Nobody should shop at this store. They allow people to put dogs in the shopping cart where people have to put their food. And the managers are rude to the customers and when you call for the manager of the stores the lady on the phone tried to make the employees look like they did nothing wrong. I ask her if it's their policy to insult the customer? She still ignores my reasoning for calling to complain about the management.This store should be shut down.

This has been my local Walmart for about a year now and I haven't had any issues. No unruly consumers or staff... It's ALWAYS well stocked... I guess my only issue is they close WAY WAY EARLY!!

These employees at self checkout have a list and if they suspect your items didn't get scanned they will harass you even when you have shown them your purchase. They treat you like a criminal first and then want to act like they are just doing their job. Get your facts straight, get your list right because 3 different team members should not have to ask me if I paid for my eggs.

I scheduled a pickup order for 1-2pm. I received a message that my order was delayed. I arrived at the store at 3:40pm and checked into a pickup spot. At 4:11pm I received a message that the order was ready for pickup. Since 5:15 I've repeatedly tried to cancel the order, but the online system won't allow it. Instead, I was instructed to WAIT UNTIL I RECEIVE THE ORDER and submit a return/refund request at that time! The time is now 5:30 and I have not received my order. Bless Kendall as he seems to be the only employee working pickup orders right now, but this is ridiculous! Never again will I make this mistake.My suggestion for process improvement is to suspend pickup orders on days that you're short-staffed or experiencing significant delays so customers don't waste valuable time (now 2 hrs) waiting for items they have paid for!

The check out lines are ridiculous. They stopped selling tobacco products which is really a bummer because they are so expensive. But they are stepping up when it comes to the clothing lines they are selling and the store is looking better. More updated now these are only my thoughts and opinions. I still give them 4stars

The outdoor living department was well stocked and organized. The grill and garden displays were nicely done. Also if you are looking for an outdoor tent for events they are located in the back of the store by the camping supplies.

The marked price on the shelf does not align with what is programmed in the system/registers. Walmart's rule is to make the customer take a picture of the price attached to the shelf where the product is on display to "prove" the price is incorrect in the system/register vs pricing items correctly in the system/registers to match the price on the shelf. It doesn't help that they're raising their prices and lowering the quality of customer service, driving more people to shop with their competition 🎯 or just shopping online.

The merchandise at this store is marked up and the staff is very rude and makes you feel as if you are bothering them.the pricing is incorrectly marked and they do not honor pricing marked on the merchandise. Employees park on the handicapp spaces and the.officer in charge advised me that although illegal he cannot enforce it or give a.citation.it is sad sad to shop here at 75216 .my zip code is 75067

My experience was great, I needed to pick up my prescription at the pharmacy, they had it ready in minutes. Also customer service was great and I had under 5 items that I picked up while shopping inside Wal-Mart, and Wal-Mart always has what you're looking for the Holidays. I shall be returning to this location if needed for my next purchase.

By far the WORST Walmart I have ever worked for… no matter what job I work at, I always aim to go above and beyond, my work ethic!!!! Linda James is super unprofessional, and talks about people (everyone) and plays favoritism, and does not know a thing about her department. She is never in her department first and foremost to know anything about it, she is super rude and talk to people with no respect, Jennifer, whom is a team lead in the online grocery department, gets away with murder and sleeps with the associates and the third party drivers, this is a fact. She is also racist and show’s favoritism, and Jessica the store manager is a liar, racist, shows major favoritism and neither one of them takes accountability to their wrong doings!!! All I can say is this Walmart is the worst, management is trash and they need to do better, Linda is only there, to collect a check, and bypass time doing the bare minimum until she can retire, these are her exact words, Jennifer is there because it’s easy money for her and she can get away with whatever, and as far for Jessica, well she walks around as if she is under the influence all the time, reason being why she can’t be professional. If I had different management, that took care of business fairly, I would still be there, but honestly I gave them what they wanted and that was for me to quit, I was a threat to them!!! And I have been blessed and highly favored, ever since I left. I told god to order my steps and he did just that!!!! At the end of the day right is right and wrong is wrong!!! I don’t care who you are I will forever speak my mind!!! Happy New Year and again I wouldn’t advise anyone to work at this Walmart until they change the corrupted management!

Had the worst help from an associate working in a aisle where the Christmas stuff was at. I was needing help with the price on a certain merchandise. I spotted a young lady with glasses right next to me & I asked nicely if she can scan it for me. She took a glance at me and turned around telling me the price is at the bottom of the box with a tone. Literally no smile or acknowledgment at all. Made no eye contact . Felt like it was such a bother to have even asked . This was on 11/15/23 around 8pm .

