Great experience loading. Gentlemen that loaded me was very fast and very nice however, office lady decided to take lunch as I was loading knowing I was the only truck there and then had to wait on the scales for her for over an hour. I spoke to the other gentleman in the office and when I asked him if anybody else is around that could get me checked out so I can get on the road, he responds “oh I guess she went to lunch maybe she’ll be back in 10 minutes.” No consideration of a drivers time or his clock.

I am new to flatbed trucking and I was having a horrible time covering my load because the wind kept blowing off my tarp. The night manager and everyone else were very helpful. I'd pick up from here anyday.

Please excuse my review, I am not sure why I would have reviewed Chaffaye with such a low rating, I don't have any animals that would consume there products but can only give high praise to all the folks. They continue to be a driving force in our community ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
