Very professional and the friendliness was nice for a change. Customer service lately anywhere is tough to find that is decent and kind. The lady cashier said she had a wonderful boss and that means a lot in these kinds of places to work. So go visit the Family Dollar and get good service!

I am in this store often. When it first opened it was great but recently they can't seem to keep employees that are dependable. Is there something wrong with the hiring manager? What is it u look for when u hire some of these folks?? My chief complainthe is the fact that the district manager Terry Redman is telling them it OK to close early or its OK to close THE WHOLE STORE for employees can leave under "personal issues" these are poor decisions and is upsetting the locals. MOST the girls are sweet as can be but we need actual bodies to perform their duties! Come to work when yall supposed to girls, and stay open till 9pm for goodness sakes like the sign says not 8:30.

Hours aren’t consistent, I’ve been there many times and they will put a note on the door that says their network is down. Nobody’s network goes down that many times a week. It’s always an hour or two before closing time. I’ve been there in the morning a half an hour after they’re supposed open and nobody is there yet. They need to hire somebody that will run this like a business.
