Visited on Jan 06, 2024. Tried to go back in when I realized I forgot an item and the employees had already locked to doors despite it being 10 minutes before the posted closing time.Today I visited and tried to return some items purchased. I have never been in a retail store that would refuse to at least offer store credit for purchases outside the normal return window. Anti-customer policy, and your associate claimed she would be fired if she processed the return. So you are just straight up lying when you say you are not "just about numbers".

Multiple visits for plumbing items which they ended up having in stock but it took 3 times of going and getting no help or further set back being given the wrong items and then not being what I needed. The employees weren't knowledgeable in their area. It seems the new store was staffed any means necessary type of situation. The front end employees and MGMT. We're great but the employees were resistant to get help when needed from someone higher up with more knowledge on their merchandise. The store was very pricey and not worth trying to save a trip to Home Depot instead, which I prefer over the new local Ace hardware in denison.

Employees were friendly and helpful. They helped me locate the items I needed. Even though they did not have the exact product, they were able to point me to a substitute that worked the same. All of their brand products I have tried have worked perfectly for me.

Nice Place, Terrible pricing its literally 50% or more cheaper to drive to Sherman. It's also a lot smaller than originally thought it was going to be. I have been in a time or two just browsing but just recently went in for some k1 fuel typically no more than $5 a gallon at the pump. I was charged over $20 for $5 worth of fuel. Lets just say that's outrageous and most likely will not return.

Very thankful that Denison has a hardware store. I'm saving countless dollars in gas not driving to Sherman every time I need a hardware product. Always greeted by the employees and am asked if I need help finding what I need. Already earned $20 in rewards too!

Employees were standing around talking and nobody bothered to help when I was struggling to find something. They then told me well if I needed help I should've just asked. That's poor customer service and I will not be returning to the Ace Hardware in Denison!

A very much needed addition to the area. It was nice well and organized. They have alot of hardware, upscale tools, plumbing, electrial,paint ect:.The employees were friendly and willing to help. The prices were high (like every where else) but probably on par with the economy.Check them out.

I’m very happy with this being close since they closed Main Street Lumber off to the public and our only options were Lowe’s or Home Depot’s in Sherman.
