This Walmart curbside sucks, never answer phone ,goes to voice-mail, have to call customer service n still wait for order..Do better! ..another note do not park there if no other parking spots infront of store..have someone waiting n looking to call tow truck to tow your car..just terrible

Absolutely wonderful! I wish I got the lady name that was standing right as you exit the store. This lady had extra bags, and went above and beyond with extra bags. She definitely earns an A+ in my book with extra bags, and goodies she had in her basket making sure customers had what they needed to make it safely home with their groceries

5/16/23 Was shopping for some food for my dog and I seen a few mother's day items left in the store. As I was wondering about the pricing or if they had put it on sale. Alex one of the managers was standing there unloading some freight. So I turned to him and asked and he was rude and did know and or really want to help me. So I just left because I always have problems with the pricing of the items at this location.3/30/23 Can into this location to get some medicine. I seen some on sale and I grabbed 2 of those instead. When I get to the register they where different price. The girl in the slfe checkout comes to see what I needed. I tell her that the price is incorrect and she said let me call you the manager. So I go back to where I got them from to take a picture of them. I get back to the lane and the manager comes up with something else saying this is the one not the ones I had. So I stated so it my fault that y'all placed a label in the wrong place. Mind you that the medicine she bought wasn't there at all. So she then states well we can't change the price of medicine and there's nothing I can do. The first picture is what she brought back. The second picture is what was there and what I grabbed and as you can clearly see what see brought in the first picture was not up there at all

Checkout is horrible, theft problems, and the worst isle reorganization without attempts of moving isle signs in Walmart history. Oh, but Fiesta grocery is next door and 5 star. If I posted photos, you wouldn't believe it.

It was pretty nice not to crowded nice selection of grocery item all seemed pretty fresh as always I spent way to much money at Walmart but they have everything you need in one location so there you go so if you saw this review and you find that is helpful please give me a thumbs up

Poorly staffed and trained these associates don’t have a clue on customer service and or care… they need to remember they chose to be in the hospitality sector!! I asked for help with an item and the associate not only responds with an attitude but it’s like you are bothering them while on the job!!

Good evening, to whom this may concern but I thought I'd share this experience with you guys. Last Thursday, I was in the self check out line closer to the exit and the Mr. Herbert saw me walk up before anyone else in line. He ask if I could go to the other side to form a line, and I said no sir I will not because I was already here in line. I didn't move so he persists to call the security guard over to make me go to the back of the line. I thought that was very unprofessional and embarrassing for him to do a customer like that. It wasn't that serious at all and one thing I will not tolerate tolerate is someone being rude and unprofessional to me. So y'all would know this not his first, second time doing this. I'm just fed up with him doing this every time he seems me, it's not that serious again.

Parking is a mess, security inside is on the phone not looking at the what’s going on and a lady had just pulled her car sideways in front of store blocking traffic from both sides and no one tells her anything. Needs a little work but Walmart is Walmart

If i could i would give this walmart 0 stars but of course you have to at least put 1 to leave a review. First things first…. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT go to this walmart ‼️ they have a machine that is stealing peoples EBT and Credit Card info. (The Pin Pad Machine That We Pay With) They stole all my money and my EBT benefits. Im sure I’m NOT the first so just be aware when using your CARDS………….or having to use them with your pin‼️

It's the worst Walmart I've ever been to. Highly and terribly unprofessional. Everything is locked up and it takes 20-30min just to get them to get off their lazy butts to unlock. There's a lady who walks around with her pants below her lubhandles I guess trying to catch people who may steal. I watched her run around the store behind a man she clearly profiled who PAID for his items. This Walmart is a joke.

They priced mandarin 78 cents a bag so I decided to get 2 for my kids, and they wouldn't honor their mistake on two bags. I asked the manager Alex, if he would honor the 2, they acted like I was a criminal for asking them to honor the price, the casher couldn't figure out how to fix the price for the one, took for ever. I asked her to please the manager, and she told me no, she didn't need a manager, my icream was melting and my back was in a lot of pain. She even asked me if I was paying with EBT food stamps. 😐 what difference did it make? Her and another cashier were laughing because I asked for that price. I felt humiliated. They said I could only have one.

For the 1st time in years, I was happy with the customer service at Walmart. I was at the Neighborhood Market to refill my 5 gallon water bottle. My direct deposit hadn't posted, as I thought it had, so I was short $1.75. Well, the manager took pity on me, and paid the balance for me. She was a blessing and changed my opinion of their stores. I still don't go to the WalMart Supercenter. But I will go to this Neighborhood Mart!

Oh my goodness, this had to be one of the worst experiences I have ever had in this store. Every employee around me was hurtful and rude and discriminated against a customer who was buying 2 full baskets of groceries. She had a skin disorder, and all the employees were acting as if they were so disgusted and didn't even want to be near her. They made fun over and over and were saying they lost their apatite because they looked at her. Then, they brought other customers in the joke if it wasn't bad enough. God help these people change their hard hearts. And whoever is in charge of this store should hold them accountable for their actions. I have been coming here for years and will no longer be giving my services to Walmart. If this are the kind of people Walmart has working her God help us all.

So we all have something to do. We're standing in line waiting on a service they provide. But I don't understand why they all plod and shuffle along. Do they not realize by pushing out customers makes it easier on everyone themselves first? While making customers a priority they also need to move faster and that the pharmacists are letting it happen. Does no one work hard anymore? This is everywhere and in every environment.

It is 10:48pm when I arrived ro the neighborhood Walmart and I was denied entry a worker at the door told me that they were closed. This is a new Walmart policy that I obviously don't know about.

This Walmart needs to get better front end team closing members. An associate (Blk Male, possibly in his 60's) was being absolutely rude tonight, and his behavior was just unacceptable. He did not ask customers if they were doing cash or card, and one customer was doing cash, went to a card only machine, and his attitude towards her made my blood BOIL. Since I work for Walmart, I had to step up and help her with whatever she needed WHILE OFF THE CLOCK, NOT EVEN AT MY STORE. He gives us front end members a bad name and needs to have anger management classes. If he's not careful, he could get himself or others hurt
