Concerned and disappointed. I’ve only been here a few times when Renshaw was closed and every time there is a mistake - which is deeply concerning when your business is prescribing medication.This last time they couldn’t find my son’s prescription. After three trips and multiple calls it turns out the pharmacist told my doctor I had already pick it up - which I had … for a different son on a different day. How did they not check the names? Birthdates? Attention to important details. I definitely don’t feel comfortable coming back here.ETA: After 2 additional trips (now 5 total) through the drive through they said it was ready. When I asked to use my GoodRx card, they said well now they have to cancel everything and start over and that’s my fault. I said okay, I can wait the extra minute. They said no, it’s going to have to start all over and I’ll have to pull around. When I asked to wait so I could finally take my sick and now very hungry kids home, the girl who was at the window got very rude. So I asked to speak with the pharmacist (who made the error in the first place) and explained I had been through there 5 times, I’ve waited an hour trying to sort out his mistake, and I just wanted to wait the extra minute so I could get my kids home. The pharmacist, Dajari I believe was his name, literally yelled at me to move and they’re busy and I can’t block their traffic. 😳 Yeah, at that point I said to just transfer my prescription to Renshaw. Go figure, they had it ready to go in less than an hour.

CVS/Pharmacy- it says it in the name "Pharmacy" so why is it when I go in to get my prescriptions when the store opens the "pharmacy" in the literal name is not open? Its in the name!!!!! If I went to Wal-mart I can not expect their pharmacy to be open it's not in the actual name. My thought; either change to the name to "CVS" or make sure the pharmacy part of the sign is not lit up, or here's a better thought how about actually opening the entire store up at the same time. I don't go in to buy expensive bags of candy or what not, I go in to use the "pharmacy" the name implies. If i want general goods I will go to a store with general in the name. Also side note when is CVS/Pharmacy going to go carbon neutral? You buy one thing and the receipt is so long a sapling has to die for it. I mean come on, people measure the height of the kids by that receipt. "Look at you, Sally, you're already in the 6th grade and your half receipt tall. Your brother Johnny is a senior and he is almost a full receipt tall!" How about instead of all the coupons actually lower your prices a bit to match with the rest of the neighboring business's. Just my 2 cents rant over.....

I’ve been using CVS pharmacy over 20 years. After using the services of this store I will never go back. Never in all the years prior have I had a medication shortage much less 1/3 of my pain medication missing. Rather than figuring out what happened I was yelled at and accused of stealing my own medication. Since this happened I’ve met other people this has happened to. Count your pills before leaving the counter.

It forces you to give at least one star before you can leave a review. I would give it negative stars if I could. When I get this prescription filled, this is the last time I will ever go to Decatur CVS. It is absolutely the most unprofessional and worst Pharmacy I have ever dealt with. A lower price is not even worth, these people. I’ll pay more to go to a non-PPO Pharmacy from now on out. Tried reaching them was on hold for 38 minutes called Back and was on hold for 15 minutes before I finally gave up. Still do not have the information I need for my prescription.

If there was a zero star that’s what I would give. I tried multiple times to call and never got an answer. So I drove to the store to try to pick up a prescription from the day before. When I get there they say they don’t have the medicine. Why couldn’t you call or text to tell your customer that.They didn’t seem to care.

I want CVS to know what a special employee they have working for them in Decatur, TX. I had been sent several pictures of my deceased Grandson to an old phone and was unable to print them. Anthony (Tony) was not only able to retrieve and print them for me, he was very patient and kind during this emotional filled transaction. I can't tell you how grateful I am that Tony was the young man that helped me this morning. Congrats to the person that hired him. Smart move.

This is my 3rd phone call this morning I've been waiting a total of over and hour for someone to answer I made sure it wasn't there lunch break. It's beyond rare that someone even answers my 2nd phone call while waiting it hung up on me. This is ridiculous I'm stuck at home and just need to know if my prescription is ready and no one wants to answer. I really can't stand using CVS pharmacy in Decatur, pharmacists are usually snippy and rude and take forever. It's very rare I get someone who's not rude and in a horrible mood.

