Good produce and big selection of snacks/boxed goods HOWEVER … the staff had the most prejudice woman I have ever met. the self checkout wouldn’t recognize a barcode. She came over. I said Hi - no response . I said how’s your night going - she deliberately looked away. I said thanks for helping - she walked away. I thought maybe she was having a bad night, but she seemed perfectly fine talking to another customer who had her same skin color. Sad that people are still like this.

TLDR: come here for a fun babershop comedy session with the staff but if you actually have to buy something go literally anywhere else.I understand this location has to deal with more shenanigans than most, believe me I've witnessed some funny and not so funny stuff from the hooligans that hang around. But I've NEVER in my life seen more employees on their phones and avoiding work. Even when I used to live down in the actual hood in Oak Cliff. They just stand around in groups of 6+ at the front laughing and joking and having a good ol time. Which is fine when it's slow, but on this particular visit I had pressed one of the "I need help buttons" on a locked section and no one ever. So after waiting (literally) 15 minutes, I went to the customer service desk, which was of course empty. So two of the ladies in the huge group that are having a comedy session in front see me and instead of helping me pull out their phones to avoid coming over. Like, what? 😂😂😂 So ok, finally an older one comes over and asks what's up but instead of going to help she just started yelling into the air "KEY" waiting for someone else to go work. I'm telling you if I hadn't been waiting for 20 min now it would have been hilarious. Felt like I was at a BBQ and I should just pull up a chair and join em. I went back, waited another 10 minutes until finally the poor pharmacist or pharm tech felt bad and came out to help me and apologized for the whole situation.

Clean. Usually well stocked. Close to where I live. Sadly, the service from the employees is a bust. If the manager is curious why they don’t sale any of the facial cleanser, formula, etc it is because no one will help you get it out of the cabinet. You have to be losing more in revenue from lack of sales than what could possibly be stole by keeping basic, cheap items behind lock and key. Hit the button repeatedly in a ten minute span and never moved. No one came. Asked an employee walking by: not his department. Rest assured, there were 5-10 employees laughing and showing each other stuff on their phones in the front. I ordered the cleanser I needed on Amazon while I was waiting. Their loss.

I went to get a copy of a key made. The key was $3.99. Then before i was done, it asked me if i wanted to pay an additional $1.99 to make the key “extra good” and i declined. The key does not work.Joke of a company.

Absolute worst customer service every single time you visit or call! I have been in there three times and won't go again. I called to ask a simple question. I asked if they carried a type of hair product. She said "I've never heard of it". I asked if she could check her system and she said "I'm too busy". Do your job lady!

I came to get formula for my baby and of course you have to get assistance to get to it. I pushed the button three times in the 10 minutes I waited. I asked one guy he said he was off the clock. I asked another girl she said she didn’t have access and to asked the cashiers. The employee Brandy replied that they will send someone back there. I walked up a different aisle for a second and thn returned waiting for someone to get formula no one came. I walked back to the front and explained that I been waiting and still no one is back there. Brandy thn replies did you walk away cause someone went back there and I explained I haven’t seen anyone. She proceeded to get an attitude and speak very rudely. Thanks to Will he stepped up and helped and gave great customer service. I thanked him and he apologized for the inconvenience. But I refuse to come back to this Walmart.

Do not use this Walmart they do not care about anything not in store not pick up or delivery this is the worst Walmart of all time!!! Everytime I use the Walmart something goes wrong!! The store manager should b ashamed of themselves as the head of this chaos! I recommend the Walmart on retail Rd!

My wife (black) is stopped at the door every time she visits. I (white) walk out the door with no questions asked. I have literally offered my receipt to the person at the door and they've waived me away as though I'm a neusance, while my wife is aggressively stopped and asked to show her receipt. There is no justifiable reason for this.

This Walmart location is a friendly, clean - pretty well stocked in grocery! Their pharmacy is great as well! Awesome delivery service, quick - accurate!

I had great service today. There were a lot of workers. Every time I had a question, someone was there to help. It was my first time here. Its a very nice, well stocked store. Regular size like they used to be back in the day before they became Super sized. There was only 1 person at the register which was ok because there wasn't many people in the store when I was there. I did notice a lot of workers on their phones but I didnt know why. They were all standing in front of the self checkouts which I didnt understand. It was a lot of them. Very nice store. I'll be back.

Pick up curbside used to be quick now it take forever. I could be done shopping inside in less time for my own groceries for the time it takes them bringing out my groceries. It takes more than 30 minutes and they don’t enforce the curbside parking at all. I’ve given it a chance before and take as ok it’s a bad for them but now it’s every time. So it’s always a wait for the parking spot. The phone number on the parking sign doesn’t even work. I wish they would do better because this store is in a convenient place to get my groceries. The service is not worth the wait because I will now being going inside to shop or go to different store and that’s an inconvenience sometimes because of other things that I need to do. Ugh.

The worst customer experience ever! I will never shop here again.First I couldn't find a shopping cart. After searching for several minutes I finally found a hand basket. Then I couldn't get anyone to open the case with laundry soap. Seriously, the laundry soap is under lock and key. So after waiting 10 minutes I decided to leave.Then to make matters worse I stepped in some vomit on the way to my car. Seriously Walmart, you suck!!! 🤮

I am posting about the awesome help I got from Robbie Anne the store manager. I got to the store and had to pay an important bill. I didn't know she was the only one that could assist with it. Also, I didn't know the cut-off time was at 8 PM. Mind you, I was there around 7 PM or earlier. Long before the cutoff time. Well, I was scared she was going to say no. She was at lunch at the time. But she helped when it was over...even though I was there on time. All h*ll was breaking out with this lady but she was poised as much as she could be. ONE person is NOT enough to work for Customer Services. ONE person is NOT enough to handle a fight, an irate disabled customer arguing with a disabled doorkeeper, a person that just received an injury, and a customer trying to pay a bill. ONE person. Why are you not cross-training? Walmart...it's not about the people stealing from the store. It's showing that you just don't give a d@mn about your customers and employees. This lady should never have been put in this situation. And yet, she still helped. Thank you, Ms. Robbie!

Customer services horrible some of the employees are horrible even the parking lot is horrible and this place is next to a cemetery or was wondering if it was dead people walking around in there this is the meat that they sold us and I just haven't posted the milk I'm going to get that and post it and give it a picture to great Google Here is the ground meat that is new wasn't no good at all had to throw it away

This is a big store with everything you need under the sun. You must have the patience to walk up and down every single aisle in the store to find what you’re looking for. I visited on a Sunday. It was crowded. I would not say overcrowded. There were no cashiers. They were all self checkouts. One lady in front of me bought two shopping carts full of food. I changed lanes and stood in line for another 15 minutes. She was still there when I left. The stuff I went there for were no where to be found. I picked up a few other items I happened upon. There was a Target a few blocks away. I dashed to the Target. Walmart has the best prices but patience is what is needed when shopping there.
