Walked in for an appointment and they never book it. Used the excuse the groomer didn’t show up. I didn’t get a call or message from no one. I had booked this appointment 2 weeks ago. It’s very unfortunate and unprofessional!

Great store! Friendly staff. Took my dog to have her nails trimmed. Did not have to wait. Paid $15.00. They sell strollers for dogs/cats 😊 pet food, collars, fish tanks, kennels and much more! They also have cute clothing to dress up my chihuahua and prices are not bad at all. You must stop by the store and see for yourself.

I love visiting whenever I'm in del río and need to grab a few things for my pups. They have a great selection of supplies and also carry Kong brand toys which are the only toys strong enough for my dogs. They also offer veterinary services on certain days which is fantastic!

Very helpful staff and management! Can I find cheaper prices somewhere else? Maybe. Do I still prefer to shop here for friendly and knowledgeable customer service? Definitely.

Omgosh by far.... the best pet store I've been to.. The young man Joshua was his name.. He was very attentive and had so much knowledge on what we needed and where to find it. We were very impressed with him.. I'd give him 10 stars 🌟... the store could be a bit bigger bcuz it's a little crowded. But I love it ❤

Sadly disappointed.Overpriced, over-rated.Same service elsewhere , my pet came out looking like a million dollars.Petsense, came out looking like she had gotten the cheapest service .Didn't even smell or look clean .Looks cheap .Won't recommend or return .

Place was clean and neat. I wanted to take home the baby kittens, but I couldn't. My dog got himself a new vest and tennis ball that he broke within 5 bites. He loves to chomp. One thing I like the most about going in places is being greeted and we were not. That's my only draw back. Other than that things were good.

In November, we were asked to upgrade our bath service in order to receive a free bath in January. We just called to book our service and were told that that was never a special and we must have misheard. I asked several times and even wrote it down on the receipt in front of the sales person. Their customer service has really gone downhill, which is disappointing since we have been loyal customers since they opened.

I’ve used the grooming services 4 times (I usually wash my dog myself but use a groomer during the winter).The first time my dog came back and wouldn’t lift her tail, almost like it was injured (has a naturally curly tail). I had it looked at and after a few days, she seemed better, so I let it go.I mentioned it the next visit and asked them to be gentle just in case. My dog seemed fine after this visit and the 3rd.This 4th visit though... my dog won’t lift her tail again. She keeps crying and doesn’t want to move and keeps licking her backside. I touched her tail and she yelped and continued to whine for several minutes.They’ve lost my trust; I won’t be back.

Stopped by to pick up some essentials to find it closed. Sign said they'd close at six but no they close whenever they feel like it. I guess the owner doesn't give a damn about their customers. Oh well. Guess I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on. I don't recommend anyone ever come here

Good selection for dogs and cats. But it is the only store within miles that sell crickets for reptile food. However, they barely ever have them in stock and are never sure when they will get more in or they say that they forgot to order them.

It’s so convenient!! I have a Miniture Shaunzer and a German shepherd so a good pet grooming place is a must for us. The girls are generally nice and knowledgeable.

Has a nice variety it is however a bit pricey but i love that they added exotic animals every Saturday now! And i haven't had problems with customer service.
