At PetSmart by the loop in Denton on March 13, 2024 about10:30am I bought over $200 of itemsThey have lots of merchandise to pick from. Especially had nice selection of collars, leashes,and dog toys. The store is large, clean, and organized. The check out lady was very nice and friendly. An item was stuck way up above my reach on a high shelf. I had to ask for help getting it down. The girl that finally appeared seemed extremely annoyed ( tone, lack of eye contact, scowling facial expression, and curt responses to my question about price of an item). She had to stop stocking and get it for me and I thank her for the help. Hopefully, she was have just a bad day and doesn't usually behave so rudely to customers. Everyone has a bad day, but being helpful to customers is always appreciated.

The fish are so miserable here. The filtration equipment does not work properly so there is very little oxygen going into the water.*weeks later and there is still no change in oxygenation. There is no water movement. This is just slightly above common sense for anyone and is absolutely common sense for an animal husbandry business. Provide Oxygen!!!

My coworker (we both work at a seperate pet store) sent me a disgusting text message regarding a snak in its enclosure. Her sister sent a photo of one of the corn snakes enclosures. If you have a WEAK STOMACH, PLEASE DO NOT VIEW THE ⚠️IMAGE⚠️!!! Im not a proffesional, but i have worked with snakes for 3 years, and own a (HEALTHY) ball python of my own (his name is pretzel lol). This image makes me sick if it is what I think it is. I believe what is viewed in the bottom left is a king snake who has eaten itself inside out. Snakes do this when they are hungry and not provided with proper food for a long period of time or caused by high levels of stress. When the sister informed an employee of this unsightly enclosure, the man gave little to no care or thought behind this sad incident. I dont leave bad reviews often or even ever really, but this raises high concern and needs to be addressed! I will attatch the image.

The only issue was I purchased food for my dog and it listed as 19.99 online and available in-store. The food was 21.99 and the associate did nothing to remedy the issue. Nonetheless, I made the purchase since my dog needs to eat.

Bonnie in the grooming did such a wonderful job trimming my baby's nails. My pup gas terrible anxiety and Bonnie took time to calm her down. They also let you stay close to help tall to your baby. Highly recommend.Highly recommend.

This is the second time I take my puppy for a grooming the first time was good this time we were told that he needs a full hair cut and I understand so we did it hopefully his hair will be better soon but we pay for the deluxe package which I think it was to much since my puppy did not smell good after the shower other than his bandana that’s all he got. No fresh smelling. And got charge extra for expending extra time with him but he was done in an hour.

My cat I got from them 17 years ago takes a special diet. They carry it but treat it like its controlled substance. I have now gone 3 days trying to get that food. Poor servace and ne I am neglected by them.

Went to the pet smart on loop 288 in Denton Tx I took my pet in to get nails cut they couldn’t get to him right then so I left I call back about hour they said come on in when I got there they couldn’t get to to day they are very rude people working there

Good selection, but get rid of the creepy Blue Buffalo guy. I just want to buy cat food, not be interrogated about my cats and their food interests. He doesn't take a hint that I don't want to chat, and I'm too non-confrontational to tell him to F off and let me shop in peace. I'll just buy my snake food and leave.

Everyone I spoke to was very nice and helpful. I wish I caught their names but unfortunately I didn't. I bought fish and they all seemed to be kept in better conditions than petco. I was able to find everything I needed easily and it didn't cost as much as I was expecting either which was cool. Petco carries a larger selection of fish equipment from what I've seen but I'd recommend this location still.

Grace (groomer) did a great job on my puppy. Very understanding and patient. Answered every question I asked to ease my anxiousness - after having a bad experience in a previous place.Will definitely come back again.

10/10 grooming apt 🤩 I got my Akita Mix Dog groomed by Rachel B, and she did awesome! Everyone was so nice and helpful towards my concerns. My dog was well taken care of, and he’s never looked better especially his nails 😍 will be coming back! Thanks 🙏

I love to buy from Sherman PetSmart and even get home delivery I always get what I what or need and the returns are easy. And they sell X-Large dog outfits which are hard to find

Came in for aquarium plants. They did not have a large selection but they did have 1 type of plant i was looking for. They had 2 aquarium plants that had some dead leaves for 50% off. I bought them and plucked the dead leaves and planted them in my tank and within a week and 1/2 the plants are starting to sprout new leaves and I got 2 plants for the price of 1 that seem to be doing really well. So I'm pretty happy with my purchase.

This rating is in reference to the grooming services. You really couldn't buy a more quality product anywhere else. Chelsea has been grooming our fur family for quite some time now, and we are certain we have found our forever groomer. Chelsea adds a personal touch to her work that can not be matched. Brandon the manager is also someone that will make certain that you are taken care of an satisfied.

My pup always loves seeing Lizzy for her grooming appointment. She gets pretty anxious and Lizzy is always super sweet with her. Definitely recommend her for your smaller dogs!

Lola had a great visit! Thank you for squeezing her in today.The entire staff is so kind, courteous and very knowledgeable. Anyone of them will take the time to explain the procedure and any future visits until we are all on the same page. Lol.

My complaint is not with the Petsmart Groomers, but with Petsmart's poor customer service policies. My dogs were happy soft and looked absolutely lovely when I picked them up after service due to the level of care taken by the Groomers. However, Petsmart has somewhat recently changed their basic package. You will now pay far more than other locations for far less service. They have intentionally changed their basic package shampoo to an unscented shampoo that has your dog returning to you literally smelling of wet dog and taken away any spritz of pet cologne as an option. If you want a scented dog shampoo they up the price by $20. For shampoo. And if you want deshedding its an additional $42. You can literally buy an entire gallon of deshedding shampoo for that! This greedflation and intentional poor customer service has got to stop. Shop small businesses y'all. We'll be going elsewhere until this is remedied.

I wish I could give this place less than a single star. They were horrible to my dog HORRIBLE. We had dropped our girl off at 12:15 and by 12:30 I got a call saying she didn't want a bath. Not many dogs are fond of bath and ahead of time I had let them know she was a stray and was super anxious. She is a pit mix and I know if it was any other dog they would have not been worried that she didn't love the bath and was avoided getting touched. She is the sweetest thing, has never bit anyone, is obedient in the bath. This lady cut 3 of her nails horribly and said she tried which is very hard to believe. When I went to pick her back up 10 min after dropping her off she was extremely scared ears down looked like she had just been hit and has never been timid like that even when found on the street. The girls ignored me and announced to everyone my dog was getting sent home didn't say another single word but I continued to watch the girl whisper to her co worker about me. I am not one to complain, make a scene or even write a review about a place but I was in tears when I left because how embarrassing and shameful for making someone feel bad for their dog not enjoying a bath. The ladies are unprofessional and act like their in middle school. Do better and treat all dogs the same
