Husband and I came here around 10pm something so it wasn't crowded at all. Cashier was quick and really friendly and professional.We got some steaks, hamburgers, buns & onions... Etc omg the steak is so amazing!!! Hamburgers are awesome too especially with the kind of buns we got, they're kinda sweet but not overwhelmingly sweet. The price wasn't bad either so we'll definitely be getting more steaks and hamburgers and stuff!

Bone in pork chops were very poorly cut. Had to wash bone fragments off all of them. Two chops I threw away because they were almost entirely bone. Family pack with Albertsons branded label. The cuts we kept were like the cuts you get at Winco. Yellow onions were very small. None were flat shaped. Prices were high.

Extremely rude older female cashier today. She made the same mistakes of added more of the items then we had place in the counter to be scanned. She was very huffy and never apologized for making a simple mistake. After this happened 3 times and she said " now what do you want" when my husband said excuse me....we asked for another cashier and we heard her say "yes please." A manager was within earshot and observe this but never came to help her. Terrible customer service!!!

I am SO happy I chose Albertsons for my Thanksgiving meal!! Tasted like I had cooked it myself. Real home cooked taste. I got the 10-12 lb turkey with sides. Was more than enough for 5 people. Everyone got left overs. And the included sides were the exact sides I would have cooked. Excellent. Will order same next year. Thank you, Albertsons!!

Ordered a cake for my son just for the cake decorator to call me day of the party saying she won’t be making it because of “copyright” when it wasn’t. “Let it rip” are the words they wouldn’t put on a basic happy birthday cake

They have an ad for free turkey but they don't fill their online orders so it's fraud and you'll pay for the turkey and you won't receive your full order. If you try to contact customer service, they say they can do nothing. BUYER BEWARE this is just a lot to steal your money and waste your time. My personal order included a turkey that was 4lbs more than what I ordered and the meat I purchased was spoiled. Never again.

This is the best supermarket in the area. The produce is so fresh that makes you think just been harvested. I hope Kroger doesn’t buy them

I shopped here this evening to pick up groceries for my parents who prefer this store because it’s closer to their house. While I was there I decided to grab a Naked smoothie for myself. I knew the taste was off but got halfway through it before I checked the date. It went bad thirteen days ago. I really hope I don’t get sick and Albertsons needs to check their perishable produce.Edit: Tried shopping here again, for my parents, and had the worst experience, again. Lost my debit card in the store and went to the “customer service” desk to leave my name and number and ask if it had been found. After waiting a long time for the woman behind the counter to complete a simple money order I politely interjected myself and asked if I could ask her a quick question since I really needed to leave (to pick up my kids from school). She tried to refuse to answer me, even after I told her that the store employees sent me directly to her. I was being polite and had lost my debit card, I was scared. It was a quick yes or no answer. She didn’t have to be so incredibly rude, she CHOSE to act that way! I will never come back. They don’t need my business that badly anyway.

They have a big sign saying "Come get your Vaccine for covid and flu shots. Walk-ins welcome" Walk-ins are not welcome. I tried twice. My schedule varies so it's hard to make an appointment. I was there shopping twice and tried. Nobody was at the pharmacy except for the 2 rude workers. Both times. We are full they said. There was nobody there but me!! Take down the walk-ins are welcome. Went to Walmart off right across from them. Walk-ins are welcome there. I'm not going to even shop there anymore. They don't have to be rude.

Their pharmacy staff is quick and efficient. I had gone there after Urgent Care and they got my prescriptions filled in 10 minutes.