Absolutely abysmal customer service. The lady (manager) is snarky and condescending. Refused to fill prescription because it supposedly lacked billing code and would not contact DR to get the code , contrary to the automated text they sent that said they were contacting DR for additional information. I tried to provide them with the code the I called to obtain and they still wouldn't take it wanted DR to resend new scripts.. No wonder this store is rated so poorly.

Very unprofessional pharmacist. Transferred to voicemail when requesting to speak to pharmacist, called back and line was hung up after waiting 20 min. Pharmacist seems very bothered with requests from another healthcare professional. Never again, taking business. Elsewhere!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely worst pharmacy I have EVER dealt with. Needed steroids for my son sick with croup. Came in at 4:30 to wait in line for 45 minutes for them to tell me the prescription wasn’t ready and would be ready in 1 to 2 hours. If they would have answered the phone I would have known this. Once I’m home after waiting an hour and a half I call (on hold for 20 minutes and finally gave up) So I come back at 6:30 for them to tell me they just received the prescription (that’s a lie!) told her I was here at 4:30 and was told 1 to 2 hours. Then she said oh ok well then I’ll expedite it and it will be ready in 15-20 minutes. An hour later, I am still waiting. I will NEVER come back or suggest this pharmacy to anyone. Do not come here!

All The Employees Are Always Friendly and Supportive. I can always count on them for allMy needs. They have always had everything I have ever needed. God Bless Everyone Who Works For CVS Pharmacy. Despite all the negative reviews, my experience so far has been a positive one. Our insurance changed pharmacy we can use. I receive a text when prescriptions are ready and was able to get my flu shot. FYI during the weekend appointment required for flu shot. I have been waited on promptly. Perhaps the few medications I take are ones they have on hand. I appreciate what they are doing here, thank you.

I don’t know what has happened over the last few months but they never seem to fill prescriptions until you go to pick it up, then they “expedite it” and can magically have it ready in an hour 🤔 No one ever answers the phones. Ever. People are laughing about mislabeling prescriptions.If our insurance wasn’t exclusive about CVS we would have changed sooner. We will, however, be finding another CVS location that’s more competent, timely and responsive.

This is the worst pharmacy. They never have your prescriptions. My mom had a colon resection and I went to pick up her meds which of course they didn't have and they acted like I was a drug seeker. I even had my mom's license and discharge papers. Then they substituted it for something else but only had enough for a few days and she had to forfeit the remainder of her prescription. I am a diabetic and I call in my prescriptions 2 weeks in advance and they can never seem to get my prescription filled by then. I always have to go a few days without my meds. They do not care about people and they are very rude. Never answers the phone.

I don't normally write reviews, but I must comment on this store and one pharmacist in particular. As a large chain, most people don't feel there is a personal concern for the customers they serve. I have had numerous situations regarding my prescriptions that needed consultation. All of the pharmacists and techs I have always talked to have been patient, kind and understanding. Pharmacist Thao in particular is always friendly and answers my questions with accuracy and kindness. He resolved an issue that would have cost me much more money and was very concerned for me as a customer. Yes, sometimes there is a wait, but I have been in at many ultra-busy times and understand the sheer volume of work they must deal with. I am totally satisfied with the service they provide for me and am thankful for them.

I would give you a 0 star. Your pharmacy is by far the worst I have ever been too with the laziest employees including the pharmacists. Every person you speak to says something different, no drive through and good luck getting through on the phone, I have NEVER even been picked up on. This time I hung up at 30 min…. 30 MINUTES!!! But the lake worth pharmacy was able to get through to you to transfer my meds thankfully. They should shut you guys down, These are peoples meds- we don’t take them because we want to, we take them because we have to. I hope you are all embarrassed, not one of you are capable of doing your job.

This is a regular occurrence. I've spent hours on the phone waiting for them. If you go in, not much better. Rude front help, forget about the window it's always closed. And your prescription that you need today? Sorry, they don't and won't have it for a week. The fastest I have ever gotten medication lately was 2 days after my doctor called it in. Go anywhere else besides here and walmart. Maybe they will shut this one down or get it some help. Multiple pharmacists for a week or so to catch up. Maybe more technicians to be able to answer the phones. They definitely don't want to hire anyone, but they definitely need to!!! Worst cvs ever!!!

