Omg I got a lizard and the staff was so great showed me the in and out of getting a lizard I know two of them one with a nose ring and the manger she was a female with dark hair they was so great verbally communication and taking the time out to listen to what I have to say about getting my lizard but thank you guys for your support and help and patience but they was not letting me walk out if I didn’t have the proper things for my lizardBut next I’ll have their name to always go to them they are a really big help to the community and the company thank you all though my 30 crickets that I didn’t know how to take care of them is not they felt they was going on break but I’m so happy with my lizard his name is bubble gum thank you for your kindness and help

Such kind people! They were very helpful and knowledgeable. We saw a cute little kitty and fell in love with her, walked out of the store and walked back in 10 minutes later to adopt her! Sue has been a great addition to our family and Pet Supplies Plus was super helpful with the whole process!!

Pet Supplies Plus in Denton is always a great shopping experience. Do not miss their once in a while 25% off on all products usually for a weekend flash sale. I believe the more you shop there the more you get those flash deal!Great staff, courteous and ready to help.

The workers are always friendly, which is a huge difference compared to their competitors.The only cons are I wish they had more clothing options for dogs, especially around the holidays. I'd also like them to have more things like advent calendars.I do like their toy selection though

I absolutely love going here with my pup and using the self dog wash. It's ssooo convenient! Devin is a GEM and a blessing! When I first started going here, my pup was nervous getting up into the bath. Devin noticed I was struggling with her so he came into the bath area, sat on the edge, and just comforted her and coaxed her. He was so patient and kind. Ever since that moment, even if baths aren't her favorite thing in the world, she knows that she's safe there and will climb into the bath without issue. HE made her feel safe! It's this kind of care and attention that sets him apart! Give that man a raise!! I don't think I've ever seen Devin stand still. He's always working and making sure that customers are finding what they need.* post bath pic

This was my first time using Pet Supplies Plus, I did an online order since I was purchasing items for my rabbit Bella. However, a duplicate order was made and my order was deleted by accident. Mickey was nice enough to reach out to me, to explain what happened. So I decided to show up in person, re-purchase my items and leave. She was nice enough to get me a 10% discount and apologize for what happened. Overall it was a nice and comfortable experience. Definitely returning!

First time customer - first hair cut since birth, and you can tell Finn is super happy with his new look. His groomer, Sharlet Arbuckle, is amazing! She is very understanding, sweet, polite and a great listener. We asked for Teddy Bear looking cut for our standard poodle instead of the traditional "show-looking" cut because my daughter insisted that she wanted her pup "fluffy"; and she got it! Everyone is happy! Thank you so much Sharlet for showing us great first time experience with dog care service! The store itself is clean, organized, well-stocked. Staffs are super kind, friendly and helpful. Way to go!

Associated uninterested in helping me. They seemed distracted and more interested in chit-chatting with each other and their friends that came in the store. They also were not familiar with the house gecko that I had. They told me I needed a 20-gallon tank and about $200.00 worth of supplies. I decided against keeping the gecko. Then I was going to just buy my son a goldfish and they told me I couldn't buy one. Can you believe that? They told me I couldn't buy one. That I needed to wait 2 weeks and then have my water tested by them! Before they would sell me a $.50 cent goldfish! I told them they were crazy and I left. One of the associates told me it was because a goldfishes life is as precious as a human beings life. LOL - The store is filled with the type of super-fanatic people that like to push their ultra-liberal fanatic views on everyone. I won't be back.

First visit there and will definitely return. Went to get a car seat harness for our dog. Bri F. was so knowledgeable and helpful. The harness was quite complicated and she took the time to fit it to our dog and show us how it would work. Really appreciated all of the staff's great attitude.

Much better than the leading chain alienatives. Better prices. Better customer service. And they even have a pet grooming area, which means you can pay a fee and wash your dog there instead of trying to do it in your shower at home. It's worth the price to skip the clean up!

Went here twice and won't come back. Oliver has been unpleasant both times I've visited. Today she told me and my dogs rabies paperwork was needed for ALL services, another employee came and asked if I needed anything and informed me that rabies paper work wasn't needed for the self service dog wash. Got it not welcome. Also she speaks with alot of passive aggressivenss and a tone equivalent of a teenager.

I placed an order for pickup and it was ordered from the Livonia, MI store. My local Denton store was able to accommodate my order. The other store couldn’t refund me immediately and I only had money for half the cost of a small bag of food. My dog would have gone without food if it wasn’t for an exceptional Mgr. Named Pigeon. I am forever grateful and will definitely be paying the difference when I get paid.
