meds. When I spoke 2 them about it, all I got was a "oh they put the wrong pills in the bulk jar" Sry. 4get about privacy, one poor woman had the name of her medication mentioned outloud so everyone knew she had a STD. If u know what's best 4 u, go 2 any other CVS or pharmacy besides this one. You'll be happy you did.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Not only are these people in Pharmacy inept, the black girl I dealt with twice was discriminatory against white people.DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY. THEY ARE INEPT AND RUDE.

Dropped off my prescription yesterday afternoon and went by today for pick up and they didn't have anything for me. Apparently they also lost my prescription.
