I ordered an item which unfortunately ended up being out of stock. Tiffany went above and beyond to quickly fix the error and get me the correct item sent out, all in less than 24 hours. I appreciate the quick response and courteous demeanor, as well as willingness to correct the error. You just don’t see that customer service anymore, I’m glad I found it at Lazy B

I could only find these glasses at this store online. When there was a problem with the order they fixed it very quickly. The recipient of the gift was very happy with the product and I was more than satisfied with the whole process.

So far very happy! Lucky to have a small herd so I bought small, medium and large to see what fit whom. Nicely made with two sizing straps (under jaw and throat latch) secured them. Almost perfect for 32" mini, 40" Shetland, and 44" Welsh. I would have liked the throat latch strap 2" longer on the medium and large. The ear hole is too small on the mini but it has stayed on for 48 hours so far. The true test will be to see how long they stay on in a herd of 15.

I ordered a pair of boots on July 4, 2022. I still have not received my boots. They will not answer emails or phone calls!!! I have tried everything to get in touch with these crooks!!! The boots were over $400. No one should order from this place!!!

Bought a saddle in September. I was told bc of supply chain issues it wouldn’t be ready until March. By the time May rolled around and I was receiving zero communication I finally had to dispute it with my credit card company. I did win the dispute the cost was approx. $1000. Beware. It’s a scam.Edit: They have responded to my review saying they can not find my name. My name is Jill R. But it does not matter anymore. You didn’t respond to my communications for months when I was looking for my saddle and I don’t need any thing from you now. As I’ve said, I won the dispute with my credit card company primarily due to lack of communication and failure to receive my saddle after months. The chargeback to your business was almost $1000.

A 1 star is being very generous. I was thrilled to be supporting a small, family-owned business, but ended up being extremely disappointed after they STOLE $200 from me (full time college student working 3 jobs).Ordered a pair of boots January 2022. I knew shipment wouldn't be immediate and was understanding of that. Their communication and customer service is TERRIBLE and the last I've heard from them was March 2022 (through calling, emails, & their facebook page). No refund, no update, no boots, anything.Do NOT order anything from this business! I am not the first person who has been burned by them, and I won't be the last. Great reminder to check the reviews of a place before ordering. Would rate negative stars if I could.

My boyfriend ordered me a pair of boots for my birthday a month ago. Still has received NO shipping confirmation email with tracking AND THEY ALREADY TOOK THE MONEY OUT OF HIS ACCOUNT. Most places will not take out the payment until product has shipped. Not to mention we have sent various emails to Wendy with no response. Called numerous times and never get a call back. They deserve zero stars. Horrible customer service. Hopefully they see this and my boyfriend gets his refund and order cancelled. Absolutely horrible. I’ve never had an experience like this online shopping. Happy Birthday to me.

I would not recommend ordering anything from Lazy B Western Wear & Tack! I ordered a pair of boots on July 7th. After one month I had not received the boots and had not received any updates about the order. After numerous unanswered phone calls, voicemails left, and emails sent I finally received an email on August 3rd stating that I would receive a refund back to my account within 6-10 business days. It is now August 22 and I have not received the refund. I have tried calling multiple times and emailed the company, but have not been able to speak to anyone or get an update. Absolutely do not order from this company!10/17/22 Update- I have attempted to contact Lazy B numerous times via email and by phone (I have left multiple voicemails) to no avail. I still have not received the refund I was told I would receive August 6th. Buyers beware!

They still have $400 of mine that was never refunded when order was cancelled 8 months ago in December of 2021. Does not respond to emails. They still have time to beg for business with sale email after sale email. But are to busy to refund money for products that were never delivered in the first place.

Worst company I have ever done business with. I spent over $400 on a pair of boots for my fiancé for Christmas. I ordered them in December. It is now the middle of April and I still have not received product or a refund. It has been nothing but excuse after excuse throughout this entire process. Either the excuse was for why the boots had not been shipped or why I have not yet received a refund. Countless ignored emails to which only get responses if you email or contact them again about being ignored. Crooked company in my opinion and I strongly encourage not doing business with them. Have never been more disappointed in a company before. Has been a horrible experience and these people should be ashamed of themselves.

