Service was great. Got an appointment guickly. Our Baby Boy's first time. He was treated so well. His grooming was just the way I'd asked.Very happy with this establishment.We'll go back again. Already made another appointment! Everyone was so kind and friendly. Try Sisters Grooming, they're great!

This has to be the worst experience I, and my fur son have encountered. First, I call amd ask their basic pricing amd for a quote. They ask how big he is and I tell them about 80 lbs, he is a bouvier de flandres. They said it's gling to be 100 dollars. Or 125 depending on how bad he is matted. I agreed, being that it's decatur I trusted a company who says have a blessed day at the end of their message service. I showed up at 9am amd around 2 pm I got the txt saying he'd be ready in 20 mins. I got there and he was just about ready. They were doing his eyebrows and I even told them I would finish it because I saw that he was being squrmy. I could see that there was many spots that were not paid attention to. His paws were not completely cut. His nails were not trimmed and he has a rash like when dirty clippers are used all over and next to his private parts. He's cries when he even licks the effected area. It's like razor burn and also its clear they nicked him with the clippers on his genitals. Getting back on track. Upon checking out they not only didn't oblige their quote, but told me he was extremely matted so they were going to charge me double the extra fee. Even tho, I completely brushed him and even cut out small areas that could be co sidered matted. He has an undercoat which makes it a thick coat so brushing him can be difficult, but we both know he wasn't extremely matted. To not cause any problems and even mentioning I had brushed him the night before so I wouldn't be charged the max 25 dollars for demanding, and ended up paying twice the amount I just paid it. For the nice and hospitable attitude, and being taught better than that, I tipped them anyways. I was in a huge hurry. I got in the car and took pictures of him to show a friend. Immediately I noticed lil black marks on his hind legs. Closer inspection showed they were fleas. I immediately started calling the groomers. Nobody answered the phone the rest of the buisness day. The following day they called me and would only say, we don't have fleas here. Mind you, the back area is extremely small and there is not a pathway any pet can take from being groomed and not crossing through areas the previous prior to grooming staging area is. There are plenty of ways a dog can get fleas there. But not to address anything, no discount, or type of refund , I was forced to go buy a treatment to fight the flea problem that they gave me. He has never had fleas and he has medicated drops he takes every month that are prescribed by the vet. So disappointed.

Extremely disappointed!I brought my dog in for a bath and unfortunately he still stinks!I don't mind paying $90.00 but for goodness sake do your job! Not sure if Sisters Grooming bathed my dog!!Horrible!

They sheared my herding breed dogs after I told them not to. I had to take them to the vet. The manager refused to refund me, and cussed me out. These people don't care about you, or your cherished pet.
