Great company to work with. The guys there were very nice and professional in every way. Showroom is great with great displays. We had Justin install new dash cams in our two vehicles and they were both completed in a little more than an hour. Very reasonable rates to install. Will go back the next time we need something. Figured I’d give them a try due to convenience of location compared to Tint World. Customer service from Jacob was awesome! When I picked up car I was not impressed with tint. Streaks galore, and big bubbles! They said let cure, but I’ve owned a lot cars and have tinted every one of them. Ceramic turned out great, but I figured for $2.3k it would be flawless and not have to be inconvenienced with a possible return. I’ll remain optimistic, but I already know how this will turn out.Follow up… Went back to have Car Toys fix or redo from prior service. This time they say I just have to live with it. The main tint guy was out and the one that did it isn’t that experienced. Now it’s two different spots with the same outcome. Seriously, how many chances does one need when they claim professional service. All I’m getting is excuses! You all got my money, and now I’m being inconvenienced with time and having to pay another company to correct Car Toys incompetence.

I had a wire tap become disconnected for my mirror-mounted radar detector and dropped into the store for assistance. They luckily had a replacement part and quickly addressed the issue while I waited. The staff was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and helpful especially considering I was visiting from out of town. I definitely would recommend using them. Koudos to this team and location!

The service was great. I had all my questions answered about multiple vehicles. I ended up purchasing the solar tint -ceramic version and it looks great. Looking forward to seeing how it performs this summer with heat transfer into the cab. Very easy to do business with this CarToys.

The folks here were so helpful and efficient! I got a new stereo installed in less time than they anticipated AND I had a wonderful tutorial session on how to navigate the new system! It is very different from my antique factory system and my salesman was so patient with my learning curve! Cant wait to be in the car more now!

Austin was knowledgeable and was able to resolve my issue in the same visit. Then we put together a quote to replace the stock system with a REAL SOUND SYSTEM. Bruce then mentioned something about tinting my windows and was able to complete that while the stereo issue was resolved. All products and services were done within my budget with superior workmanship.

***edit. Technician was best part about all of this.Ordered a special order head unit from here. Took about 2 months to get in which is fine. What got me was the several phone calls with multiple stories. "We will call you with shipping." "I don't see it was ordered let me check and call you back." "I don't see a line and that would tell me it was ordered." "I will check with the ladies and call you back." Not one time did I ever actually get a phone call back from these guys. It would be one thing if I wasn't told if they were sure if they ordered it or not. I also updated the phone number with them which they did not do. It finally came in and they called to schedule they worked with us on scheduling with I'll give them that. But told us Sunday morning bring it in and they will get it done. So we stayed on down which we live 45 min away to keep from having to go back and forward since it was only a couple of hours. To only find out it wouldn't be done until later in the day when we could have gone home. I'm not happy with the experience at all. The technicians were amazing though they helped explain everything and were soo sweet.

Great shop. The location and atmosphere in the shop made me a little nervous initially. I can say Ace (salesmen) is amazing at his job. And Cole did a great clean install and really added some personal touches to my custom enclosure. Would definitely recommend this shop and go back for future jobs!! I can't say enough good things about this shop and the staff. The guys were very pro, knowledgeable, and were able to get me exactly what I needed for a very reasonable price. And they got my installation done quickly and clean... It looks and sounds GREAT! Much Thanks guys... Now my work truck is finally ready for the road. You guys rock!

Stopped into Car Toys Denton to check on pricing to change out my dash cam power cord. As my dash cam had died and the newer model had changed the power plug to a USB C. Got me right in! I wasn’t expecting that, usually have to make an appointment. I only had the cam with me and not the power cord. Drove home to get it 45 minutes late back at the store they drove the car right in. About an hour later they had me come into the shop to check everything out. Everything was as before except the camera worked. Always a great job. That’s why I keep coming back. Highly recommended them if you need something installed even if you don’t purchase it at the store.

I came in needed android auto intagration, upgrade from stock subs and a dash camera installed.The staff is EXTREAMLY knowledgeable. They listen to your needs and make recommendations based on your conversation. The outcome of the installation blew me away. The install was professional, clean and sounds GREAT!I had a friend listen to my upgrades and within two days he has scheduled an appointment to have his vehicle upgraded 😀Cheapest in town, no, but you get what you pay for. Highly Recommended.

The instillation crew is excellent, and management is great also. These guys had a difficult job on a vehicle that was relatively new to them and after dealing with a learning curve they made it happen. Cole and (I believe his name was Zack) are great to work with and they were able to deal with an issue of some faulty equipment that was sold to me and made it right! They will be working on a 3rd vehicle for me in a couple of weeks. I recommend them to anyone in the Denton TX area!

I asked them if they are able to remove an old alarm system from my car, that was draining the battery to the point I couldn't start the engine, they said they could and they would charge me an hours cost which was $175.00; I agreed. It took less than an hour for them to complete the work. Now no alarm system and hopefully no more draining the battery.

Had rock lights installed that I purchased from a different vendor and windows tinted. I saw one thing I didn’t like with a window and they were very quick to fix the issue. I had always assumed that car toys was more expensive than other smaller companies. I now know that their pricing is extremely fair and they actually saved me money on the rock light install. Rock lights install looks very professional and all wires are hidden. Tint cost was the same as most companies but the quality of the install was better than most. Needless to say the Denton Location has earned my business.

They did absolutely amazing ! My amp was pretty much completely broken and they fixed it and got my sub working again, i drove away one of their happiest customers. all the employees were extremely nice and amazing.
