I have been going to this store for a few years and always ok. Today, just because I had my service animal, a member of the staff made us feel very unwelcome. Very unpleasant experience.

I like the store in a friendly staff and they go the extra mile to help you however you really have to watch the dates on the products that you buy I bought bacon twice over there already and I do not like it I open it up and slimy and it smells bad and I have to throw it away cuz I'm a handicap and wheelchair and can't just hop up and go get my money back. However their staff cannot be bea.t

What you would expect from a small town grocery store. Prices are all over the place. Some great deals, some very bad prices; if you're looking at not unnecessarily over spending, be mindful of the prices. But, for the most part, a perfectly adequate small grocery store.The deli has good food at a fair price.

I'm use to shopping in larger grocery stores bur I love going to Shopping Basket they always have great selection and shelves are always stocked and product fronted on shelf. The store is clean and the employees are always very friendly and helpful.

Great small town grocery. Easy to get in & get out, especially if handicapped. Prices can be higher on some items unless on sale that particular week. Store is clean, bright & easier to get around in than larger stores. Usually have most items I need. Employees are truly great!

I love Shoppin Baskit. The store is always clean and looks fantastic. The employees are nice, hard-working, and courteous. Each department looks great. The Deli has a nice selection and great, tasty food. The store has sweet prices and great sales.

I've shopped here off and on for over 20 years. I drive about 30 miles just to shop here. It's clean , restrooms are clean , service is great. Products are always fresh , meat is good. I don't know what else to say , except ; it's a store worth my drive time :)

It's the only real grocery store in town, but that's almost all it has going for it. Limited selection in just about all categories except sodas and chips. The meat is mostly sourced in the USA, which is good. The biggest con is easily the prices. The prices are convenience store absurd, and in a lot of cases, worse. In a couple of notable cases, the prices were almost double what you'd pay elsewhere. The employees are courteous.

This little store is great for picking up groceries when you don't feel like going to the big stores or towns. I often went in with multiple daycare children and the employees love chatting with them. They helped me find things that I couldn't locate and always answered questions that I had. Very friendly customer service!

I highly recommended Shoppin Baskit, The Manager, Assiant Manager, Supervisors and Employees are amazing, Always got what I need great produce and they have great Meat selections especially the Briskets, there is this tall guy with a Moustache that is very friendly and caring, I would recommend this store keep up the awesome work. Clean environment!!

For a small town grocery store. It holds it's own. Good foods and stays well stocked. A bit pricey. But it keeps them open. And I don't have to drive 30 minutes to get milk. And they carry volmans chocolate milk. Nector of the chocolate cow. It's hard to stop drinking it...

The store doesn't have a wide variety like Walmart but if you need food and whatever else you need for a low price you've come to the right place. Employees are always helpful and nice every day of the week. It's not perfect for certain but it's great nonetheless.

I just love our grocery store in de leon. This place is always very very tidy and clean. Fair prices. The atmosphere is joyous! Honestly tho! The employees are always so nice! I have not had a bad experience in years! Just wanted to say good job management!

The shopping basket is it nice clean little country type of store, it's always clean the employees are always courteous. It's not Kroger or HEB are Walmart but it is a very handy store. Prices are fair, or me it's a good place to shop

The trick to this place is you have to buy groceries according to what’s on sale in their weekly ad, otherwise you will go broke. Nice & friendly staff, clean store, ok selection (don’t buy baby, home, or paper products here. Dollar store is cheaper & better selection.

Sign on the door says Comanche county requires masks.. So my brother in law and I had masks on to enter.. So why did we only see one employee wearing a mask???..... One cashier had a mask.. None of the other employees did including other cashier's.. Stockers etc etc.. Very disappointing

If you are passing thru and want to get a glimpse of what a small town grocery looks like, there is not a finer example than the Shoppin Basket. From the friendly service to the quirks you would only find at a local small town establishment like this. A must see and a must visit to buy from.

The employees are always really nice and helpful. They are more expensive then walmart but it beats driving and they always have what i am looking for. And i like how they keep the store clean.

Very competitive pricing they buy there meat and vegetables locally, and even for it being a small town grocery store the employees are very friendly and helpful, store is clean I would rather put my money back into the community instead of at Wal-Mart
