I don’t understand why this pharmacy is open 24 hours if they are not going to fill your prescription just because they don’t want to. She told me the other Walgreens had filled my medication and the other store had already closed when the doctor sent it over !! I really need that medicine for my daughter.

Wish there was a possibility of negative stars here. Usually don't give reviews but the issues were made worse every time an employee basically opened their mouth.The root of this issue starts with trying to find a medication on back order across all pharmacies. I was referred to this particular location by another Walgreens. I had already been to Walmart, HEB, CVS and a few other locations before deciding to call before taking a 30 minute drive to this location.In the morning I spoke to a gentlemen that verified the address and gave it back to me. I was told if I bring the prescription they could get it ordered.I went ahead and drove out there which is when the firs issues presents itself. The employee, young lady with a head band, asked one of the other employees about the prescription. She came back to me and told me that they could not get this until December 5th. I said no problem, I can come pick this up then. Well the young lady handed the script back and told me to go to a CVS at a Target location because they typically have things in stock because they do not have a drive thru. Although the suggestion is nice, she flat out gave me a direct competitor. Then she more than doubled down by telling me to try Sam's, Costco, little independent pharmacies but would not take the prescription so after giving another opportunity I said forget it, I will just take the business elsewhere.Before I was about to leave I did express my displeasure and asked if they have a gentlemen working in the Pharmacy. Mind you I am standing at the counter and can see the 11 employees 10 of which are females. I asked if that gentlemen could have possibly answered the phone in the mornings when nobody was there yet, she said yes, but I highly doubt it because he is the pharmacist. So I asked the employee so no chance in gods green earth I could have spoken to this gentlemen. The next response irritated me even more; at this point she had blamed a call center for misleading me even though she did nothing to right the ship. I took the script and began to walk out where at the same time another employee was in a full blown argument with an elderly lady over her medications as well. Not one of the employees attempted to step in and try to stop this back and forth, but instead watched the sparring continue. I laughed and then found a manager of the store.I expressed this entire story and the manager asked me "what do you want me to do?" I was more aggravated at this point. I explained if she needed to ask me what to do, there in lies the issue. Whoever is hiring these individuals needs to have a refresher course on how to screen for better candidates. It is shameful to send someone to a competitor and not try to gain the business but blame, fight and resist what the customers are asking for. Had the young lady listened they would be trying to fill the prescription, instead taking to the internet to report this piss poor customer service and management at this location. By looking at other reviews myself and the elderly woman today aren't the only ones feeling this way.I will help those out around town. The suggestion to drive around the small city called Houston is one of the dumbest remarks I have heard for customer service. Only if you are in absolute pain and need an opioid to help you sleep, I would not utilize this 24 hour pharmacy or location.Staff needs training and manager needs some backing or someone else making sure not just any warm body is acceptable as an employee. Sad to see where the world has gotten. Someone needs to take ownership and pride to make the visit right or better, not asking the customer what to do. Pay me a salary and I will show you.

Should not even be a one star. Not sure who the pharmacist was around noon on Sunday the 12th of March but she deserves a 10 star for being RUDE. I have dealt with many rude people but she tops them all. She must teach the class on being rude. If there is any management at this store may I make a suggestion that you tell her without us the customer neither one of you have a job. I will be changing to CVS which is right across the street.

In the last year this pharmacy has really gone downhill. I was not able to get my pain medication when I got my wisdom teeth extracted. They always seem to be out of stock of my son's medication or somehow the Doctor's order was never received( this has happened multiple times.) I have waited all week for my son's medicine just told be told it was never recieved now he is completely out. Another time it was saying it was being process for a week and finally had to call and ot was never even being filled and after I called like 20 minutes later it was ready the lady couldn't even tell me what happen for it to not to have been filled. I have finally had enough and switched pharmacies.

Please make sure that you train your pharmacy technician better!! There are some that really do the jobs well!! Then there are some who do not know how to look up your correct time for a refill pickup????😡🤬 Thanks for the Pharmacist on duty to tell them there job while there busy trying to prepare refills!!

Ask for some one else at the photo counter. The black lady at the photo counter had a major attitude with me because my package came by a different carrier & was dropped off. Told me i needed to have my packages sent to my home instead of coming to the FedEx drop off at this Walgreens. She should have had a better attitude. Even the customers before me were not happy with her attitude. She was rude to them too. Management needs to send her to a customer service class or find someone else who is more pleasant to speak with. The reason i don't like doing business with Walgreens is because of their employees with this kind of attitude.

I had to drop off a package for FedEx, and they are a drop off location. I walk in, and go to photo, which is where drop off is. 2 women wearing red walgreens shirts were standing there talking, didn't acknowledge me, finished their conversation and walked away. I was very visible, and had the package in my hand. I know they saw me, because they had to go around me to walk away. So I followed one woman, and said I was just standing there and I needed to drop this off.... best part was she was a MANAGER!!! She scanned the package and I walked out. I hate walgreens

Haven’t had any experiences with the actual store or clinic but man! The pharmacy is just horrible and beyond help! I wish I could share my bad experiences here but there’s just too many and can’t chose which one to talk about. The pharmacy staff are neither knowledgeable nor friendly, they absolutely bring nothing to the table. I’m currently typing this as I wait in the drive thru for another one of their “mess ups” to be fixed. A quick $0 birth control refill pick up with no cars in front of me, just turned into a 30 minute ordeal that was initiated by their incompetence. They messed up on their side and made me pull out of the line to call my insurance, but my insurance agent couldn’t understand why they made me contact them when this is something they entered incorrectly and something they (pharmacy) should be contacting them directly about having it fixed.

