This is THE best buying experience - I cannot thank Carson, Patrick, and the entire team from DFW Hot tubs (Gohlke pools) enough for truly going above and beyond!After almost 6 months of a stressful interaction with a general contractor to complete a backyard renovation, I was more than on edge when I went to look for the final piece - a hot tub. Thankfully, the experience I had at DFW was the absolute dream - fantastic selection, attentive and informative (but not pushy or stressful) sales associate, flexible options, insanely fast delivery - and what no one talks about - FULL service delivery.I pause here because most sellers use a third party delivery that drops the 500lb+ tub at the edge of your driveway and leaves you to figure out the rest.DFW doesn’t do this; they are the ONLY one I found in my year plus search that truly offers full service delivery.So what does that mean? It means the team came out ahead of delivery to survey the site, provide feedback for the general contractor, and when delivery day came, the contractors couldn’t get it done.Patrick (DFW) and his team took over and saved the day, while also teaching me how to properly maintain chemicals in an easy to understand manner that even the greenest owner would consider easy.All said, there is no one I could recommend more. Thank you Carson, Patrick, and the entire DFW team - I can’t tell you how much I appreciate your dedication, honesty, and integrity.

We had a spa for 15 yrs and needed a new one. I didn’t want to lift a finger to remove and replace our spa. I'm in my 70's. So we had a salesman named Pablo come to our home. He first checked our old spas location, an agreed to handle its removal and installation of a new one. We like all what Pablo had showed us about the spas.The installation and removal all went as planned and scheduled. Big thanks to our salesman Pablo, and new friend.David and Fran Adams ❤️

My husband and I had the best hot tub shopping experience at DFW Hot Tubs. It was our first time shopping for a hot tub. We were very unfamiliar with the hot tub territory and weren’t even sure what questions to ask. Pablo, the sales rep, was very patient with us and was quite the hot tub expert. Not once did he make us feel unintelligent. He spent a good hour of his time educating us and not pressuring us. We didn’t make the purchase at the time as we felt like we needed to shop around. Over the next two weekends we did our homework and stopped in at 3 other storefronts and didn’t have the same shopping experience as we did at DFW Hot Tubs and Pablo.When it came time to make the purchase, we were quite certain and confident who was going to land our business. We made the purchase of a Sundance Hot Tub and have had it delivered and installed. That experience was just as positive!Thank you DFW Hot Tubs for an overall fantastic experience. We love our hot tub!

Had a very easy overall experience from learning about hot tubs, buying one, and having it delivered and set up. They even had electricians come out and install a 220v to power up the tub. Pablo was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. Would highly recommend if you’re in the market to buy here.

We bought a house with an existing spa a few years ago. The spa is built-in so it is mostly below the patio and has a stone surround. It’s a complicated deployment. It came time to replace the spa that is 20+ years old. This was quite a challenging project to take on. We talked to several other companies before we spoke to Pablo at DFW Hot Tubs. All the previous companies had something that was lacking. Pablo was able to provide us a turnkey solution that we were really looking for. Our project had a few hiccups but they were all handled without any issues by Pablo. Would highly recommend based on our experience.

Pablo drove over after at 5 Pm to make sure everything was set up right and we were satisfied. He went over everything about the tub. The entire process was top notch.

We love our Sundance Spa from DFW Hot Tubs! The whole purchase process was great. We selected the Kingston model which fit our family well. The delivery was promptly scheduled and the crew arrived on time and took extra care with our yard and landscaping. The electrician was also punctual and quickly got the tub wired up. After a quick fill and spa school to show us how easy it is to care for, we had everything ready to use within the same day. Our family looks forward to relaxing and enjoying this hot tub for years to come.

I wish there were more stars to give. I would have given more.Today, many stores deliver customer nervous, not customer service. This is definitely NOT the case at DFW Hot Tubs. These folks know and deliver white glove customer services.The sales experience was wonderful. Pablo Alzate, our sales professional, was exactly that. We got a wonderful review of each type of hot tub. They had a big selection so this was a lot of work. Pablo didn't seem to care. He wanted us to get exactly what we wanted. He answered all of my wife's and my questions (and there were many). We decided what we wanted and Pablo made the sales process very, very smooth and easy. I didn't feel sold, I felt like I was partnering with Pablo to get what I wanted. Wonderful.The installation process could NOT have been easier. We agreed on an install date and they showed up right on time. The two installers were professionally dressed, polite, kind and very helpful. I had more questions and they answered each. Excellent experience here.DFW Hot Tubs got the permit and answered, you guessed it, many questions from me. They turned the permit in and it was approved. Pablo had to come to our home at least 3 times to take measures, brief us on hot tub maintenance and other things. He even came after 5 one time because that was convenient for us. He is the consumate professional and a deeply nice person.This was a world class experience. I want to that Pablo, the installers and the owners of DFW for running such a customer focused business.

