Concerned and disappointed. I’ve only been here a few times when Renshaw was closed and every time there is a mistake - which is deeply concerning when your business is prescribing medication.This last time they couldn’t find my son’s prescription. After three trips and multiple calls it turns out the pharmacist told my doctor I had already pick it up - which I had … for a different son on a different day. How did they not check the names? Birthdates? Attention to important details. I definitely don’t feel comfortable coming back here.ETA: After 2 additional trips (now 5 total) through the drive through they said it was ready. When I asked to use my GoodRx card, they said well now they have to cancel everything and start over and that’s my fault. I said okay, I can wait the extra minute. They said no, it’s going to have to start all over and I’ll have to pull around. When I asked to wait so I could finally take my sick and now very hungry kids home, the girl who was at the window got very rude. So I asked to speak with the pharmacist (who made the error in the first place) and explained I had been through there 5 times, I’ve waited an hour trying to sort out his mistake, and I just wanted to wait the extra minute so I could get my kids home. The pharmacist, Dajari I believe was his name, literally yelled at me to move and they’re busy and I can’t block their traffic. 😳 Yeah, at that point I said to just transfer my prescription to Renshaw. Go figure, Renshaw had my new prescription ready to go in less than an hour.

I was helped by Cynthia and she was amazing. All of the staff was very helpful even though my birthday was wrong they corrected it and still got me my prescription very fast. Definitely recommend.

I love CVS.. They always text me when my medicine's ready. If I have a prescription that's not covered by my insurance, the pharmacist always automatically applies a discount card. Which I really appreciate. And with all my Extra Care Bucks, and CVS coupons, I can shop and literally pay about half of my total tab. I appreciate how clean the store is, and the restrooms are. The employees are very nice and willing to help.They also carry gifts that you can't find elsewhere.Through their app, you can see anything pertaining to your medications, purchases, coupons and extra care bucks you have, also make appointments for the minute clinic.Thank you to everybody at the Decatur Texas CVS store and pharmacy!Merry Christmas to all!

Very slow , got the run around for almost a week to get my refill. At more than 3x my normal cost.1 stars given to enable me to post. No stars were not acceptable

Needed prescriptions filled as we traveled through the area. Called them, had a short wait to speak with someone and received a confirmation text that they were ready for pickup within an hour!

Pharmacy never answers the phone and conformation text that your prescriptions are ready are never ready when you get there
