The employees are always very nice and courteous if I need something I'll ask one of them and they'll point it out or if I see something wrong I'll point it out to them and so they can go and take care of the issue only have one suggestion clean the yellow baskets with Windex they are dirty every time I've gone in the store other than that I don't mind the door being propped open to have some fresh air coming in not a problem clean the yellow baskets the handheld one's if I see improvement I'll do a five-star ⭐ rating febuary 16th 2024 ✝️⭐⭐⭐⭐🇺🇲 the yellow baskets are still very dirty and I noticed they don't have very many baskets to to take into the store also the aisles are blocking where the cards are where you cannot see the products I would suggest that they unload the stuff in the store at night time and I understand it's hard to get people to do that in the back of the store there's something on the cart that smells really bad it smells like it is spoiled and it's been sitting on that cart for at least a month if they will address those issues clean the yellow baskets clear the items off the carts where you can walk through the aisles in the store also where the coffee is they have some type of glue that is very sticky that I've told them several times and nothing has been done about it if they take care of that problem the yellow baskets having the aisles clear from the carts I will give a higher rating the employees are always very kind and courteous and I have come in to get some sugar and they said a shipment came in they need to get the sugar back on the shelf as soon as they can for their customers maybe they're having a problem getting somebody to stock the shelves which I can understand and I would suggest always have somebody at the cash register there have been several times I've walked into the store and nobody's at the register and that is not good practice for Dollar general march 3 2024 ✝️🇺🇲

I wound up at this store to pick up items for a DoorDash order. The order had 15 different items listed, and I was struggling to find a couple of them. Jacob not only offered to help me find what I was looking for, but he also grabbed me a cart when I started carrying more than I could handle. He was incredibly kind and more helpful than I deserved. I was pleasantly surprised by the amazing customer support at DG. Thank you, guys!

Hey folks please take it from old Sonny your reliable smart shopper. When it comes to your Doller General Needs the store over on West Morton has Got it Going on. Never mind what others might say this store has come up to the highest spectations possible. Be leave you and me I keep a close eye on my local shopping marts. It's those who are dedicated to helping are the ones we all count on ....The store is even better with the wise and vibrant Manager put in charge. I tell you she has got it going on. I've seen her at other stores as to my review and she us 100%. So folks get over to the Morton Street Dollar General and Tell them Sonny sent you...

This used to be my go to place. Not after today! It is next to a pediatric therapy center and the guy working there is standing outside of the door smoking and dropping the f-bomb every couple of words. Yes there are children where they can here them. Especially since he's yelling into the phone.

The store is always busy, but the employees are friendly so I don't mind waiting in line at checkout. It goes fast even though the space the cashiers have to work in is small, just enough to do what they do including bagging my stuff.I buy lots of what I call "health food", candy & snacks. (Mental health, ha ha)

This location is near a business I use weekly. I make a purchase here approximately once a month. 4 months ago my child needed to use the restroom but they advised it was out of service. A month later I was in the store and asked to use the restroom again I was advised it was out of service. Today I was told the same. I suspect the restroom works just fine and they would just rather not clean a restroom that's open to the public. I would like to speak to the district manager

These pictures are such a lie as to what this store actually looks like. There's nothing ever stocked. Can't even walk down aisles due to carts stacked high with boxes. I'm assuming they are understaffed or the staff is not sure as to what their job duties consist of.

I like to shop at Dollar General than better than Wal-Mart. The prices are good and the staff is friendly. Just started the penny shopping it is fun and you find some great deals. Dollar General is less crowded and Moe everything you need. They have a large selection to choose from. The only thing I don't like is that they charge $1.00 to get cash back when you use your Debit Card. Most of the stats are very clean.

Being as a previous management at a different location, this location was horrible.Only had one register open until it was too crowded, then finally opened a second one.Once my mother & I got to a register, she went to buy a pack of cigarettes (she’s 55) and they demanded ID.My mother doesn’t have her ID, and they denied the sale. My mother is an older woman. You can tell that. Your seriously gonna deny a sale due to that.I’m pretty sure you can type in the DOB like most DG.Will never go back to this location or recommend it to anyone.

I was in your store Saturday and while I was there I was helped by Diana. She was fantastic and helped me find what I needed. Because of Diana and her rockin' customer service, I'll definitely be coming back to in the future during the day....(WISHED ALL YOUR STAFF WAS LIKE HER)

I was looking for a over the counter medication that I had gotten there before. I couldn't find it so I ask the cashier for help. He came to help me back in forth in between customers for a while. It was closing time and I was going to leave when he asked me to hols on. He gor the manager and they helped me search every shelf. They looked ar every tag just to makw sure we weren't missing anything. It was discontinued vur they did not give up till they knew it wasn't there.

If you would like to help the employees of dollar general and make it a better place to shop. Please take your receipt and do the survey at customer first. It benefits both plus you get a chance at 100$'s. I love my customers and want them to have the best experience when visiting our store 😊.

Dont mean to be a downer but the headphones i bought were seven dollars and one of the earbuds didnt even work. I like adventuring through the dollar store but thats just wrong. I can go to five below and get a better pair for 5 bucks

I frequent all of the DG stores in sherman and Denison and it just depends on who's working when you go in you never know who you're going to deal with. Someone nice, or could be someone just complaining and in a bad mood because of work. But DG gets the job done when you don't want to go to the big stores and need something real quick

Shouldn't have to say much for this iconic chain. The best "Dollar" store anywhere and everywhere, just drive around the corner theres one nearby. Although, my grandmother's has her favorite location. 😁

usually like this store but they rushed me out the store at 8:50pm and locked the doors. saw other customers walk away from locked doors with plenty of time to get what they needed before closing at 9:00pm.

Some of the staff here is friendly, some not so much. The store is cluttered and usually dirty. They did a major cleaning not long ago, but it is already looking nasty again.

This dollar General store always has the items I am looking for. The employees are knowledgeable and helpful. The store is a little cluttered with items that people just leave on the floor. I would recommend this store to anybody. 😉🙄
