Carts! Carts! Carts! This place is consistently out of carts for large materials. You can walk through the store and alot of the carts are being used to store online orders leaving in store customers with no cart. It isn't hard to understand that more available carts means more product out the door means more revenue. Also, the aisles are congested with product making it hard to navigate with large items. This place has alot of really great employees that provide great customer service but they are limited by their leadership. This store could really shine with a better, more innovative leader.

This is not my favorite location. I’m always surprised by this location’s constant isle clutter which makes it difficult to navigate carts in. The employees seem to go out of their way to avoid eye contact and only on two occasions has an employee said a simple hello or acknowledged my presence. The older lady at the contractor register is always pissy and you can tell she hates her job. The Denton Lowe’s is a farther drive for me, but does provide much better service.

Wow just wow!! Jimmy in the garden area was so helpful throughout our trip to this store!!! He was very knowledgeable in the products and their location! Thanks Jimmy for your service! We will definitely be back

When ordering product for delivery they are not very clear they use a third party vendor. Paid huge delivery fee for same day delivery. It did not show the third party vendor would not help me. I contacted the store and they were resetting the delivery for the next day for me. Next I know I get text at 8pm saying my delivery is on the way. That’s very poor service for the amount of money spent on lumber to get delivered.

The store was clean, and the staff in the paint department were helpful. The elderly lady at the self checkout was not helpful and even her being a little rude to a gentleman wanting his veterans discount. She told him she couldn't do it but he can do it himself. It was in the manner of the way she responded to him.

Love this store, I'm remodeling a mobile home I just got, and with their credit card, the 5% off has made my renovation budget friendly. Just have to watch some of their stuff if it has a yellow tag. Sometimes, it still rings up at the original price,For instance, I got my flooring there, and it stayed it wad on sale, but when I got to the front, it was the original price. I showed them a pic of where it said it was on-sale, and they did not fight or argue with me and changed it, saving me $800.Also, always check there, Clarence spots got an electrical stove top for about $500 off, I believe.

Not sure what is going on with staffing. The last 5 trips over the last 2 months I have not only had to push the service button twice, but I also had to go look for help after doing so. Management needs to get their stuff together. As of now driving to Wichita Falls or Gainesville to get my home improvement items.

Love the selection of flowers. I have gotten several orchids and other plants. I absolutely love the clearance racks! Great assortment of roses too!

I can't go in here because I spend too much money. I bought everything needed for a complete bathroom remodel and all I went in for was one thing.They also get all my money because they have amazing plants. Do you need plants? I don't. But here I am....Anyways, my husband says from now on I stay in the truck.

Horrible service and the pro department needs some continuing educating on their programs. I had built my whole house from Lowe’s. Prob spent 50-75 in material.Guys sold me on the program said it would backdate from my months before purchases and I would get credit for it etc. well let’s just say after months of trying to figure out where all my past purchases were on my app, this entire time the guys were wrong up front. This program does not back date and I just found out. Took me about 4 hours on the phone to figure this out.Gary the store manager at this store is awful. He didn’t raise a finger to help me. He wouldn’t even talk to me at the store face to face he literallyTalked to me on a Lowe’s phone while I stood at the pro desk on a Lowe’s phone. And he was in the store. Then this fool decided to I guess try and intimidate me and brought a guy and a girl out to the front of my truck and basically was like “what’s up now”. Bad move Gary. Not only does that show the type of person you are, you are a horrible boss putting your colleagues in a situation like that. You don’t know me and vice versa. Next time be a man and keep your word and educate your pros on what they are selling so ppl like meWho work their butt off for every dollar don’t get shafted by punks like you. Gary also asked me to never spend another dollar at a Lowe’s store. No problem Gary!

This store is a joke..need help finding anything..forget about it...if you do happen to find someone to help...be prepared to feel like a burden or a waste of their time..will they have stock of the item you need...probably not..and that goes for pretty much every department..plumbing is especially bad...want to get in and out fast..ha..get ready to wait in line for 45 min to buy a 2x4..if your lucky...absolutely the worst lowes I've ever been to by far.. and I go to hardware stores multiple times a week..just not here..must be nice being the only game in town.. enjoy it while it last..Thanks again for the miserable experience..you will continue to be the place I go to when I have absolutely no other choice. I will wait for your generic response and watch as you do nothing about it..

