I love this store, I bring my family in all the time! The team is very knowledgeable and was patient with all of my questions. The store is very clean and the puppies are well taken care of. Phil was very helpful in the process of me taking my puppy home and he got me an amazing deal. He made the financing process quick and easy. 10/10 would recommend getting your puppy here

This is the most amazing place to adopt your next dog. The workers are amazing and worked with us on the price. We just adopted our first beautiful cane Corso. They treat their dogs amazing have so much to offer. The owner beautifully runs this Denton location. And I 100% would come back. Thank you puppy dreams for finding us our new family member.

We came to see some cute puppies and were attended by Priya who was very kind and and very informative on all the different puppies and their prices, and also told us about the payment plan options, they sanitize after each viewing and the dogs were all well kept and friendly.

Sooooo….. I’m coming back to change my review! They told us she was AKC certified, but that is a lie, she is APRI certified…..They put a puppy in your hands and give you paperwork to try to complete….It’s been over 3 weeks and I still have no pictures or information on my puppy’s parents or the breeder. So, we have sent away for a DNA test! For the amount of money that you spend i would expect a lot more……. They pray on stupid people like me that don’t know any better! I could’ve gotten a show quality dog for the amount I paid….. my bad, but don’t make my mistake! -I mean, who doesn’t love puppies? They are all so cute! The puppies we saw had good temperaments and personalities. The employees were very patient with me!

They have the cutest dogs ever! The staff were very welcoming and the transaction was extremely smooth. I worked with an employee named Ella, and can I just say she is the sweetest young lady ever! My kids absolutely adored her, and she helped us find a pup within our price range, which I appreciated. Overall I would say that this is the best place to find a dog, whether it’s for your kids or just you.

Haley at Puppy Dreams was amazing to work with. My little girl is the happiest girl in the world because Puppy Dreams was able to give her a new fur bestie! We had time to bond and play with our mini schnauzer before purchase. Everything was explained and Haley made sure we were entirely comfortable before the purchase. Since I have contacted them by email, they were amazing. Actually I made an appointment the same day and in about 1h I was already booked. Then when I visit this location, everything was very clean and everyone was very polite and nice. Haley has been great since the beginning and explained everything in detail. When I first saw this place I went there immediately, at first it was nice and I saw my dream dog. I asked if I could play with the puppy. They said sure and took the dog out. I loved it and went back again the next day. I asked if I could play with the same dog. I wanted the dog so my mom sat in the office for about 1 hour to get approved for a loan. By the way the dog was $5 thousand. She got approved and I went to school. I wanted to show my friends the dog so I went to the website and searched up the dog. I didn’t see the dog on the website so I thought my mom bought it and was going to surprise me with him. I got home and asked my mom, and she said “no”. I then told her to call and ask if someone had bought the dog. They said the dog found a home without even asking us if we wanted to buy it before they bought it. They had knew that we wanted the dog. If they didn’t ITS COMMON SINCE IF WE WALK IN TWO DAYS IN A ROW TO SEE THE SAME DOG. I am heartbroken now. By the way the dog was an American Bulldog and his name is Hunter. So please don’t give your hopes up.