As someone who used to work retail, I like to give people the benefit of the doubt. That being said, it’s extremely rude to hang up on someone who has been on hold for over 45 minutes just to ASK when their prescription (that was sent in the day *before*) will be fulfilled. I understand being busy but when it takes over 24 hours to fill a prescription…I’m not sure what is going on with this location.

Worst Pharmacy ever! They never have prescriptions ready to pick up. Always out of stock and have had to go back 4 times in 1 month for the same prescription because they only partially fill it each time.. Drive as far as you need to in order to not use this one. They have zero customer service skills. I would rate zero stars if I had that option.

Received a text that all 5 of my prescriptions were ready to pick up. I tried calling twice to request delivery, waited on hold without being acknowledged 20 and then 25 minutes. I drove to Decatur, stood in line for 35 minutes to find out that only two were ready to pick up. I had to go stand in another line to 'reorder' the other three prescriptions. I was told they would be ready in two hours, but I decided to go home and get them the next day. I drove back the following day, (24 hours later) and stood in line another 20 minutes to find only one prescription was ready. The pharmacist asked me to come back, but I refused and stood there until they were filled. I would give them no stars if that were an option. Unfortunately our health insurance will only go through CVS. I TRULY HATE THIS PLACE.

WORST pharmacy ever. Save time and frustration and go to Renshaw. I gave them my prescription order at 4. Was told my prescriptions would be ready at 5, went to pick them up and told me it would be another hour. Came at 6 and was told it would be at 8. Expressed my frustration and the worker went to the back and started laughing with another coworker. They NEVER answer their phone and have horrible customer service and never have anything done until hours later, even if you have just had surgery and need meds. Wish I could give no stars

WORST customer service in the pharmacy department. Collectively on hold for over an hour to try and get prescription information for them then to tell me they don’t have records of a medication I was having filled in 2021. Pharmacy representative then tells me, there’s nothing she can do about it. How do you loose records of previous prescriptions that patients are having filled? Do not waste your time here.

CVS really needs to help this pharmacy out or just close it down. It should never take 24 hours to fill a basic antibiotic prescription. If you have no staff, stop accept prescriptions and wasting everyone's time.The front of the store employees are great and helpful on the other hand.

Unfortunately Michael (Asian) doesn't know how to have GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. When you have a sick child and have questions in regards to a medication they did not carry(Pharmacy) at Walmart. Literally HAD A attitude. DON'T recommended!

I sent a request online Wednesday to have my sons prescription sent over. Never heard anything back, so I called 3 times. Spent over 45 minutes on hold until I finally drove up there to sit and wait on the drive thru. Was told they never fulfilled the request, the lady there Friday re took all my information and told me she would have it ready in a few hours and would call to let me know when it was ready. I still never received a call and couldn't get through on the phone. So Tuesday morning I drove up there got there 10 minutes early to wait in line because i know they're busy. Spoke with another lady and she still had no idea of the prescription or transfer in the computer. My information was taken AGAIN, I told them I would return in 2 hours to again check the status of the prescription. As I'm pulling out of the parking lot I get a call from the pharmacist stating he would NOT be filling my son's prescription to go back to my previous pharmacy that they didn't have time.

I have been trying to call for days to see when my prescription order will come in. I wait on hold forever and then give up. I have also gone inside but there are long lines and I haven’t been able to wait in them. It has been 3hrs 42min and I am still on hold. Yesterday I found a different CVS 40 minutes away who has the medication in stock. The pharmacist waited on hold for over 2 hours to transfer my Rx so they could fill it for me and there was never an answer so I couldn’t get my medication filled there.

I understand they are busy. But show up at 6pm, told it will be expedited to come back at 7:30pm, Only to get there at 7:40pm that they need to order it and will be ready at noon tomorrow. Show up at 11:40 next day and told to come back at 2pm. I have to make four trips to get prescription filled. It is only April and this is the second time this year I will make four trips. I am sure I have done several two or three trips also this year.Accurate estimate would be appreciated, vs the Microsoft update estimate that says an hour and it will be ready to two days later it will be ready.