WORST experience. I ordered an over $70 pair of spur straps over a month ago. After two weeks went by and I never received shipping information, I called to check the status of my order. I was told someone was out of town and they were behind, but that my order would be shipped within two business days. I waited an additional two weeks and still never received my spur straps or shipping information. I called again and was told they would look into it and would give me a call back. I never received a call. I waited an additional week after that. No spur straps. No shipping information. I sent a polite email stating I never received my order after trying to verbally contact them several times and that I would like a refund (as I never received the product). It has been a week since I sent that email. No one responded. Money has not been refunded to my account. I still do not have the product I ordered. I have NEVER experienced service this bad. Especially from a small, locally owned store. I’m severely disappointed in the extreme lack of customer service. I will not be ordering from here again and would not recommend anyone else order from them.

If I could give this business zero stars, I would. Worst online shopping experience I have ever had. I ordered a pair of boots for my boyfriend a month ago and they have not shipped. The order I placed is almost $300, I am a college student working 2 jobs, so that is quite a bit of money for me. I have emailed Wendy multiple times and have yet to get any type of response. My boyfriend called the store and the girl who he spoke to seemed to have no clue what was happening. She said Wendy was out of the store (which, after reading the reviews, seems to be a frequent occurrence) and that they had emailed me an update regarding my order (which they never did, I have been eyeballing my emails like a hawk waiting on a response). The lady my boyfriend spoke to told her that they had shipped (I never received any type of confirmation or tracking number) and then she told him that if they had not shipped by tomorrow we could discuss a refund. That makes zero sense to me if you just told him that they shipped. Maybe they will see this post and actually get back to me about issuing that refund. Extremely angry, disappointed, and upset. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Do not waste your time or your money.

I found exactly what I wanted for a much better price than most the big name outlets, not only did I get a better deal, I also got the chance to support small business. The negative reviews almost discouraged me from moving forward with my buy, and I will admit the initial gamble was a bit nerve-wracking considering the size and distance of the business- you never know with these things. Needles to say, I took a chance on Lazy B Western Wear & Tack and was very impressed with their competitive prices and their attention to customer care. With that said, being a first time buyer- a follow up phone call was warranted for my order. The nice lady who took my call wasn't able to assist with my main concern, but was very proactive in getting my message to the right person. Within the hour my phone call was returned and my concern was met with reassurance. I would highly recommend this business, I received my online order within a week of purchase.Thanks y'all!-Chris

However every time we have called no answer leave a voice mail no call back (yes left a call back number) email no response. This is not how you do business. I have worked retail and this is absolutely ridiculous.

Don’t order from here. Placed an order almost a month ago and it hasn’t even been shipped yet. I’ve tried calling them and they don’t answer. I got an email saying order confirmed but nothing has shipped yet. I just want my money back at this point but I can’t get in touch with anyone. No one will answer the phone and no one will answer my Facebook message either. I’d give 0 stars if I could. Do not order from here. Buyer beware.

Horrible customer service , I ordered some tack on December 3, 2021. I called to check on my order many times as it was a gift for Christmas . When I finally got someone to answer she told me that the order would not be there before Christmas but it would come if I wanted to wait til after Christmas so I said okay. Fast Forward til today March 16, 2022 after so many calls and nobody ever answers except a few times and the time they did answer told me I had to call Shopify. First of all I didn’t order through Shopify I order through Lazy B Western & Tack ….. called back again and the lady told me she was sorry about everything and that my refund was being processed and this was 3 weeks ago or longer . I still don’t have my order and they still have my money $116.73 that included shipping . I would not recommend. I just literally called them again and still no answer and I have left so many voice mails and nothing, no one had called me back or anything . I’m sure if the roles were reversed Wendy the owner would want her order or her money back to .

