Very clean place. Most stuff is organic. Prices were pretty close to that of other organic places even though they specialize in it. I expected them to be considerably more. Broad selection of very healthy foods. The supplement section was massive if you can't find it there it doesn't exist as the way that I'm thinking on that. Lots of pre-packaged bulk items to keep costs down and reduce waste. Could not tell staff was friendly or not being nobody acknowledged me during my entire visit the store except for when I was checking out

I love Natural Grocers, this location is clean and well situated, *BUT*they are low on stock a lot on produce. I'm not sure what's going on with forecasting, but the majority of things being out of stock on the weekends sucks. I want to give them my business, but if I can't get what i need on weekends, then I have to go somewhere else.

Health and wellness has become a big part of my life and very important! I have become vegetarian gradually over the past year. I admit I have to eat meat every now and then for b12.But my day to day food and nutrition depends on vegetarian food. Especially with having an auto immune disorder and several health issues, what I eat and the quality of food I eat is very important. I’m in love with Natural grocers because their entire store is made up of some of the freshest produce and vegetables ever! Along with many high quality delicious vegetarian meals.They have a huge assortment of high quality vitamins and supplements as well. They have any vitamin for any health issue you may need help with. This is such a great place when searching for natural and holistic medicine alternatives. They also have a beauty section with skin care, soap and hair products with all natural nourishing ingredients! The entire store is filled with magical healthy things!I also love that they have vitamin experts you can talk to for advice on what to get. This is my go to place to shop for my health and wellness needs. They a huge high quality selection. And their staff is all friendly and knowledgeable on all of the products if you have questions.

Actually quite an excellent place.My first thought was that since im buying at a natural/organic store like this was that everything would be overpriced.I was pleasantly surprised to see that things are actuslly quite affordable and organic. Try their generic brand spices, grains etc. Really good value imo.Also they have a reeards program making organic avocados significantly cheaper.Additionly the staff is always quite helpful and friendly- willing to go out of their way to help you.

I enjoy shopping here. I especially like the toiletries - there is a nice selection of soaps and shampoos and lotions.Here’s what I would be VERY grateful for: single serve chilled water, and chilled club soda (cans of Waterloo or LaCroix) There are many other drinks available like teas and kombucha but no water. If I go to Natural Grocers for lunch there is nothing there that I would enjoy drinking that is refreshing and refrigerated.Thanks!

It is one of my more preferred locations to get groceries. They are a little bit more expensive compared to other grocery stores in the area for the same items. However, they do have higher quality products that you cannot find in other stores.The Staff are nice. I enjoy their free classes that they offer to the community.They even have a resource area where you can do some independent research on natural health and healing at the very back of the store.I consider myself a lay herbalist. One of the main reasons I go there is because they have the dry herb section where I can buy herbs in bulk and make my own medicine.

Came here for the grassfed dairy and raw cheese. Really old/outdated store, not a lot of options, staff was not very friendly, and prices were kind of high. Will try a different store next time.

Great place to stock up on all your Gluten Free Items. Delicious locally made (non GF)organic breads are a family member's favorite too! Also a good place to get authentic basic Indian food,(made in the DFW area). Look for it in the refrigerator section , middle of store,near the back). Can't wait to pick up some more gluten free donuts!

Great place for organic lovers specially for fruits and veggies. They have an amazing collection for bulk items too from different beans, pulses, oats, raisins, seed, etc. I also like the cosmetic section with numerous natural options. I appreciate their being kind to the environment by not using plastic bags and that helped me develop a habit of bringing my own resuable bags to not only to this shop but other stores too.Among the few negatives: the prices are a little bit on the higher end even considering these are organic. The return policy is not very flexible. Also, I think they should keep some more varieties at the meat and fish section.

This place is okay, the only thing is they are so expensive! Some of the snacks were okay, and of course, a friend went to get items needed yesterday (9-3-23) but we didn't go in. I'm just not accustomed to eating some of the food there, although it's healthy for you, but again, it's just too expensive to be purchasing food there.

Very lucky to have this in town! Excellent produce and great selection of vegan, vegetarian, and non-veg items. The health section is quite large and wish the owners would open up some space for a selection of beer and wine which is the only thing missing from this store.

The location is super convenient for me (even if the parking lot is mildly terrifying) and I love having a great quality grocery store so close to my house. The produce is particularly amazing, and the prices aren't bad, considering the quality. I couldn't do a full grocery shop in this store, but they carry staples and excellent quality merchandise.

