I’ve tried giving these people a chance several times but it made no difference. They were so rude every single time. Every time I call the woman who answers the phone is rude. She just doesn’t care about answering questions. In the past I’ve called the vet to see about getting my male cat neutered and if that would help with his peeing problem. She told me she didn’t know. I asked her how much the surgery would be and she said $50 plus the money for the medication the veterinarian would prescribe. I asked about how much the medicine would be and she said she didn’t know. She sounded very unamused & like she just wanted the call to be over with. (Which later on I found out the surgery was not $50 but actually $70).We eventually ended up setting up an appointment for our male cat to get neutered. When we got there we were the only ones there. There was no front desk lady because she had to pick up her kid(is what a man that worked there said). The man that was there wasn’t even the veterinarian so I’m not sure what his position was. Anyway the old man(he seemed to be around 60) tries to pull up our appointment on the computer but is having a hard time and is typing with one finger very slowly. He’s also talking under his breath because he’s mad that he is having a hard time with the computer. Me & my mom are patient with him and just wait for him to figure it out. He asks us our name(the name for the appointment) and we tell him. He then proceeds to take like ten minutes to do god knows what because some time afterwards he asks us for our name again. We tell him our name again and I ask him if he could change the last name since my mom wanted to use her maiden name(I accidentally put my dads last name). He then raised his voice at me and talked down on me. He said “so is it your moms maiden name on the reservation or the other one?!” I was shocked that he spoke to me like that so I didn’t answer. After a while my mom told him it was the other one. Then after a while a lady came in with her dog and sat down to wait for her turn. Immediately when the lady came in the man’s attitude changed and he was a whole new person. He started being nice and asked us if we wanted to change the last name. Which we said yes. After the lady showed up he was no longer rude to us.This morning @8:02am I called to ask about my female cat and I asked if neutering my cat would help her stop peeing during her in heat cycle. Mind you I didn’t know spaying was for female cats & neutering was for male cats. The same rude lady answered and after I told her all of that she just said “what?”. I repeated myself at the same volume and she said that neutering is for male cats and that she didn’t have time to answer questions because she was checking in people’s pets for surgeries. She told me to call back at 10am. I said okay. But literally in the time she told me all that she could’ve answered yes or no. I woke up early on my day off so that I could take my cat that same day for surgery. Whenever we neutered our male cat they told us to take him 8am-8:15am. At 10am I won’t be able to take my cat on the same day. After I said ok she hung up on me. It’s just always a bad experience there. I wish there was another Vet Clinic in Denver City.

Denver City Vets staff are always so kind, caring and gentile with my babies when I take them. They diagnose the problem, create a course of action and execute excellent and pertinent care EVERY visit!! I LOVE these guys!! The vet can have a little bit of an abrasive and hard exterior at times but she is very caring and incredible at what she does!! I'd give them 10 stars if I could!!

needed to take my girl to the vet this morning for a small emergency, but it’s stated that the hours online are monday-friday 9am-5pm. when i called they said they were closed for the day. ridiculous that i can’t even take my dog to the vet in my own town. shout out to the seminole vet for getting my girl in easy!!

Our dog was misdiagnosed with a heart murmur from here. She would also have seizures when walking through the door due to the anxiety she received from how she was treated behind closed doors. Since moving away, we see a cardiologist and different vet for her, she’s never had anxiety attacks + does not have a murmur. Just this vet location did she ever have seizures/anxiety. Always seek a second opinion.I was not a fan that the office always smelled like urine, plus the waiting area is not large enough to keep big + small breeds away from each other.Making appointments was easy, staff was helpful, but overall glad that we don’t have to make the decision of going to this vet or driving an hour to a different one anymore.If you have nowhere else, they’re okay. Looking back, wish we did the drive.

The Vet and staff really care about your fur baby and take the time to answer all ur questions. My 2 dogs have had surgery in the last month and both have done well. Thanks to the vet and her wonderful staff.

DO NOT get your Dobermans ears cropped here. They seriously botched my boy. His edges look nice but the shape is flat out awful. He looks like a bat. No technique of posting can save him. I’ve been told they where cropped too wide with no shaping. I even showed them a picture of how I wanted them but still… bat ears😐I don’t have a good picture of him without tape.. but you get the picture.

This is my vet! She runs both the Denver City Clinic and the Lovington Vet Clinic. She has helped us deliver puppies, diagnosed my cats rare condition when no other vet had in years and a bunch of other stuff.She could be more accommodating to breeders like other vets, that is my only issue and why not 5 stars.