And management for saying you guys could wait to receive me I show up @6pm I called ahead to verify and ya made waste my time and fuel to try delivering I know your receiving stops @4pm that’s why I called to check first if ya could wait why do ya tell me yes and then tell me no when I show up 👿 horrible place with communication, customer service and management!!!!!!

This Lowes is very poorly stocked. On numerous trips to get hardware, plumbing, electrical and hardware supplies I have found their stock at -0- on at least one of multiple items I needed. I went to this Lowes to buy child protection safety latches for kitchen cabinet drawers and doors. I could not locate any and asked two Lowes employee ladies in hardware. They told me this store removed all of their stock of child protective items a while back. I felt they were incorrect and went to customer service, they told me the same. Absolutely unbelievable!!! I went to the Walmart next door and they have a half an aisle dedicated to child safety. They had everything I needed! Shame on Lowes for their neglect to child safety.

Having been a front end manager at 3 different Lowe's locations, I made a few observations that probably don't matter to anyone else. Yet, here's what I found in case the store manager is reading.The shelves were stocked pretty well in hardware and building materials; however, ISLG was either on break or gone for the night because their department was a mess! Wood pellets were spilled on the floor, I saw trash stuff inside some merchandise and products were placed in the wrong spot on the shelves. Obviously customers have been shopping all day and no one has done a department clean yet. That all being said, I recognize that workers call out on the weekends more often than not and to that end, I understand the messy ISLG. It's not abnormal, just frustrating and I sincerely hope that it's not a regular occurrence.The staff in the hardware department were amazing! One employee was talking through my husband's project with him to make sure he had the right galvanized nails while the other was stocking his shelves! Great job Hardware!The last thing I want to mention is the checkout. Sales associate #s2235DH1, Diane I think was her name, did NOT come out from behind her point of sale register. She had my husband hand each item to her and she did NOT inspect the BOB or inside the boxes to make sure nothing was being concealed. I'm not sure if that is a training issue or laziness. Either way, if there's product going missing y'all need to look into training the employees and head cashiers doing regular cart concealment practice.I still give them all the stars for having all the things we needed in stock for our project today and for the parking lot being clean!

We are now over 24 hours late on our delivery for a job and all they keep telling me is it’s on the way. We spent a lot of money at this lowes location. I guess it’s time to start using ABC more. Very disappointed

No cashiers on duty at all. Only self checkout. Couldn’t find anyone to help getting Christmas tree off shelf, left and won’t be back until they hire staff and improve customer service.

Checked the website for the tool I needed. The Decatur Lowe's Home Improvement store had what I needed. I went looking for the tool and it was not where the website says it is. An employee asked me what I need and brought me to the correct location in the store. Lowe's needs to update the website with the correct content location. The employee did a great job.

Since moving back, this has become my home away from home. The prices are comparable to Home Depot, and the staff is pretty helpful and at least present (which is saying something when compared with the average Home Depot).And the pin on Google maps is wrong (as of the date this review was written). It's not like it's hard to find though!

My dad and I went to Lowe’s looking for a scrub brush for pressure washing. My dad asked a sales associate where it would be one guy was confused and another guy took off and said they should be right here sir. I was standing at the other end of the aisle and heard them tell my dad sorry we don’t have those. So I hollered and said actually they’re right here, and I grabbed it so we could pay for it and they were all in shock I guess we do sell them sorry. Definitely need to have the associates walk the store more often no telling how many sales y’all are losing from not paying attention what’s on the shelves. Hey but what do I know I’m just a mr nobody. Lol have a good day mate.

I’ve been waiting on a fridge delivery for a month now. Delivery was scheduled for tomorrow morning. I got an email this evening saying that the delivery is delayed and won’t arrive until September 4th. I think that less than 24 hours is unacceptable notice for an order delay, especially for one that long. I took tomorrow off for this delivery and have everything ready for install, just to get canceled on. I spoke to a woman in charge of deliveries and she couldn’t care less. I’ll be going to Home Depot from now on.
