I know this will probably make others mad, but this is just my experience. I have been here probably 10 or so times over the past 4 years. Every time I've gone there it has not been a very welcoming experience. I get the feeling outsiders are not welcome in this store. It is to the point where I am willing to drive all the way to Mont Belvieu to buy my products because it's more of an enjoyable experience. People who know me, know I'm a very friendly, happy go lucky person and love talking to new people. Like I said this is just my experience here.

Always Helpful with FFA Animals for fair. Help us find medicine for sick animals from chickens to pigs. High protein feeds. Great Store , Great People.

They are really nice people to do business with and they can deliver. Well like get our hay for our animals from them and they deliver that to us. When we buy their feed pebbles and such similar items they load it up for us and they do really hard work and we appreciate them alot.

They are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I was looking to make them my primary feed store for my small ranch, but they informed me that they do no keep a record of your account so that your purchases can be printed out at the end of the year to aid in preparing the tax return. All of the other feed stores in the area have this, so it was disappointing when they said they couldn't do this.

Verry disappointed!!!! They wanted to give me a dry rotten hay when they have good ones and then I told them to change it I didn't want that for my horses and the guy slam the tractor door who I think was one of the ownersMy husband has been here at least 8 times and every time he gets poor customer service. It's a shame!!! And if I could give them no stars I would

Good prices, though not always the best. They are very knowledgeable and consistently have whatever I need, when I need it. I'm sure the money I save by not driving from store to store makes up for the negligible price differences.

I needed Fitter Supplements for my daughter's heifer. I called several local Feed Stores...none carried it and some had never heard of it. While in town for a Livestock Show, I visited the Chachere Feed Store and found it in stock. If I lived in the area than this would be my primary feedstore...but if you're in area and need supplies- please visit the friendly and knowledgeable folks at Chachere Feed Store!!!

The people who own it act like their too good for walk-ins. I got the feeling you had to be in there circle to get any knd of service. I'd definitely go somewhere else from now on.

I drove over an hour to get a round bale of hay. Thinking I was getting the quality of hay I normally got there. What I got was overpriced stalky dry dusted hay. That didn't even appear to be coastal. I could have gotten that for $45-50 around the corner. Very disappointed. I had this happen here once before, when I called about it I was told, " We ran out so we got some somewhere else". Meaning we bought cheaper hay you could get somewhere else and are passing it off as $75 hay.

Disappointed. Buy lots hay and feed from you. I know there is a shortage of round bales. The one bale a person is fair but to sell a person four bales in front of you and say they buy more than I do is disrespectful to your customers.
