Staff under the pharmacists is rude and hangs up on ppl after she got frustrated and refused to enter my GoodRx code. They also have trouble answering their phone for other pharmacists. My pharmacist should not have to call all day to get my Rx transferred to a better pharmacy. It's ridiculous.

Darwin provided excellent customer service! He went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. I also noticed he went out of his way to help an elderly gentleman that was standing in line before me! You can tell he is a genuinely a kind person.

Bad customer service take long to answer calls and hard to get them to answer simple questions , transfers calls back and forth just to check for items that's needed for my husband asthma ! All I needed was to check if the item was available...

We visited this CVS and were impressed by Jeremiah on Sunday 4/2/2023 around 2pm. He overheard me comment about the shampoo we wanted to buy being behind a locked cabinet and immediately came to help. Really great service from Jeremiah! Hire more people like him at all your stores!

The worker with all the face tattoos is always so polite, social and funny. Every single time I go there, he has the best customer service and you can tell he has a really bright personality. We need more people with his kind of customer service!

I recently visited my local CVS store and was impressed with the experience. The store was clean and well-organized, making it easy to find what I needed. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and they were able to answer all of my questions about a new medication I was prescribed.One thing I appreciate about CVS is their comprehensive healthcare services. They offer immunizations, prescription refills, and other health-related products, which makes it a one-stop-shop for all of my healthcare needs.In addition, the store had a wide range of products beyond just medication, including snacks and household items, which was convenient.Overall, I highly recommend CVS for their comprehensive healthcare services, knowledgeable staff, and convenient location.

Abril 2022. No he tenido quejas del servicio, lo único es que todo los productos que venden aquí son muy caros , muchas veces me molesta ir a Walmart porque está un poco lejos y entro aquí por lo que necesito cuando es poco y la realidad es que es mejor ir más lejos que pagar esos precios absurdos.Mayo 2 del 2024 una actualización para decir que es muy malo el servicio ahí principalmente en la farmacia, ayer pasé por los medicamentos de mi esposo y la señora que me atendió fue grosera , yo no hablo inglés y siempre que voy le muestro el teléfono a la persona que me atiende y la que estaba ayer me dijo que no habla español, cuando se acercó le mostré el teléfono y sin revisar mucho dijo que no había ningún medicamento, y que tenía que contactar yo a mi médico , me molestó su forma de hablar porque primeramente tenía que revisar bien la receta que envió la doctora y además ella es quien debe de ponerse en contacto con la doctora, pues en el Walgreen funciona así ,, lo peor es que tampoco están dando el medicamento como indica la receta de mi doctora. Ya después de esto no voy más a recoger medicamentos ahí .
