This is my first shopping visit to this store in Denton on 288. It's easy to find from the main road, a small but well seen entrance that curves back to the store. The front parking lot is not a grand parking lot but that means parking close! I'm familiar with the layout of Tractor Supply stores and they do vary. I shopped for cat food, bird seed, and rabbit feed. As I searched for the rabbit section, an associate had been talking with another customer in the main isle. I moved past and he quickly caught up with me and asked if I needed help. I said, "Yes, I need rabbit supplies!" He took me one more isle further and offered to help with anything I needed. He then asked if I needed help loading my car and to let the cashier know and he would gladly meet me in the front to assist. I didn't need help. The cashier was friendly and quick to check out out my items. Made eye contact, asked the usual TX questions. The store was definitely well stocked. Although I did not spend anytime here browsing the isles, I did notice the holiday items on display. My shopping experience here was a good one and I know Tractor Supply company well. Happy to have this conveniently located store with excellent customer service available yesterday!

I got a big compressor there today. It signed a bit over 200 pounds, and they loaded it in my T&C van without me asking. I tried to help(I am very capable), but the guys said, "No worries, we've got it."I would recommend them, they act like they like their jobs and you don't see that enough anymore.

Always my first choice to shop. Great store with a large selection of just about everything you could ever imagine needing. Fantastic customer service. Everyone is super friendly and extremely helpful, especially Scout, she is the greatest. They are always willing to do that little bit extra to make sure you locate exactly what you need and want. Even if it happens to be at a competitor's store. Having customer service of this caliber speaks volumes for the leadership and support of the management. Great job! 👏 You should be very proud of the team of associates you have put together, they are awesome!!Thank you once again for all your help and as always for a great shopping experience!!!

Great store! My dog had lots of fun seeing the baby chickens and picking out toys and chew sticks. Then she got a treat on the way out from the friendly associate at the counter. Oh, and the people got some great stuff too!

I went to the Roanoke location (stay with me) looking for a Cub Cadet Zero Turn and the lady helping me (Amanda) found they didn’t have one. Amanda then took the time to search for one at other TSC stores. I was in luck when one popped up at the Denton TSC store.The next day I drove to Denton and met the manager (Jeremy) who personally took the time to answer my questions and concerns. No matter what I said Jeremy had a positive response. Needless to say I made the 3k purchase on the spot! Since it was Veterans Day I received a nice little discount which was awesome and much appreciated that TSC looks out for vets...So today I picked up my new mower and another manager (JC) hooked me up with a trailer to get my mower home and made sure I had all my questions answered.So in closing I want to thank Amanda, Jeremy and JC for going above and beyond for a retired paw paw. You have gained a customer and I truly appreciate ya!!

The guy who helped me get a 50 lb bag of dog food and a 50 lb bag of chicken food was absolutely wonderful. I told him what I wanted and he went and got it for me. He put it all in my car and then opened my car door for me! Keep up the great work!!!

Helpful staff. Always end up buying more than we intended. Lots of stuff for our chicken and got a great deal on hay for our rabbit. Way cheaper than other pet supply places.

Yesterday was a great experience coming to the Tractor Supply in Denton.I was very pleased dealing with Ms.Emily.She was very helpful and patient while assisting me in finding a part. She must of seen I was super frustrated looking for a part, when she came to the rescue. Ms.Emily took her time calling every store near by to find the part I was inquiring for. I so much appreciated her help. Thank you

This company is always great. This last time I went in looking for something, I asked employee if they had it, she took me straight to where it was supposed to be, and found out it was all out. She proceeded to look up in the other stores in the area and found three of them that had the item that I wanted. That is customer service with gold stars in a crown, thanks guys for your help.

I know I'm biased, but this is probably my favorite store. The vast majority of the staff is super helpful, and honestly builds rapport really well which makes me feel like I'm home - hence why it's my favorite. Usually well stocked, the store is easy to navigate. My only ding is that the driveway is super narrow.

Wonderful place for foods and treats and bedding for your farm animals and dogs. Good place to find stuff for chickens. Little bit expensive. They have all kinds of stuff from building fences and mending fences to sand blasting parts. Great store!

The staff are all super helpful! My German Shepard gave birth 2 weeks ago, and they helped me get my whelping pool supplies all set to go. They also have great options and prices on dog foods and treats.

Usually well stocked on pet/bird food. Friendly service. I walk my dog there pretty regularly. Regular clearance section in the back right corner of the store. Prices on dog toys and leashes are high, but treat prices are reasonable. Most treats are clearly labeled made in USA.

Y’all, I had the MOST pleasant experience today at the Denton store. I was helped by 3 youngsters- one gal (Emily!), and two young men (Andrew & I didn’t catch the other’s name). They were all extremely helpful with all of my questions; in all different departments. Everyone was FRIENDLY, and seemed happy to be there! That, in and of itself....seems to be so rare these days - in any retail situation. Thank you all for your joyful attitudes and sincere assistance. I applaud you!!

Frustrating experience. My husband and I called last night asking about renting a trailer. The lady working said to call tomorrow at 9am. We called at 9:04am. The man that answered said nope we just rented out our trailer. I said that’s not right the lady said to call at 9am. The gentleman said no people come right when we open. Well if this is the case they should of told us that in the first place. Communication is truly the key. I do not understand why one person would say something then another say something different. Please employees be on the same page.