Fidel is a great asset to your business and the knowledge and experience that he was extremely helpful in explaining the situation quickly resolved the problem. he was very dog friendly with my 2 boxers in walking around the tub with the dogs are wanting to be involved with his visit. I recently purchased a hot tub from DFW Hot Tubs, from purchase to install it was phenomenal. Carson and Pablo who worked with us at the store, provided stellar customer service. They were both knowledgeable, friendly, and seemed genuinely interested in assisting us in determining which hot tub would meet our expectations, there was no pressure, at all. We spent probably 45 minutes talking with them. We thanked them for their time, as this was the first store we had visited we wanted to see what else was available. However, when we got in the car to leave, we were so impressed with particularly Carson, I went back in the store and purchased the hot tub, easy breezy. The day before the scheduled install, a member from their electrical team stoped by my home just to make sure there would not be any blunders. That really impressed me. The day of the install, the two electricians Carter and Grayson arrived as scheduled completed the necessary work prior to the hot tub being delivered later in the morning. Carter one of the electricians shared a concern there were a couple of breakers in the electrical box that were older and he was going to have his boss stop by just to double check. I asked if he could just replace them, he said of course. I had to purchase the breakers which I expected, however, there was no additional labor charge. Now that’s customer service! By the way, the breakers he was concerned about had been installed by a previous electrician when we had our pool installed less then two years ago. Hot tub was delivered by Carson and Korbin right on time, Carson the young man who worked with us at the store was also there to assist in getting the hot tub up and running. They stayed until the hot tub was FULL of water and running, which took some time, (poor water pressure). Korbin spent the necessary time to ensure I understood the functionality of the controls and to answer any questions. I was also told by this entire team, if I had any problems to please give them a call, stellar customer service from beginning to end. I realize this is a rather long review, however, I would be doing these young men and DFW Hot Tubs a disservice by not giving them the recognition they so deserve. If you are looking into purchasing a hot tub, DFW Hot Tubs is the place to go based on my experience. I’m not easily impressed.A forever customer!Bradford Seely

Super knowledgeable, kind business. A woman with strawberry blonde hair knew all the things and made great suggestions. There was one tiny question she didn’t know the answer to but she got the answer and delivered it before we pulled out of the parking lot. Definitely recommend! Building a smidge easy to miss.

This was the fourth company I reached out to repair our hot tub. The others did not call back and one said they did not work on our hot tub. We dealt with the person who answered the phone, their tech, and bookkeeper. All the employees were very responsive to our calls. Fidel was our tech. He was excellent. On his initial visit he accessed the problem, provided a timeline, and described next steps. We had to wait for the part to arrive and Fidel called and kept us informed on the progress of its arrival. When the part arrived, Fidel was prompt to return and efficiently repaired our hot tub. After the repairs, Fidel called back a few days later to make sure everything was working as it was intended. The tech, Fidel, and the others we dealt with for this company were excellent to work with.On the down side, when we purchased our hot tub, we did not realize that hot tub repairs are so costly.

Fidel came by today to discuss a matter with the previous owners of the house my family just bought. He quickly transitioned from an awkward conversation with no actionable way forward to a "Hot Tub School" where he showed me how to take care of and use my spa. We talked about problems we were having and gave me real solutions and helped me feel confident in owning the hot tub. Fidel is laid back and a great communicator. I'd recommend him for any hot tub needs anyone may have.

I have had 5 hot tubs over the last 30 years. The one thing that makes me cringe is when I need service. I have had a lot of grief with technicians who honestly didn’t know what they were doing — from dropping the hot tub during the install, to braking components to damaging the cover and/or the hot tub valves or the shell with their tools. Today, the sun came out!! Fidel from Gohlke Pools (DFW Hot Tubs) was easily the best technician I have ever had work on my hot tub. This young man was highly efficient and incredibly knowledgeable!! You do not find them like Fidel….please give him a huge raise to keep him! He is just that good! His personality is amazing too. I thoroughly enjoyed visiting with him while he worked away … not missing a beat with his repairs. If you need work done on your hot tub/spa … Fidel is your guy @ DFW Hot Tubs/Gohlke pools! Amazing!!

Fidel came to my house and quickly diagnosed the problem with my tub's cover and recommended a solution. He is knowledgable and courteous. I'm glad I found DFW Hot Tubs in Denton, as the other company I had been using became unresponsive to service requests (shame on that big hot tub company in Ft. Worth). DFW Hot Tubs/Gohlke Pools, and Fidel, have become my "go to place" for all of my hot tub needs. Bravo!!

Today Fidel came to fix our hot tub. He was really cleaning up the mess from another company. The previous guy said we needed a new pump. Fidel very quickly found where the other guy had hooked up the control box incorrectly. Fidel was very knowledgeable, professional and saved me approx $500 from having to buy a new pump! Fidel did a great job… we were concerned that once he arrived he won’t be able to install the parts we bought. We had called several companies and no one wanted to touch it. He walks in said I got this… knew exactly the issue.. we had the correct parts..confirmed with manufacture first so he didn’t fry the motherboard… which would have left us buying another part. Very affordable too. We will definitely use DFW Hot tubs in the future.
