Great store, pretty well organized considering most dollar stores are chaotic, with customers re-arranging their merchandise. I was surprised though that there prices went up sense last week. Certain products that where a $1 went up to $1.25 I suppose because of inflation. We know Dollar General was raising thier products but I personally haven't her Family Dollar doing the same🤔😥

This was a main store for my shopping. However, this particular store has to be taken off my list for frequent shopping trips due to the fact, if I am going to prosper the local business's, the least they could do is allow me the option of using the facility's should the customer's have the need! The last 2 trips here resulted to an uncomfortable experience, when I was told I could not use the restrooms! You want my financial accommodation but won't accommodate me when they have something I am desperately in need of??? Well Family Dollar, I decided the charm is coming to you now! You keep your restrooms and I'll spend my cash at your competitor's!! All this was due to lack of respect and courteous compassion for a basic human need!! Appreciate ya and hope the best for your so called business integrity......

I shop at Family dollar 2 to 3 times a week . Store is never clean always boxes all over store . I will say it has improved by a small amount. I can at least walk down isles. Unfortunately the staff is very rude there are 2 female employees that are nice and helpful. I think they are supervisors. If not should be. The rest of staff are rude disrespectful and will not come to help you with anything . Empty shelves everywhere. Things in the wrong spots. Floors are filthy. Under one employee's fingernails was caked up black stuff when brought to her attention I was told to mind my own **** business . I witnessed one employee behind counter watch a elderly woman with walker struggle thru door and she would not help her find detergent a customer hade to help her after she walked thru store 3 times looking. Never seen such disrespect and laziness for another human being in my life. I only go in if I am in a hurry and don't have time to go to Dollar General. I use to shop there daily .

Employee slow and rude. I stood at register for 10 min , she told me she be right with me 15 min later another girl came up said we figured u would leave having to wait another said hoping i said ok and left . Havent been back since.

Refused service because not “properly” wearing a mask and threatened to call police on me.Older Woman working is unprofessional and needs to watch her tone with people.

I was refused service because I didn't have a mask. Even after I told the employee working the counter I had a health condition that excludes me from wearing a mask she still refused service to me.

My daughter peed her pants and they were the closest place to buy pants for a 4 year old cause we left her other pants at grandmas. I think they have candy bar specials.

The clerk chased me around store to make sure I had my mask on. Every time I took it down to wipe my face she was there yelling at me to keep my mask on

This store is steadily improving. The store is cleaner with product neatly displayed. The employees are much better.
