My unit was broken into and although I’ve paid for the insurance(which is mandatory), a police report was filed, yet ABSOLUTELY NOTHING was done, and NOTHING was reimbursed! THIS PLACE HAS GUYS WHO LIVE IN THE UNITS, that they rent. YES YOU READ THAT CORRECTLY, they allow people to live in units they rent. YOU HAVE NO ACCESS FROM 10pm-6am, yet the ones who stay inside of the units, are free to do what ever they want. WHEN MY UNIT WAS BROKEN INTO, A LOCK THAT IS SOLD IN THE FRONT OFFICE, IS WHAT REPLACED MY LOCK-yet NO ONE SEEN OR HEARD ANYTHING, and NO ONE KNOWS WHO PUT THE LOCK FROM THE FRONT OFFICE ON MY UNIT! SEEMS A BIT SUSPICIOUS TO ME! As if that isn’t bad enough, there are also rats, as well as raccoons, that can and will get into your unit.

Great place. Found them online. Best prices in the Austin area , I check a lot of places. I filled out the lease online, it was so easy. The manager Patrick was very nice and helpful, he helped me picking the right size unit for my needs. Its a little bit of a drive about 6 miles east of Austin. For me its worth the drive. They let me use their moving truck for free.

I've rented from this location since before it was Store It All. Patrick does a terrific job. He's friendly, attentive and willing to accommodate for special needs, like the use of the bulk trash bin. He keeps everyone's interests in mind and helps when it doesn't inconvenience anyone else. I appreciate that.

I wanted a location that was close to my home but on the way into Austin and this place fit the bill. Patrick was very nice and helpful. I needed to rent a storage unit for my staging furniture and Patrick patiently showed me all the different sized units. He was professional and friendly.

Pat was very helpful. He provided we with all the prices for available units and went out of his way to explain all the nuances of the rental agreement with me. He even checked to make the unit I rented was clean as it had been recently vacated.

The Prices are very competitive, Patrick is very accommodating. He is all so considerate that when I rented my 1 st unit a 10 x 30 2 month later I found my self need a additional 10 x 10 unit and Patrick with out me asking selected the same number unit in a different Row so I only needed to remember the units letters.

I been here for many years, there management keep up improvements their service to solve problem. There improvements on their maintenance services. Their prices are fair average. Inside hallways floors need clean more often. But everythings are good.

My name is Mark. I have been with Store It All for the last little more than eight years. Since the ownership have been changed from last corporation to new one which is called "Store It All"things are handled more professionally with lots of courtesy. Recently I was coming from overseas and I knew I would get back in Austin early morning. I called the manager (Patrick) and told him about my concerns that I need to pick up my car from storage. He went extra miles to make sure I will have access to my storage. People like Patrick at "Store It All" make you feel at home and remind you that you have a friend in there. I highly recommend them to you.

The service and price were the best in the area. Ellie the manager was great. The 5x10 unit had no interior light, but the price is right. The truck they had available, a nice perk, developed a door lock problem the day before and was unavailable.

I had never stored my stuff before and I was hoping I didn't have to. Even though it wouldnt be for too long I didn't know if I could trust leaving my stuff anywhere. My family stores here, so I figured I could trust this place and just try it out. I was referred by family and I see why. If anyone asks, I would send them here! Over all great experience, great price for the area and definitely great customer service. Ellie is great at what she does and is super helpful and understanding. Genuine and sweet woman.Best of luck on your move. Lord knows I needed it! 😃

THEY'RE THIEVES!! This company robs their own storage units and then auctions your things. We had a full unit robbed, all of our valuables, including those that have emotional meaning to us. All they refunded us was $400 for THOUSANDS of dollars worth of things. This place is a joke and should not be allowed to operate and continue robbing their customers.

My family have used this place for years when it was Bull Dog Storage. I really like the new manager. He is the best I have seen here, always very friendly and helpful. Keeps the place clean and nice looking. The price are the best in area.

This has been a good place for storage so far for me and family. There was a time that the gate was down for a while with the heavy rains that we had this year. Although it was very frustrating, I appreciate everything that the manager did to correct that and keep our stuff safe til then. Very friendly service.

This place is not a good place to store your stuff in, you expect your things to be okay once you get them out, Instead I found my stuff to be chewed up by rats and infested with bed bugs. My furniture is a total loss, its been a month since I've talked to them about it and they haven't resolved anything for me. No emails, no call, what will happen? I do NOT recommend this place to anyone. Beware!

Cheap storage in the right place for us people that live in the middle of nowhere it does its purpose my main problem is the gate is not 24 hrs and the lights by my unit have been out since before I moved in with my unit being inside it makes things a little hard trying to jugle a light and items in the unit my latch also sticks all the time but guess you get what you pay for