Had a very nice shopping experience at Walgreens on center st.in Deer Park. We were looking for a certain medicine that we could not find. We asked.an associate for help. Before we knew it there was 3 associates helping us find what we needed. Those 3 young ladies were a good example of excellent employees. Thank you young ladies..

Terrible customer service at this pharmacy. Dealt with a young girl w/dark hair and glasses, asked her a simple question, she was very rude and condescending. Didn't need all her attitude.

Always up to date on makeup, and fully stocked with merchandise! And very friendly employees. Some of the pharmacists have some attitude when you ask a question, I asked a pharmacist a question, he said hold on rudely and had someone else help me who wasn't a pharmacist, I had a question about medicine and he knew that.

Absolute incompetence. Arrived the day after Christmas and signed in and was told there would be a two hour wait. Did not get a brochure or any chance to ask what their services were. After a two hour - no, as the Nurse Practitioner corrected me - a mere 109 minute WAIT she felt that as I was non responsive to a 30 year old generic medicine she could not treat me with a stronger antibiotic. Actually she suggested I did not even have what I thought was the problem. They do not do injections, and I was never given a clear answer as to what they do feel qualified to treat. Nor does the website really explain it, nor did the 800 number personnel. The worst experience I've ever had with a medical professional.

The store is fine but the pharmacy is the worst. I gave multiple chances before reviewing, but they can't ever find the insurance, show no refills available or that I request any, call me to tell me it's available for pickup and when I get there, I have to wait half an hour because it isn't, etc. Now they've just done that to me again. I don't have these problems when I go to a different pharmacy, I tried again and again only because they were so close, but it's not worth this. Multiple times I've spoken with different pharmacists and assured things are ready, only to get to the front counter or window and be turned away for another wait. Get it together Walgreens!!

I have been coming here since my son was diagnosed with ADHD and is the only place who carries his medication. They are pretty busy but everyone here is quick and polite. Just recently got my fly shot here and the healthcare clinic was super helpful, quick, and made my experience a great one. I live 20 minutes from here and the drive here is worth it.

Friendly staff. Excellent Medical Assistants and Doctors in the clinic. They get rude patients but they try their best to handle the people who think they're the more important ones there that needs to see the doctor first. Be nice to the people in the stores and they'll be nice to you as well. That goes for any company.

At the pharmacy Sophie was very rude and treat me like I was trash.When I came to drop off my order they told me that they was gonna transfer all my medicine to the store I waited three hours came back to pick up my medicine and they told me they still haven’t transferred anything to the store on top of that I was the first one there she told me to wait so that another customer gave me the road order then told me to wait so she can serve another customer before she told me that none of my medicine was here.

The pharmacy workers (most of them) are always rude. I work out of town and have scheduled my meds to be due for a refill during the short time that I am home. Last thing I need is to go back and forth with them when I'm home and needing my meds before I head back to work. I have been using them for a few years now and always have had my meds filled a day or 2 early due to me working out of town... Just recently, when I call to have them filled, I'm getting attitude from the workers. My meds are a controlled substance and some of them seem to have a horrible attitude about it being filled a day sooner. I really hope they read these reviews and change their tones and attitudes towards customers.

I went in for a covid booster. There was no one in the pharmacy, yet they refused to give it to me because I didn’t have an appointment. Ridiculous! Other walgreens have given me shots without appointments.

My prescription is wrong, pills are expired since these have not been printed in years. Even the manufacturer name is misspelled! Sloppy Work!! The pills are all chipped and messed up. I'm freaking angry because they refused to do anything after I paid a fortune for them. I can't get the script re-written either. I refuse to use this aweful location again. Heartless mean people! I would rate 0 stars if possible!

Say they can let you know if they have enough medicine to fill a prescription over the phone. You will have to drive all the way there for them to tell you they can't fill it. They say it company policy to do it this way, but I never have an issue with confirming with any other Walgreens if they can fill a script or not before I waste the time and gas to go there.

Absolutely amazing job. Friendly owners and employees. Go above and beyond to make sure everything is done and working correctly. They don't try to pull your leg and replace items not needed. I wouldn't trust anyone else. Most definitely Will be recommending them to everyone

Went to the RediClinic, the NP was excellent, took the time to speak with you, didn't feel rushed. The wait was not long at all, will go back, also my prescription was ready before I walked out of clinic....boy I was very impressed.

One of the employees "Guy'' helped me and my family out. He is by far the nicest employee that I have met at any other Walgreen's. I will defiantly come back to this Walgreen's again. Great customer service

The worst walgreens pharmacy staff I have ever dealt with. Kept telling me they couldn't find my sons insurance. Left and went to the other walgreens and they found his ins. The Walgreens on center had created a second profile

Dr Maria had a cold today, didn't feel like doing a health assessment for my insurance blue cross blue shield annual discount program, my company comes to cvs and Walgreens for a wellness check up every year, but for some reason Dr Maria made me wait an hour then at 6:30pm tells me she doesn't want to sign the form saying I passed a health assessment... It was late, she had a cold, and I was the last patient.... Lazy doctor.... 3/6/17 @ 5:20pm check in

I went in for disposable gloves for cleaning. This was a quick in and out visit. Everyone was very pleasant, polite and friendly
