We have traded with them for a wide range of ranch goods, some small purchases and some large. The service and courtesy are always the same. These are very knowledgeable helpful folks who do business fairly and correctly.

I have been in this store a few times and overall I can say I wish I had gone somewhere else. On occasion, you get someone that is friendly, but usually feel like they would rather be doing something else I recently stopped in to get some feed, but both guys working that area didn’t offer to help and just bypassed me. As in previous times, I decided to go spend my money at other places that appreciate their customers.

We have shopped Russell's Feed in Decatur since they opened up. The staff service is by far amazing, friendly and courteous. The selection of products and feed they have is by far the best in Decatur. They have even started stocking products they didn't use to carry, to cater to our needs and needs of others. The managers Sequoia and Mike have always made sure we are well taken care of.We are able to provide our ranch without having to go on a search for items. Ours dogs, cats, horses, and cows would rate this store 5 stars as well. Plus the propane services and hours of operations make me chose this store every time. Thank you Russell's for being an amazing family owned company!

I love this Russell Feed so much in comparison to other locations because you always feel welcome here. The staff is helpful, kind and makes you feel like family even when you just stop in for a minute. A couple of occasions I have needed help from the manager, Sequoia, and he was very helpful each time and it was clear he loves what he does! I would give all the star to this Russell Feed!

I found out about Russell Feed one day recently when I was needing propane bottles filled for my rv. The service here is excellent. The people are friendly and you don't have to wait very long before somebody comes out to help you. And the best thing is you can get propane anytime the store is open 7 days a week!

We do a lot of business with Russell for our small farm. Stopped by yesterday during the Jan 2021 polar vortex. It took a couple of hours since they were the only location in town with propane. However they did a great job managing the line and got people through as fast as they could.

Rave for the young man at Russell feed who was getting my hay. He pointed out that what was left of the two string coastal on one trailer was not that high a quality and he didn’t want to give it to me. He opened a new trailer and gave me the newer hay on the full trailer. Love how they are customer service driven. Great folks and great to do business with.

Excellent place, they cut open a couple bags of feed for me so I could see exactly what I was getting. That just shows how much they care about the customer!Final note, they're cheaper than anywhere else nearby (except on hay)

Had a record setting cold and snow situation. Tried and tried to find propane. Waited in three lines and they all ran out before I reached the front. Raced to Russell feed. They just got a load! Three workers out there with no cover , blowing snow. Smiles on their faces . They even unloaded and loaded for me cuz I'm a little handicapped. Also needed bird seed. The girl at the counter was friendly but not real smart. Paid for 20pound bag. She couldn't help me find it, she went to planning seeds lol. A guy from the warehouse said they have the forty pound bag and they just gave it to me! So,they literally saved me from freezing to death! And the birds are happy! Love y'all,thank you again. I live in an old van, the only emergency heat is a propane camp stove. I'd run it untill power came back then switch to space heater.
