I have never had a problem with any of the people working here, and the cashiers seem to always be friendly and professional. However, if you ever wonder why a lot of people although dread going to big box stores like Winco, or Walmart for their groceries, but do so anyway just visit a Lowes… their prices on regular shelf goods like peanut butter are beyond the Gouging threshold. When a 2 pack of a larger container size of the same brand and item is the same price at the big box stores as a smaller single item at this store, it tends to deter people from shopping at the smaller chains.

Super nice people and a lovely store!This is my favorite grocery store in Decatur ^_^Why easier to find what I want at Lowe's Market than at giant box retail stores like Walmart.

Always friendly, smiling faces. I rarely purchase meat anywhere else. The prices and quality are terrific. I rarely have to wait in line long and I don't have to check myself out! We are retired and did our work, I don't want to go back to work and not get paid for doing someone else's job for free.

Honestly, the prices here are very comparable to kroger and albertsons. With weekly sales, some things are even cheaper! I was very impressed by this store. Customer service is superb. My kids love getting lollipops 🍭

Very nice store and great alternative to big box. It is quiet so I can concentrate on shopping. For those complaining about prices: there is customer service here unlike their competitor. Cashiers ring you up. That alone is worth it.

Disgusting.....place is dirty produce is always wroting.kids that work there get treated like trash.manager vic is disrespectful to the kids and is about to get treated the same way he treats the kids.hes a worthless manager...Mandy is by far the best manager that treats the employees with respect...

Lowes is small but has everything you need for food when Walmart is just too busy. Much better for a quick trip than Walmart.

Well stocked, a little high price for fixed income shopping! If you look at their sales and use the digital coupons you can save money!

I moved back to Texas 6 yrs ago after being gone for nearly 20 yrs. And I was so happy to find a local market instead of a big box store. All the employees and staff are wonderful. They got to know me and were always there for me, as they are for all their regular customers. Just a nice place.

Staff is usually nice but when I go in the evenings there are a lot of teens working. They have said some ridiculous things when talking to each other while I was being checked out. I know the world is starting to be ran by kiddos but the management should keep an eye out on what they’re doing. There were two girls talking one night and one cussed right in front of me during that conversation. I was shocked.

This is not a bad store when one wants to avoid crowds. When I compared their prices I realized why they're not crowded. I compared with Kroger, one example a gallon of milk there was a $3 difference! I will never buy anything but meat and produce from this store because it's convenient, but for everything else I'll go to the Family Dollar store. The people are nice and friendly so I give more than one star for that.

Prices are approx 30% higher than most grocery stores and the employees are rude. So that combo will lead to less success, just matter of time.

This place has the most amazing people working there. They are very caring. They talk to u like u are friends forever. Maybe the prices are a little high, but I would rather be some where, where u are recognized. Thank y'all for being who u are, and that is human.

Great alternative to Walmart. some items a little higher but willing to pay for the friendly service and actually someone greats you when you walk in and staff askes if you finding everything. i shop there regularly. cheaper prices at Walmart not always worth it, to fit the crowd and have to check out yourself. "Fewer staff to serve you better". Lowe's also have many items Walmart does not. i guess if Walmart cant slap their name on it, they dont want to mess with it. ONLY PLACE in town to have Dot's Pretzels!!

We got here at 8:56pm, yes it was cutting it close, but we also had been trying to call since 7pm to make sure they didn’t have any special hours. There was not a sign on the door either. They were walking around inside glancing and laughing. They finally came to the door at 9:12pm to let one of the girls leave and so I asked politely, despite being extremely mad, why they were closed and they cited it was because they were short staffed. We said “well next time you need to put a sign up”. It’s not rocket science. I’m not a “Karen” by any means. I’m actually quite the opposite, but we specifically came here for baby formula bc of the shortage. Very unprofessional and I will be contacting their DM and corporate.

Everything in here is a little on the pricey side. But, if your in a rush and just need one or two things and dont want to deal with the walmart crowd and get in and out as quick as possible, i think your best bet would be to go here.Staff is friendly and the place is always clean too.

Never been to this store before. I was able to find what I needed very quickly. Also found a coffee syrup I've never seen and can't wait to try. Friendly staff, I didn't have to wait in line. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.

Very high you can go anywhere and get food cheaper. We where there on 11-18-22 a large country crock butter 7.98 went to Albertsons in Azle same butter 4.98.
