I had an issue with one of my hearing aids. I called Brandy and then took it to them. It was a maintenance issue which she fixed in just a couple of minutes and then explained it so I could prevent further problems. Fantastic service from truly friendly and caring staff.

B-E-W-A-R-E !!!!. This Audiologist practice is UNETHICAL. (The Hearing and Balance Clinic, 206 S. Austin Ave., Denison, TX 75020)I am a 76 year old patient with a moderate hearing loss according to Dr. Musani. I purchased a $5800.+ hearing aid in late August 2022. The hearing aid contract specified a 30 day return policy. I signed it. However, I never had noticeably improved results with the product and repeatedly said so to the doctor.During the 30 day return period the doctor cancelled an appointment and it took over a week to reschedule. I was unable to wear the product for ten days due to a sore on my ear caused by the hearing aid rubbing on my glasses. When I was able to see the doctor and asked to return it he said, “You have exceeded the return period.” I was 37 days from purchase to request a return although seventeen days were lost in rescheduling and inability to wear the unit. I assumed the time would be adjusted due his cancellation and lengthy reschedule time for the cancelled appointment. The office staff was rude when I called to ask for their decision. They have never contacted me to discuss the matter more fully. I have called, and sent a registered letter asking for assistance. No reply as yet.There are many excellent Audiologists in the area. Do yourself a favor and pick one of them.

I took my father this morning for for a hearing evaluation. Everyone was courteous, kind and patient. Doctor took lots of time to explain everything and allow us to ask questions. Very pleased and will continue to see them for future needs. I highly recommend them!

Being in the medical field, I had very high expectations for my appointment with Dr. Musani and his team. I was not disappointed at all. They all exceeded my expectations. I found the staff very professional and friendly from start to finish. Dr. Musani was able to diagnose my problem and he explained every step of the treatment he provided. He spent quite a bit of time with me and I didn’t feel like my appointment was being rushed. There were no surprises. If I could rate this practice a “10” I certainly would. The Hearing & Balance Clinic was amazing! We were given instruction how to print and fill out paperwork at home prior to the appointment which saved a lot of time in the office. The staff was friendly, professional and very helpful in making us feel comfortable. Dr.Musani was very good in explaining everything and his office area was welcoming and beautiful. Looking forward to future visits! We picked up the hearing aids today and Dr.Musani was so thorough and took plenty of time to teach my husband how to use and care for the aids.