My husband ordered me a pair of boots for my birthday September 13 we have yet to receive any confirmation for shipping ect. If you can fulfill having a business and taking care of customers paying $300+ you should not be doing it.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!!! Purchased boots in December, never got them so I asked for a refund on March 21. Said it would take up to 7 business days, okay I understand that. Didn't receive it after 2 weeks... Call them back and they said it was shopify and she would call them and get it taken care of.... Today, still nothing and nobody will respond to me. I usually never take the time to rate a purchase .. but this one is perhaps the worst order experience ever .. ordered a 19 and it’s the 25 of the following month and no product. Emailed 3 times and never received back an email , and constantly I have to call to get info on the order. I cannot ever talk to the owner of the store which is weird . I canceled my order 2 weeks ago and still have not received My boots nor my money back ... this is just really frustrating !!!! feel scammed Almost 400 dollars just gone and with these times that’s just not acceptable please get back to me and refund me my money !!!!!!!

I have emailed them several times with no response, called a hundred times, left voicemail and even spoke to a person once and I was told they handled it. I am out almost $400 and they are nearly impossible to communicate with.

Zero stars!!!!! I ordered the first week of September. I called them in October to find out where my order was. He said they were getting in a shipment in four days and they would send it out then. Here I am the first week of November no product and absolutely zero communication from Lazy B. I called and canceled the order I was told it would take six days for a refund. I’m glad I paid with PayPal, I got them involved already. I am not feeling confident that I’m going to get a refund. Their customer service skills suck, absolutely no communication at all. Booooo, Lazy B. I will be sure to tell everyone I know to stay away from you.

I bought a pair of boots back in the beginning of Oct. Still have NOT received them and it's March now.. first I was able to get in contact with them by email and by phone. But now that i have requested a refund and to cancel my order I CANNOT get ahold of anyone by phone or email. I am not sure how someone can run a business and not answer the phone. Have not heard from anyone since I believe Feb 18th.. ZERO stars in my book.......

No one answers the phone, no one returns call and no one will return my email. I guess I will have to drive to Texas to speak to someone. Complete scam! If I could give 0 stars I would!

Online shoppers beware! I read these reviews before I placed my order online, and I still decided to give this business a chance. Unfortunately I should have listened to those whose awful experiences mirrored my own. I would say that if you have a reasonable expectation of good customer service, you should definitely go elsewhere! Here’s why…6/16 Order placed6/22 Order shipped6/25 Order received6/28 I emailed Wendy to let her know the boots weren’t going to work for me, and I asked for her help returning or exchanging them. No response.6/30 I followed up with her again, as I had received no response to my email. Again I told her I needed to return the boots and asked her if she needed to give me some type of return authorization. No response.7/2 I followed up with her again, as I still had not received any response from her. I indicated I would be returning her boots on my own dime and asked her to issue me a refund when she receives them.7/2 She finally sent me a return label.7/3 I sent the boots back.7/3 Wendy sent me an email letting me know that two other gals were trying to find me some boots that I would like. Obviously she wasn’t listening to me, as I had requested a refund at that point. She also asked me to confirm receipt of the return label she sent me.7/16 I followed up with her again as I had checked my credit card statement and had not yet seen a credit to my account. No response.7/19 I followed up with her again and basically asked her why she was refusing to answer my emails. I stated once again that I have shipped her boots back, and all I want is a refund. Still no response.This has been an extremely frustrating experience, as over two weeks have passed since I returned the boots. It’s now 7/21… I still haven’t been given a refund, and Wendy won’t respond to my emails.UPDATE I just checked my PayPal account, and you did eventually issue my refund. Thank you! Wendy, I believe you have me confused with someone else because this simply did not happen… “…our staff spoke and corresponded with you several times in attempt to help you find boots that would work for you.” This experience was very frustrating. Perhaps this business is best visited in person, as there are some positive reviews out there. I just wouldn’t recommend it for online shopping.
