We've had Spring Market in DeKalb for a few years now and I couldn't be happier. They are open relatively late and have never been lacking for something I needed to finish or ever start dinner on the fly.The staff is polite, friendly, and helpful.The shelves are nearly always stocked with everything you could need from a small grocery store, and they have a wide variety of brands to choose from.

It's a small store with a small produce department but it's a store size that many older people prefer. It's close by and you get 5% off on Tuesday and Thursday if you're over 60. No card or phone number needed for sale prices.They would need to shrink the middle. And add a fresh meat and seafood counter where one could get fresh meat and seafood cut to order. As well as a much larger produce section would earn Spring Market the extra stars.

I scanned 2 items that was qualified for the toy sale, buy one get one 75% off, and on the register it rung up full price and I called for help and I didn’t get anyone to help me, and the cashiers/workers was talking and they looked at me then went back talking and I stood there for a solid 15 minutes and I went to another self checkout to pay for my groceries.. I won’t be back unless it’s an emergency. This is ridiculous.. store was very clean and that’s why I’m leaving a star.

This is a fine place to shop for groceries. They have meat and produce, lunch meat, drinks, sodas, ice, and pretty much a bit of everything grocery wise. Nice open parking lot. Wheelchair and handicap accessible. Nice staff always willing to help. Inventory is always stocked.

Spring market has good service, clean store, , the people are very helpful and a good selections of quality products. The reason i didn't give 5 stars is the price of things , they seem to be high prices on there products compared to wal mart and Family dollar. They do have a senior citizen discount on tuesday and Thursday that helps on the price of things. Its a good place to shop except in my opinion is to high priced. But this is to be expected in a small town with no competition. Just recently a DG market store opened this may help on the prices.

Nice little market that keeps me from having to drive into a bigger town. I find things there that I can’t find anywhere else. Sale items sell out pretty fast without any restocking. It’s “hit & miss” on the produce. When it’s good, it’s real good but otherwise not so much. Also watch for expiration dates…some are pretty short. Overall, it’s definitely a great addition to the town!

Even though I am not overly fond of Spring Market stores this one is extremely clean and well stocked. I was surprised to go in late the day before Thanksgiving and the store was not emptied out and dirty. Good wine selection, veggies were fresh and while I was shopping for last minute items there was someone stocking items. Employees are always friendly and helpful. It is a bit more expensive on some items than a regular grocery store but way cheaper than a convenience store. I never buy meat that is prepackaged but like to shop in a store with a meat market and a butcher on hand to cut meat and answer questions. I have been to other SM stores and I think this is the best one around.Edit: still ok. Workers friendly. Good for quick run in for milk or an item or two. 1

Watch the prices when you check out they never ring up right. It's never what they advertise for always over priced. Sale signs say 5.99$ for redbull but ring up 7.99$ with other items also not ringing up correctly.

Spring Market in Dekalb, Texas has a wonderful staff of employees who do not mind helping their customers. The store is keep clean and well stocked. The store offers a limited selection of items but because of location and store size it is to be expected. Prices are comparable to other stores. The weekly sales are limited and often not enticing. All in all Spring Market is a great place to shop.

After Walmart pulled out years ago with their community stores, it left a vacuum in DeKalb. But thanks to Spring there is a quaint grocery and gas store back again. They have a plethora of items at a great cost. And for us it's nice to drive about 3 miles rather than 20-30 to get the day to day needs. Everyone is friendly and the place is always clean and organized. And they run a number of items on clearance for greater deals. Fuel prices are comparable if not better than some in the atea. Worth the time to stop in and get what you need.

For a small market/convenience store they have a great selection of meats and produce as well as the other necessities for complete meals. The employee's are very personable and they stayed open well past closing time when I was shopping with someone who was slow and difficult to please! Lol! Thank you all for that!

Well my 86 year-old mom was with me and it happened to be senior citizens day with 5% off which amounted to over $7 and then the in-store savings squirt specials was a raid Ivan so she saved $18 all together. Can't beat that with a stick LOL

Good quality foods and cheap end foods, ok prices for being out in the middle of nowhere. I would go again, because it's close and their marked down prices. Clerks were very nice.

The service was very slow. Only one cashier. Stood in line nearly ten minutes. Put my items back and left along with one lady. I asked the cashier to call for some help. She replies she has no help.