I visited this store early July to return a purchase. I no longer had the debit card that I purchased the item with. I asked the store manager Kristen for a refund she refused. I reminded her of the store policy she went back and forth with me and treated me as I was lying about my debit card. Finally she provided me store credit which is what I asked for in the beginning. Once she gave me store credit it was for the wrong amount. I also made a purchase the same day and she refused to give me my receipt. Horrible customer service from store management.

Still one of my favorites. The prices are great, they have great choices, the produce is really fresh and cared for. The bulk items always peek my interest and I end up with a couple more to refill my spices. They're already bagged so mess in the area.

LOVED IT!!! I walked in and went straight to the dietary supplements section, I wasn’t expecting the shelves to be vastly stocked with several different supplements of the same type and different companies which is amazing that they don’t just offer one type of the vitamin I needed. As I was lost looking all around, Natalie came and asked me if I needed anything, not only did she helped me find Exaclty what I needed, but gave long and detailed explanations of each and every supplement I asked about. There’s no competing with the product or the customer service Natalie and Natural Grocers provided. Thank y’all so much !!!!

This was my first visit to the store OMG this is the highest store I've been in since arriving in Texas everything in the store is Overpriced Okra $14.00 a pound yall Ridiculous! I understand organic but with these prices I rather grow it myself or drive two hours and get $2.00 a pound okra The only purchase made was essential oil for $8.00+it was on Sale that's why I am giving two stars instead of one star 🌟

This is an okay store. I’ve been in a few times. I truly can not describe the smell. It just doesn’t smell right at all. Not rotten, stinky, or gross, just odd. It’s difficult to describe. Some people might love the smell. I, however do not. They have some nice products. I wouldn’t say this is a great place for groceries. If you’re looking for healthy, organic items then Aldi would probably be better. They’re more affordable, it’s peaceful, and smells fresher. I do think they have good “natural” products, hence the name of the store. This is a good place for vitamins or gut health even. A large factor in how I rate a store or restaurant is how I feel while inside the place. It’s already established that I don’t particularly like the smell, but the one event that occurred that solidified my disliking for Natural Grocers doesn’t really have anything to do with the store or employees, so I don’t know how fair this review is. I thought it’d be necessary to preface my story with that before getting into the sad order of events that occurred. It’s time I speak my truth. This has been weighing me down for a very long time. Okay I’ll start now, I decided to go to Natural Grocers with my boyfriend for a few healthy snacks and even some vitamins if I found any I liked or needed. We both were very excited for this trip because the reason for it was for a sleepover together, and we needed snacks. It was a perfect on the way stop to where we were going. Everything was fine, not including the smell, up until we reached the check out line. Let me just pause the story here to mention two things. One, I am a lover of self checkout. I love self checkout. I like that it requires zero awkward small talk with an underpaid cashier, I like that it’s easy, and I like that I can take the time I need to get the coins from my coin purse without feeling like I’m taking forever and everyone hates me. Natural Grocers does not have self checkout. Number two, I was in a great mood. I was talking to my boyfriend all excited about what movie we’ll watch and how much fun we’ll have. I truly felt that nothing could ruin the joyous mood I was in. Until it was ruined. Even thinking about typing what occurred brings nervous butterflies to my stomach and a little water to my eyes. Resume story now. I’m in the checkout line with my boyfriend. As I said, I’m excited, so naturally I might be speaking a little more loudly or animated. As a result of this I guess I got too loud or too close to the woman in front of me. So much so that she turned around and yelled at me. I don’t even remember what she said now, but at the time I felt the worst feeling. I genuinely want to cry thinking about this. I nearly did cry in the moment, but I didn’t want to overreact or embarrass myself anymore in front of my boyfriend. Looking from her perspective maybe I would’ve felt the need to yell too. But was it really worth it to yell at me when the check out line takes maybe five minutes? Couldn’t she have just flipped me off in her head or something and not yell at me? Why didn’t she just say nothing and go home later to put a curse on me? I can not imagine anything worse than what she did to me. I think about that day more than I should. I don’t know if I’ll ever recover fully from it. I feel like I could continue on about how I feel today on the subject, but it’s best to just tell my story here. Maybe someone else was a victim of her yell and will find peace with this review. Really, this is my goodbye to the feeling I’ve held onto for too long.
