Love HEB and their selection of produce. They also have an amazing selection under their brand name as well. I only wish that they had more bulk items as Walmart does and a few other items i find there.

It seems like this store is going downhill every time I go in there it looks worse! #1 allowing people to come in with their dogs not even on a leash and I’m not talking about service dogs. # 2 Has management been in the restrooms lately oh my god they are awful and when this store opened they were so nice, always clean. It looks like they no longer take pride in this store. Come on you can do better.

I always shop at heb and get everything and this time was the first time I had a problem . I bought scallops from seafood and they were 27$ a pound which I don't mind but the scallops this time was cut in half and tore up . I have a picture to prove it . Maybe next time you check the scallops first. I paid alot for them and at least want good product

Store is Good, Selection is great, but all the success of the store makes it horrible to shop. The order pullers pull their carts all over and block aisles. The store stocks on Saturday mornings so if you want to avoid a crowd, you are dodging employees and order shoppers. The store is always busy, which is good for the store but makes it a horrible shopping experience. Forget ordering online, your shopping bill will be a lot higher, limited deals are available for online shoppers. I always avoid this one and shop elsewhere.Update: same story 04/16/23 no change. Stocking in the middle of the day on a Saturday and blocking the back aisle making it a mess to get around.

Just got done with my weekly shopping trip and you either need to fix your app coupons or shut it down. This is not the first time that I've gotten to checkout and none of my coupons have applied and even after proving to the cashier that I bought the items and qualify for the discounts they still would not apply the coupons. This cost ne an extra $15 This trip. Fix this please

I 💛 H-E-B. I especially love this location - I usually go daily. Everyone is friendly and all my goodies are always in stock! Fresh fruit, vegetables, and sushi 🍣 (its excellent too). I love their flowers 💐, bakery, deli, and fresh meat 🥩. Thank you!

Pains me to write as I love HEB. As a whole they’re a great company and they pay their employees good! That’s why it’s hard to believe how their baggers and cashiers can be so rude and lazyyy. Rudest bagger to date has been Angelique. Not a single ‘hello’ or ‘goodbye’, ignored me the whole time, threw my groceries in my cart - no basic customer service to be had! Although Tbh at this location It’s rare to find a cashier or bagger that say hello at all to begin with. More Often they spend more time flirting with each other than being efficient to help the customer pay for their groceries and leave. Desperate need of training 101 on how to provide good and fast customer service on the front end.

LOVE HEB! They don't have quite everything I need, but they have the majority of the stuff. And some stuff I need is somewhat odd or random. Meat and seafood counters are amazing. If you don't see a cut you like, just ask! Got this delicious beef tenderloin cut for me the other day. Yum!

Very rude stuck up employees and negative experiences every time I come here. They think they’re superior than everyone else. Lady made a big deal about returning $17 to me and said item wasn’t from the store when it was brand new and unopened and I had my receipt. They still asked me for my ID. I used to like coming here for the makeup and cereal/bread selection but its not worth it if I change my mind about an item. Their prices aren’t that great either. Walmart is way better. They also are so picky into hiring people, they will not choose you if you have a job already or family commitments. Just terrible. Do better.

Bakery Review, not store! For the past 8 years my husband has been getting my birthday cake from here because I literally dream about it ALL year, it’s THAT good - chocolate cake with buttercream frosting, my once a year indulgence! He just picked this year’s cake up earlier today (my birthday) and I am so disappointed. This cake is not fresh, has most definitely been frozen, dry and solid - not my usual moist and fresh. The frosting is the only redeeming quality.Seriously, I always tell my husband that I could care less about a gift, all I need is my H‑E‑B cake…total letdown this year!

I used to only go to HEB because their fruit and produce section was the freshest I could get near by. Lately, nothing lasts anymore and I find myself having to buy less and frequent the store more often. Not only that but when you replace majority of the products with your own brand name products, it's definitely not going to make me buy your products in replacement.

Review for the H-E-B floral department.Denise is the floral manager for the floral department who was phenomenal. She was really nice and always called back if for some reason she wasn't available when I called. She understood exactly what I was looking for and I had no worries that they would deliver on the day of the wedding for the flowers we needed. She made our wedding planning process a lot less stressful as I could count on her. Thank you Denise, you were so professional and nice. I would definitely recommend the floral department at H-E-B.

Visit 2-4-2023: We went here today with a friend and I stocked up on some specialty sauces from the deli area and got one of their cheese pizzas to make tonight. They have some really amazing Valentine's baskets and treats ready to go!Visit 9-24-2022: I love all the specialty products that HEB carries and how fresh everything is here. The items I'm looking for are always in stock. The store was crowded but the managers were quick to open extra lanes.

No longer "My HEB" as taking advantage of the wind of inflation and have REALLY jacked up prices. Have started back shopping at Kroger & Walmart & Food Town. If it was not for two particular items that only they carry, I would not shop there at all. So I really try to limit my purchases there.