Happened to stop by Albertsons today for ole time sake and give them a try one last time .. bad mistake... then remembered why I don't. No exceptions to down loading yet another app for any "deals" ..so I wait in line only to be told I must carry yet another app on my cell to get a "sale" price..I do.. go to many steps too many to say...only to pull up deals very confusing and I know apps well and how to use..ask the cashier why clearly my "sales " are not being put into a virtual cart so I can buy..then first time app user u get a discount..all I kept hearing was... I don't know..I can't help u..I don't know why it's not taking anything off... omg.. u place cashier's that are clueless..and no offer of getting it straightened out..all while not one but 3 other employees ..one was manager badge talking together,not doing a thing in front area and the "guy" said u will just have to pay full price ..I can't help u. Are u kidding me.. done with app. Done with Albertsons on the whole.. let's see how many of the few remaining stores stay open with that kinda custom service.. I felt as though it was a set up to get u to buy "sales" only to have the app not working or acknowledge information u placed in ..and oh! Maybe next time it will work he said.. there won't be a next time. Good riddance Albertsons. And yes I know very well how to navigate Thur apps.. this one sucks.

i spoke to some woman named kim a bit ago and she was one of the most unprofessional workers ive ever had the misfortune of interacting with. she refused to speak to me or help me (i can only assume because of how i look?? i am visibly queer) when i spoke to her directly someone else had to intervene to help me. why hire someone with no customer service????

Albertsons on University Dr is an all-around quality place to shop for food products household products as well as Pharmacy and beauty Supplies and pet products. They've recently completed a new remodel and have added a pizza bar and a sushi bar and a Soup Bar making it a great place to stop for a quick bite to eat. Their Deli, Bakery, and Meat Market are a great convenience. Shopping here could be a five star experience provided the prices were lower.

Good selection of higher end deli and bakery items, but the prices have gone up so much the past 10 years that I rarely go into it and shop there. There's only two items that I will buy there, and that's because they are the only ones who carry those two items. So other than that, the store is too pricey for my blood. I used to shop in there at least twice a week, but when they started remodeling it they did away with the little keyring thing that you scan that gave you discounts. And when I asked the store representative why it wasn't scanning my card he said that 'they don't have to provide that service anymore because they're prices are as low as they're going to be. So I guess he was just saying 'prices have gone up and will continue and there's nothing you can do about it.' Well, I beg to differ... there's always that WinCo that is just next door or the Aldi's that is down university drive on the right, or the Kroger further east on University drive, or the Walmart across the street... So there are options.

The employees are nice however I don't like how expensive everything is when you can go anywhere else and get it for way cheaper, also it looks like they don't really care about their store that much. Everything is unorganized. I even found a ketchup bottle in the hair dye isle. It seems they might be going out of business if only they sold their stuff a little cheaper they might actually make it in this new world where there is so much competition. Not a bad store but not exactly the best either.

I went in Albertsons this morning at 9:00 When it came Tim to check out they only offered self check out. I have been going in Albertsons for years at 7:00 in the morning and they have always had a checker. I guess new rules will require me to find another grocery store. I am sure they won’t miss my $600.00 a month that I spend.

Wow my new store. Yes they r remodeling right now, but the savings!!!!! They even honored a price on their web site that's wasn't same in store. Very helpful and the BIG SURPRISE IS THEY BAG UR SHOPPING FOR YOU!!!!! Thank you Albertsons...

I have loved shopping at this store for many years.They have continued to reinvent themselves over the years, even when all the other larger retailers came to town. The store is clean, has a wonderful produce area,(some of the freshes). The bakery and deli areas are fantastic with a great selection, desserts, salads, fried or baked chicken, etc. Stop by for a visit, you won't be disappointed.

If you come here early in the morning you have pretty much the entire store to yourself. Plenty of variety of foods selections. The produce does always seem to be very fresh. Prices are OK but if you’re a rewards member, it does help. Oh and there’s a Starbucks inside too. The staff is ok not very friendly but there’s always self checkout!

I didn't realize there was a FedEx inside this location. It was definitely convenient and the employee that helped me was outstanding and helpful. Positive attitude and just an overall great personality! Looking at her helpfulness with other customers during these trying and short tempered times, she was doing her part to make being at work on a Sunday enjoyable. Stay positive and wishing her much success in the future! Yes, she made that type of impression!!

I did not care for this store because there was some construction going on and it felt old inside. Maybe I am biased because where I live it's more open and new. It just feels to me it needs an upgrade. Maybe people are used to it but being an outsider it does not fit in 2023.
