Jeremy and Gabby in the pharmacy are outstanding. They're kindness and compassion for the work that they do is absolutely unmatched. Our vital medication was out at our pharmacy, so after multiple calls for multiple different companies we were able to find this CVS location which had what we needed in stock. The previous pharmacy was so difficult to work with had to sit on hold for literally hours. Jeremy did not have to do it but he did. He stayed on hold for over 1 hour with this pharmacy to get the medication transferred after we had multiple failed attempts to do so. They did not need to do this. They wanted to do this. Thank you so much! Jeremy. My 4-year-old was terribly ill and no one at the other companies pharmacy wanted to help us. They ignored our calls and drug their feet to solve our problem. But Jeremy at CVS did not. They did an outstanding job and have made a customer for life

If I could I would give them no stars… o dropped my prescription off at 5 pm today… it was 9:18 pm when I went to see what was taking so long..- and the lady told me that they are short handed and that it normally takes 15 minutes but it will be another 30 minute wait to get the prescription… I asked her when does it take that long since I have dropped off prescriptions before an it’s always more than an hour wait…. And then the pharmacist guess was mad cause they were short handed yelled at me from the back and told me that they normally take 15 minutes… I asked again and told him I’m not trying to be rude but why does it always take this long… he said if you don’t stop you can take your prescription else where… as a courtesy they maybe should give customers a time frame when dropping the prescription off… I even asked the lady I dropped it off with how long and she said they will send you a text… I get waiting a few hours for a prescription But 5 that’s too much… specially an inhaler I needed…. I’m not one to write bad reviews but he really made me upset… and what really made more mad he said If you don’t stop talking I’ll give you your prescription and you can take it somewhere else…. If I would of new that this is the way cvs does business I would of stop going there along time ago… telling there customers to practically shut up… and not answering there questions and on top of it being extremely loud and rude.

I am a regular customer with CVS Deer Park and today, on Christmas, was very disappointed how I was treated by Carlos. The candy I was buying was not ringing up correctly and he continued to take other customers instead of helping me. I couldn't believe it and left the store.

Total life savers lol. i needed formula for my 3 month old son to get us through tonight & i drove 30 minutes from san leon to the walgreens across the street but they were closed. i saw CVS & immediately i was so relieved to see you guys were open & it extremely easy to find what i was looking for. i will definitely be going back.

Y’all are so negative. Y’all need to stop complaining about everything. CVS, THANK YOU!! Left the ER Last night my was ready in 10 minutes. Y’all need to have some patience with these people. They are humans too. They are humans first before they are cvs workers. Yes they make mistakes too. We all do darn it so shut up people!!! Thank you CVS for all y’all do!!!

Pharmacy hasn't been able to fulfill my prescriptions properly for months and doesn't seem willing to fix the issue. For a dedicated pharmacy, you'd think they'd be good at this, but I've had better service at a grocery store Pharmacy. Their app sucks and doesn't connect to the server most of the time, and for some reason, my mother keeps popping up on my card. Which is odd, considering I haven't been under or associated with her insurance since I was 16. The store nor the app removes her, so I can't use the "points" card. I'm done with this place, and I'm taking my business elsewhere.

Conveniently located! Open 24 hours so I'm not constantly watching the clock to make sure I arrive before the store closes, lol.Prices are a lot higher than I'm used to CVS being - prices used to be comparable to other stores. I just remembered CVS stopped selling cigarettes a couple years ago so I guess they have to compensate somewhere.The staff was friendly and helpful - thank you! Your time is appreciated.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THE PHARMACY!!!! The older little Asian man has a horrible attitude. I had just got out of ER which is across the street and was in dire need of my medicine and he couldn’t care less. He was very short and rude and didn’t want to help, all he could do is be rude, short, hostile and careless. It’s not my fault he was short staffed and didn’t have many people in there. The wilder white guy was very rude as well. I’ll never go back there again, i don’t care if I’m dying, I’ll never go back!!!

I seen a virtual Dr for flu like symptoms and on going fever. He proscribed me antibiotics but per the Pharmacist said my prescription was not in the their system. She told me to get out the line there was nothing she could do for me. Mind you had fever and I could barely talk. I had walk back to my car to go to emails and look up my virtual visit and call the number for questions the staff over the phoresolved my issue and said my prescription was there to be filled. They ended up transferring my prescription to Walgreens. I couldn’t believe the pharmacist didn’t want to fill my prescription for an antibiotic. I had fever and I was cold and sweaty. Second time I’ve made an appointment for the clinic and second time they canceled on me. Today they canceled as I was checking in. It let me check in, then they canceled it afterwards because I wasn’t there 15 minutes early, I arrived at the appointment time. They had no other appointments there, and it was another hour and a half before their lunch time. They’d rather cancel the appointment rather than take care of anyone who is sick. Just go to Walgreens.

It’s unfortunate that some of the CVS pharmacy employees have to read bad reviews based on the employees that don’t want to be there! Worst customer service ever! You’re on the front lines for the pharmacy and give the worst attitude ever to the ones in need.