Have to say I visited the store today and Mayra and Major went over and beyond for me today, being disabled and having limited motor carts in the store I waited 15 minutes to find a workable cart. Major came and found me with a working charged cart so i could do my shopping at ease and Mayra stood at the checkout and made sure ididn't fall as well as stod with my grandma and answeredall her questions during checkout process. GTe in the southwest disaffected Walmart

The store is convenient to get to, bus stop right in front of that location within the plaza is located. However, homeless crackheads abound, harassing customers at the parking lot and even loitering by the entrance, at times sleeping on the ground. Doesn't make it look professional and more than once me and family have been attacked by said drug induced crackheads who even hide next to vehicles to do so. Have talked countless times to Walmart itself about this issue but is still a big problem.

We were in Dallas for a few weeks on business and decided to check out Fort Worth on a day off. It was worth the trip. While Dallas is quite cosmopolitan, nearby Fort Worth has the charm of the historic old west. What they have done to convert the old stockyard sheds into shops is impressive. The “world famous” cattle drive they do twice a day is a bit hokey, but it was just one part of a lively afternoon we spent at the stockyards.

I've been sitting in curbside pickup waiting for my order for more than 45 . This is ridiculous. If there aren't enough people to do the job, hire more. No customer should have to wait an hour for their curbside.

Walmart has the best variety at usually the best prices, but my issue is with their removal of inexpensive healthy choices from their inventory. An example that has been disappearing over the last 6 months, is keto bites. They were an adorable yet healthy snack. I'm a truck driver. I travel all 48 contiguous states. The hours I put in are equivalent to 2 full time jobs, and I'm only home about a month a year in total. This is not a healthy profession. The food available where we can find parking are rarely healthy choices. And unlike when Sam Walton was alive, and offered a safe place to park for any truck driver, many Walmarts chase you off. I manage to make a weekly trip to Walmart most weeks, when I can find a safe place to leave my trailer. But, I have numerous good allergies. It's difficult to find healthy food that fits my requirements, therefore when I find something, I stick to it. My diet isn't very varied. It's mostly home cooked food stored in a freezer and fridge in the truck. Maybe 3 different things to choose from. It has to be supplements with purchases and cooking on the road. This limits what I can do. So, when the healthy choices that are economical keep disappearing off the Walmart inventory, it's a real issue. And going vegetarian is not a choice. For one, vegetables don't store for long. My wife is vegetarian, and we go that route for her when she's on the truck with me, but I am allergic to all vegetables in some form or fashion. All have varying effects on me, so that is NOT a healthy choice for me. It is sad that the healthiest food are the most expensive in America. China has this right. Healthiest food tend to be the most affordable there, while junk food costs more. It's sad that a corporation as large as Walmart doesn't use their size for the good of society.

Avoid visiting the Walmart at all costs especially if you are doing a pick up order. They will have you waiting for 30min-1 hour and their phones do not work either if you call to get an update because you’ve been waiting so long. Make the drive to a further one it’s worth your time. They are very unprofessional.

Just because we're in a black neighborhood. all the self check out lines has be down for weeks and yall don't care. The lines be to long. the wait time is ridiculous.This would never fly in a white neighborhood. Do better.

Went to check out as they announced they were closing for the night, once I reached their self check out which were the only open registers, I had multiple employees yelling at me that they're closed as they were shutting down all registers. On the way out you can hear multiple other employees yelling at other customers that they were closed, extremely rude service one everyone's part.

Recently, this location has improved in keeping the shelves stocked. The building surroundings are kept clean. As you walk in there is a friendly greeter ready with a kind smile. The shelves are neatly stocked and for the most part you'll find whatever you're looking for. The prices are slightly higher than other locations for certain products. Overall, a good location to shop at as well as taking advantage of the in app shopping. The delivery drivers I've had from this location have been excellent.

When I got to customer service, the lady there sent me all the way to the electronics department because she said they had to verify if everything was in the box. When I got to the electronics department they ignored me, until I just stood there looking at them waiting for some sort of acknowledgment. As soon as I got their attention they told me to take the tv to Walmart home delivery, then someone else told me to take it back to customer service and that they’ll call someone to help me. On the way back to customer service i bumped into the lady that I originally met the first time , she replies “oh there’s someone else at customer service now, she will help you out”. So in my head, I thought what was the purpose of you sending me to electronics department in the first place, did you just not want to help me? 🤦 When I got to customers service they took the tv back and told me my money was going to be refunded to the payment method I used online. So yeah that was my experience and my last.