First time I have been treated like I was stupid in a CVS. Will never come back to this store. Take my advice and don't come here either. The Seabrook CVS is wonderful and the workers treat you with respect

I had to go get a prescription on a Sunday after an urgent care visit. When I got there, I was told 15 minutes. So I waited and gave them an extra 5-10 minutes. I went back to the counter and a different person was there and was told 10 more minutes. So I again gave them 5-10 minutes more than asked. When I go up there the 3rd time, they finally tell me they were out. It would have been fine had they told me that after the 1st time. They wanted me to come back the next day so I just asked them to transfer it to another 24 hour location.

If I could write no stars, I totally would. Pharmacy staff sucks. I feel bad for the pharmacist because he’s good. But his technicians or his staff whatever you wanna call them. Don’t know what they are doing.!!!!

Terrible customer service. After giving the staff member the information on my prescription plan she told me that the ID number was incorrect because it was not long enough and did not even check to see if the insurance went through.She then made me get out of line. I called my insurance and they verified that it was indeed correct. I got back in line and was asked by another staff member in the drop off line if I needed help. I told her that I wanted to wait to talk to the previous staff member. She signaled to her that she did not want to talk to me. I called for the pharmacist and she ran the insurance plan and it went through with out a glitch. In all my years I have never been refused the courtesy of speaking to a pharmacy staff member. It was very rude! I will transfer all of my prescriptions elsewhere.

Due to ALL of the local grocery stores and pharmacy change in hours, I was required to drive to Deer Park to purchase infant formula at 1a.m for my grandson. Thank God this location was not only open but the staff was exceptional, Jeff to be specific. I was unfamiliar with the area and due to an unusual amount of police officer sitting and driving in packs, I found myself driving too slow and afraid of the unknown. But Jeff, the representative that chose to greet and assist me immediately, I would repeat this trip a million times over. THANK YOU!!

Waited almost ten minutes in line to get simple syringes that you do not need a prescription for, and the pharmacist was extremely rude refused to give me any syringes and then started using profanity because I tried to explain that I just needed the syringe to draw up my medicine not the needle. I will be calling corporate. You don't treat customers or patients like that I don't care how long you went to school.

Francine in the Pharmacy is pathetic, her customer service is the worst I have ever seen by far... I am impressed that CVS would employee such an unkind, disrespectful person. Each and every time we have to pick up prescriptions or have a question she is none caring, as is most of the Pharmacist too. You would think for the amount of money we spend here they could at least treat us like human beings. If I was able to get my sons prescription elsewhere in a timely matter I would definitely never return.

I do not even want to give them 1star. They do not deserve it. The are rude. Gave me the wrong meds. If you need to talk to someone they will leave you in hold for more than 20 minutes. Who has time to just sit there and wait. I can not go anywhere else as my Insurance will only pay there. I tried to refill a med they told me to soon, then turn around and tell me they can fill in within the hour. Frustrating,!!!! They do not care at all.

I’ve read other reviews and they rated Low. But for me my experience here has always been 5 star worthy. The manager that has helped me has been one of the best. He made sure my needs were met even after the hurricane last year. They one of the few places stocked and open after Harvey.

Monica was very kind and patient while I was stopped by this location. She is an excellent employee and made great conversation during check out. Thank you Monica, you're awesome! The store is also very clean, well-stocked, and organized! I had no issues whatsoever.

I went to get my 2nd dose of my COVID vaccine. My appointment was at 10am. I stood in line for an hour and a half and it was soo unorganized I never received my vaccine. I finally just gave up and left. Super unprofessional. Some type of communication would have been great. It was like they were purposely avoiding communicating with people in line.

f I could give negative stars I would. I dropped my prescription off on 04.30.18, was told I could pick it up on 05.11.18, called on 05.12.18, and was told the system didn't recognize the doctor and they would have to call him on Monday. OK, but this was like the 7th, or 8th month I have filled this prescription from this doctor and i will be out of Medicine come Monday. the pharmacist claims to fix the issue and tells me I can pick the medicine up on Monday 05.14.18. I call Monday, only to be told they don't have a prescription for me. I'm going to skip the screaming and yelling i did and just say that I am out of a medicine I must take 2 times a day due to a level of incompetence I didn't know existed and CVS couldn't care less. This isn't the 1st time I've had problems with them. I have to utilize them because that's the only place my insurance covers, or I would gladly change.

I’ve been filling my prescriptions here for 13 years. I call to see if any of my prescriptions were ready to be picked up because I hadn’t gotten a cal like I usually do. And I get told they no longer take Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas. Never not once did I get a phone call to let me know about this so that I could find some place else to fill my prescriptions because I’m almost out. But who doesn’t take BCBSTX! Stupidest thing ever. The lady I spoke to had no information what so ever. Very disappointed in cvs I’ll never come here again.

Just left this CVS pharmacy and will not be returning to it anytime soon if it was the last places on Earth. The black gentle men that works in the pharmacy I’m assuming his the boss because of not only how he spoke to me but also how the spoke to his employees was very rude and Uncompassionate about my needs and questions. As a Deer Park resident and a member of the medical community as well I strongly advise to go somewhere else for medication!!!!!

I got a prescription from the inside Clinic at this location. The Nurse Practitioner told me it would be 20min before my meds would be ready. She went in person and turned in the prescription. When I came to pick up my prescription I was not in the system. They looked at me like I was crazy and didnt even bother to ask when any paperwork was submitted. I was so upset I left, not to come back here...EVER!
